Arrogant and unwelcoming staff. We visited them on a Sunday and the staff just denied entry inside citing lack of salesperson in the shop. Infact myself and an architect friend were actually shopping for antiques for gifting a common friend.

We were traveling from Trivandrum. I would suggest please avoid this shop and look for another friendly shops nearby, infact there were many nearby.

Incredible treasure trove of antique furniture. It was fantastic to revisit the the furniture designs that you would tend to see in you ancestral homes.apothecary tables, jewelry boxes and the works. Located in the lovely scenic part of Jew town. I cannot believe it took me this long to come to this place.

Fantasic place, where antiques meets modernity! U gotta stay in one of their rooms for that wow factor. Highly recommended!

Rooms full of treasures! Amazing decorative and designer objects, architectural elements, and general antiques from all over India. Great source for interior decoration.

Very good collection of Antiques.can be better organised and maintained. They also have few replicas and newer handicrafts that may confuse the geniune buyer about their authenticity. But overall a must visit shop in Fort Kochi

Read about them online. Their designs look v good and traditional. Mr Biju co-ordinated. His response was very prompt. Gave us all the info we wanted and lot of options. Their products are made of plantation teak wood. He insisted that we pay the full amount before delivery. But he promised to set things right if there was any issue. Trusting his words we placed the order. Delivery was delayed. On delivery, we found the design and the product v good but there were many flaws - was not polished in many places. The wood was not smooth in some places. Spoke to Biju immediately and he promised to send someone in jul 19 but until today no news

Fraudsters. Avoid. I paid £10,000 for various goods. Half of them cannot be shipped due to heritage arts not having gained correct paperwork. No refund and now into legal battles in India. Goods that have been shipped don’t have correct paperwork. I am now being charged £200 per day for storage in Felixstowe. Still no answer.

Customer friendsly antique shop. Their staff Sheeja Suresh spent an hour and half patiently explaining insights about their furnitures, antiques and art pieces. Also they have a wide variety of collection of each single piece.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They make promises they can't keep. Once they have your money you don't hear from them. They say goods will be delivered in 60 days - ours took 7 MONTHS and countless emails. They say there will be no other costs, yet we had to pay an additional $1000+ to get the goods from the port (no customs - just freight and fees). They told us they will clean and polish the goods before shipping them - did not happen. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
