Near Kariavattom, an excellent gym. Something about the machines suggests their age. You need not be concerned, though, as the gym's owner and trainer, Mr. Prasanth, is a very competent, composed person who truly monitors his clients' exercise schedules and has the ability to bring about remarkable changes in them.
