I called up for an appointment.they said "you can come at anytime". Now waited for 1 hour and none of them bothered us. Pathetic service.never again going there.absolutely wasted my time! Thanks

Today i went this shop for hair cut and beard setting. Hair cut was ok type but beard. Barber has cut my beard very short. It was looking horrible. Now it will takes motnh to again get the same beard. Even i told him that please be careful, because there is a function in few days but he didn't listened.
I appreciate that management has listened my complaint and doesn't take money.but even then i want to request to management of this saloon that please verify throughly the quality of Barber. Because success of any business depends the quality of service provides.

Really a good place to visit,

Pros:
1) Staffs are really very friendly and helps you understand what skin treatments you really need.
2) You will get the best service for affordable price.
3) You can really feel the change in your first visit itself.

Cons.
1) Parking is a bit issue, if you are coming in car since it's a busy road side location.

I did my hair spa today. Nice work and good customer service. Special mention RANI. She advised me about the post procedure. I felt very comfortable with her throughout the service. I highly recommend this place

Awesome work, friendly staffs. Hair services by Mr Arun Mohan were very pleasing and satisfying.

This seems like a very important place with very important barbers who have a go at your hair as if they have other important matters to attend to immediately. This one man who 'practised' his craft on my head has to be the fastest hand to work the electric trimmer. And you pay the premium price of 200rs to witness firsthand this invigorated attempt at setting a world record for the shortest time taken and the least concern applied to cut human hair. This experience is truly amazing and life altering that one would never want to duplicate it ever again, especially after seeing oneself resemble a half grazed patch of wild vegetation in the mirror.

Unlike naturals, they have more no of staffs, so u dont have to wait more time. And services are good enough.

Had an haircut done just now. Attended by a trainee who doesn't even bother to ask how you would like your hair to be done. A clueless guy! I would need to visit another stylist to get my hair fixed.
NB: I'm not coming to your place and paying you so that you can get your trainees to train on my head!

I visited the store today (13/1/2023)
Done my hair Colouring 6strands. I had pathetic experience there after 1hr of waiting i cant even find my coloured hair. The lady who washed my hair was pulling my hair out very very poor customer service. Wont recommend n visit this store any more

They call it International salon. But they don't even have a basic hair colour for highlights or global hair colour. And staffs are even more worst. They don't even have the courtesy to say sorry. Worst experience.

Pathetic service and attitude.
I went for cleanup and threading.
From the start they were forcing me to do facial instead of cleanup, I disagreed as that's not my requirement. They started doing what I opted and in between they suggest to do tanning, I said no!
They started the second part which was threading including upper lip.
This was done by a different staff and she also started promoting tanning.
I was surprised as I don't have any tan issue.
Again I refused to do any extra services.
Suddenly the attitude got visibly changed and she
continued the work in a strange manner (She used my mobile torch for better view, that proves the quality of infrastructure) The end result was red rashes in upper lip. Guess what!
Again she is forcing me to go tanning as that will heal these red rashes!
This is not my first visit to a beauty parlour and these ladies treated me like a beginner.
All they need is money!

Bad experience. Ac not working at threading area was sweating all the time. Complained twice but no change in infrastructure

Worst experience ever utter waste. The first time they were good but a month ago l gone there to straight my hair and now my hair is so rubbish and dry and is looking like a broom stick waste of money and time

They charged 150 to this nonsense. The guy was kind off getting training with my child's hair. Not recommended until they provide experienced person. I could have done this by myself.

Very pathetic experience.i went there for a spa, they charged me 1000 rupes and they pulled all my hair.they even don't know how to do a spa. If u go, u will loss ur money and hair. Fair is too much better than this. Don't go there.

One of the best beauty parlour and hair salon. Good customer service and all are professionals. The only negative is, there is not enough space for parking. Other wise one of the best salon and beauty parlour.

Went for a Haircut. They are pretty good actually. Have been looking for a decent shop for hair cut recently, but I liked this one. They charges 150/- for the haircut. Women's section are on the first floor. Multiple chairs are there so there won't be any rush. Go ahead if you are planning for a grooming session.

My experience was awesome. The staff Devu deserves special appreciation as she did a fabulous job on my hair. This is my place for sure.

D place is Ok, but there is always a wait of atleast 20 minutes even if for simple procedures like threading.

Iam not at all satisfied. You all have to choose some other saloon if you need a normal hair cut. They may meet your expectation than these guys. The guy do my hari cut, he was done it for some one. I felt that he was not intereated to do it. I was disappointed. He could have ask me about my preference and needs. I said it and he had done it as per his wish. I had no idea about their other services. But the hair cut is not worth at all. The local shops may do it better than then for 70 rupees. Its not about the money, its all about service and meeting customer satisfaction. There is no difference in normal haircut from local saloon. The local saloon may do better as I said.
The chair was not at all comfortable to sit. This is clearly my experience and opinion.

They are not mannering about our expectations and preferences, Very poor.customer service. After hair cut they are not providing talcom powder, cream, also even after beard dressing.

Nice beauty parlor for both men's and women's.they will help to develop our hair style which fits for our face shape.

Nice place for a haircut. However the waiting time is bit high at certain times esp.as I see it as poor staff management. Else definitely a 4 star
