Very good room and the bed is very good and the bathroom also very much good because temperature adjustable tap and shower in the bathroom

Clean and hygienic rooms with attached bathroom
Was provided with a Tv which didn't even turn on
TBH the hotel was really comfortable, spacious and quiet

No ceiling fans were available in the rooms. Also, the power went out quite frequently. But the locstion was pretty decent.

Its very bad experience in these hotel no fans an staffs behavior was very bad, these people are making peoples more uncomfortable.

It looks good from the outside but the facilities were really bad. Nothing was maintained. Most rooms had disfunctional lights, fans and washrooms.

I got a chance to stay in room 102. The bed was so irritating that the springs inside the bed made noise all round the night.moreover, on opening the baolny door, mosquitoes came swarming in.

Rooms are very good and comfortable but service is very poor. I came at the location 3PM bug no one there in the reception i called and I get key from room boy.

Worst experience ever! The bathroom cannot be opened, there are cockroaches under the mattresses, the mattresses are hard as rock and overall not worth staying at all!

Worst hotel I have ever visited. Bathroom door is jammed. Cockroaches were found under the bed. Settop box is present, but no TV! Door latch is absent. The pillows were covered with dirt. Overall wery bad experience.

First of all the rooms are not maintained. Lots of broken stuff. No heated water was available. Worst hotel experience I ever had. Recommend not to stay here.

It's the weirdest hotel I've ever been to. Entrance gives us hope of satisfaction and it's for luring customers, reception service is bad they take ages for response, the corridor is ok, rooms have a dirty stench, even all appliances are broken, no ceiling fan, bathrooms look like they were washed 50yrs ago, TV and telephone are there for showcase purposes doesn't work, no dust bin, service is really bad. Overall it's the worst experience ever, never book this joke hotel

Very much disappointed regarding the booking and service they provided. Its very mucb terific. I sugest no one to prefer this location.

TV, water heater, room heater telephone, AC are not working. Bed sheets and pillows are not clean.

Hospitality is very good and we can take care of all needs and wants.it's a good one in highland Bristo.and also satisfied in its all service.

Any way don't choose by mistake

Affordable price but there is no reception staff for full time.someone may be there or may not.bathroom fittings are complaint not well maintained.otherwise fresh and neat rooms

I'll suggest only for people's to stay night. Or to be get fresh. Or else you can have food from near by hotel. Calm n quiet surroundings. Room charges are also compared to be reasonable. I think by 3-4 picks I could bear their amount. Good customer service. Very polite and respectful behaviour. Rooms Kept very neat and clean.

Booked from oyo, there was a fungal smell in the room which was given to us, the mattress was not at all good, caused body pain because of that. Was unhappy with the stay

It was a wonderful experience stay there. Staff were courteous and was willing to assist in case of issues, like fixing the heater. It's a nice stay

Its so spacious and budget friendly, no parking lot since the ground floor has been occupied by a Honda showroom. Toilet flush not working and interrupted electricity

An absolutely horrendous experience. Teeming with boys stopping over for Wayanad thrills. Woken up at 3 in the morning when a group of guys decided it was time for everyone to wake. Best avoid!

It’s a nice hotel, very neat and clean ambience in each and every corner of the hotel. There is a good relation with the customer and the staffs, specially the manager of the hotel. Food service are we need to pay extra, it will door to door service.so we don’t need to tension about the food. It was a nice experience with this hotel.

No restaurant, pathetic amenities, no gyser, should be your last resort. 3 star hotel tarrif for a lodge is overkill.

Neat, spacious and tidy room, no spacious parking available. Shutoff was broken and not working. Bed is comfy but needs to be washed.

The rooms are spacious with good atmosphere. There is a small television to watch most of the Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil channels. The balcony on the backside give a good look of a Coffee estate. Room service available in this hotel. Though the hotel is about 3km away from Kalpetta, it is on the main road to sulthan Battery, mysore. It is a very good budget hotel and can be booked through makemy trip etc. You need to submit valid id proof.

Rooms were neat. Beds and pillows were fresh. Had a good view from the balcony. Bathrooms were spacy and well equipped. Non AC rooms doesn't have a ceiling fans only had one wall mounted table fan which wasn't enough. Since the temperature is mostly at the low 20s, its managable for some.

This place is just above Honda showroom, neat rooms, friendly staffs, but no restaurant available. You can order food with the staff they can get it from outside, but no coffee tea available. Overall it was a good stay.

Its a calm place to stay. Good rooms. But no proper hot water facility. It is above the honda showroom. Doest really feel like a hotel. But once inside no problem at all.
