Had a wonderful 5 days tour to Thailand with Heavenly world tours. Their co ordination was really good.

Not satisfactory experience. Food were arranged from very cheap hotels. Despite enquiry, we were not told that we have to pay for checkin bags. It was a surprise for us after landing there. For two flights we had to pay from pocket again for checkin bags. We got into a very bad situation arranging money for the payment etc. So they went as cheap as possible while booking flights and hotels. Sight seeing in Bankok was also just two temples. They also wasted one full day of the trip, by not taking us anywhere that day by improper scheduling of the trip.

We are very old couples. We were duped by looking at the travel package that we signed up in Trivandrum that was given to us to visit North Indian cities like Delhi/Agra/Shimla/Kullu Manali. This was an extremely bad package. They kept us in remote hotel to save money in Shimla. Older passengers could not go to many places in Shimla because the bus driver said that they have to walk a lot since their bus cannot go there due to size. They kept people in a normal garden. The package said in Chandigarh they will take to many places, but they did not take them to any places in Chandigarh. This is very bad package. The operator is cutting corners to save money and dupe older people by not taking them to site seeing places and instead putting them in bad places. In the Shimla hotel “Heavenly World Tours”, the Elevator (Lift) was not working and older people had to climb stair- upto two stories high. I will suggest that specially older people above 40 years should not take this package because its very risky. However if you have lots of money and don’t mind spending it then you can use this package but be careful if you don’t have good health.
