I tried peri peri Al-Faham and Nool Paratha from their. Very crispy nool paratha and juicy peri peri alfaham. Very Tasty and Nice Ambience and Good and Polite Service.

I had a wonderful experience with Hayat as whenever I visited this restaurant I felt the taste of homely food. The price too is genuine and affordable. The management and serving staff are extremely polite and friendly. Good luck, keep it up.

Ordered parotta through swiggy on Wednesday, after consuming this food my baby occurred allergic conditions and after consulting the doctor, he said that the poratta is the reason behind the allergy. Still my baby is suffering. Please be careful everybody.

Food served were really delicious. But we reached at an off time. So had to wait a bit longer. But the wait was worthy. Good food and nice service

Had Beef fry and porotta. It was good.
I tried Beef biriyani another time, it was so good that I would recommend trying it.

Arabic rise is a must try item. Parking space is lot more spacious than qahwa. Atmospere is good not so crowded. Service is commendable, will give you a brief about the food items. Will not reccomend biriyani of theirs.

I have never eaten this type of worst beef biriyani. Rice quantity is high but quality is zero. Beef pieces are enough but its not chewable. Over all not tasty. Its not worth by 220/- each.

I am 100 percent sure that they have served garlic chicken with 2 or 3 cashews and scrambled eggs to fool the customer. The chicken pieces were difficult to find because there was nothing. Too much sliced garlic was there

When we asked it to the server he replied " Here the afgani chicken is like that "

Will you serve mandi for the person asking biriyani?
It's the same as that

Note for the chef: don't try to fool someone if you don't know what you're making.

The service is very poor
If u order for low rate item it gets delayed
If the order is big u get early

I've been a regular customer for a very long time and never had any issues with their food until now. On the 5th of June I ordered their Porotta and Pothirachi Fry through the swiggy app and it was disgusting. Both items reeked of chlorine and I had to throw it away. So I contacted them the next day to give feedback. They collected all the order details and told me that they'd contact me back once they looked into it. I'm still waiting for their reply.

The first time I had a decent experience, the mutton biriyani we ve ordered was perfect and the chicken biriyani and alfham was satisfactory.
But recently i ve bought a parcel chicken biriyani and had a bad experience. Too much rice and very little meat, the chicken was dry and biriyani lacked the previous taste i had before.
The lime i ve ordered was a complete disaster. I don't know what it is with these restaurants after covid first phase and lockdown, many like this restaurant have stooped interms of food quality and taste.

The food here is great but dine in service has its drawbacks, there is no privacy. Other than that the food here is great and it's perfect to my taste

If u want tasty food at reasonable rate hayat is the best choice in kollam. Good customer service and parking facility.

A nicely set up hotel with rightly cooked no-nonsense food. The car parking in the adjoining ground makes it to a popular destination among tourists.
The serving time is not too long.
But it can get crowded at times.

Ambience I like very much. A good place in pallimukku to dine in and take out. Online orders taken. I will recommend this restaurant for their customer service as well.

Hayat Restaurant provides both AC and NON-AC dining area. They provide good ambience with good food. The food here is not that tasty as compared to their other branch. It is pathetic to see that they do not provide a menu card. The parking space is bit limited in front of the restaurant, but there is space nearby.

Customer service is poor. Waited for more than half hour for their staff to attend. Worst experience and we left without having food. For management. Plz keep staff who will atleast attend the customer little bit early.

The best place for grilled and tandoor items in pallimukku. The prices are reasonable nd provides good ambience.

The hayat in Pallimukku is good. Price just above normal.

The hayat in the bypass is not a place to visit keeping in mind what you ate at the other place.

The hospitality is pathetic and the taste of the food compared to the old one is terribly bad. The way they treat you is like they are the authority and you are subordinates. Had to walk out since they didn't have time to attend.

Will not visit the one in the bypass again, since it has just got the name and nothing other than that from the old one, though they have moved some old waiters to the new one.

A typical Arabic food outlet. But really confused staff, have never had any training in F&B service. You ask for water & get it and then you find the glasses are not there. No proper cutlery is placed upfront. Locals running the enterprise.appear like headless chicken running helter-skelter, but food is good, service quality needs a great facelift

Nice food with a wonderful vibe. There is no other restaurant with such porsche feeling but yet not that expensive. I might even say it is the best restaurant in kollam. The restaurant is beautifully built with an elegant touch. The moment you enter it you will have the urge to bring your family to this restaurant if you are going alone or with friends. The food will be served fast by experts and had a friendly nature towards the customer than other restaurants.

Quick service. Good Food. A/C dinning space is quite small and congusted.parking space available.

Better than what we think when see from the side of NH. Had tea and shawarma which found to be nice. Hope someday can enjoy much more of its cusines.

It was a veg and non veg hotel. They have a large menu of south indian dishes. Hayat is famous for their non veg varieties and live food preparation.

One of the best restaurant in Kollam pallimukk. Best place for family breakfast, lunch, supper etc. V get very good healthy food for normal rate. I promise to choose did restaurant for all

A hotel with medium ambiance, nice service and ok food. Unfortunately the look and feel from outside was not reflected inside. The food was ok for it's price. The customer service was nice and good. It seems a lot of take outs happend at the time I visited the hotel. The menu says a lot of varities of food are available for them.
