It was an average experience. The rooms and other infrastructure was kind of good but the service was not satisfactory.

We are booked last week (22/07/2023) and book by looking at the photos on the website. When I went there and saw it, I was in doubt whether it was a resort or a padam. Very bad area.bad smell.receptionist attitude very bad. We canceled it. When we asked for an advance, they did not give it back. Now when we call, they do not pick up the phone. The property owner attitude very bad. I call him but he said do not know anything, and they hung up. Then they did not pick up the phone. We have original photos of the property.

The rooms are very small and the swimming pool is still under construction with no dinner and lunch available. I also got the wrong order when we ordered through the resort. A good place to sit outside the rooms.

Definitely not worth for money. Poor maintenance. No restaurant inside. Tr ye house is not upto expected. Better look for others if possible.

The resort was in between the woods and such a beautiful to enjoy the nature and over all it was good

The place is beautiful, set amidst acres of coffee plantations, stayed in a clean dorm and the staff is very caring and friendly. Would recommend the place!

A beautiful property meant for travellers who would like to stay very close to nature spreading around 15+ acres. A remote location with all facilities for a peaceful vacation or picnic. Travellers with own vehicles can enjoy here. Solo travellers can get the most affordable dormitory here with clean washrooms and bed. The Host is very polite, caring and friendly I enjoyed the stay. Thank you Hiliya Resort and the crew for a wonderful feeling staying here.

Location is awesome, scenary is very much pleasent, Accessible location to all the places to visit.eddakal caves, lakiddi view point, banasur dam, panthom rock all are within 20km radius. But food is not available here. All good restaurants are available in Sultan bathery.
Rooms are clean and tidy. Hot water is available at any time. U can see natural stream flowing down the resort, Sports activities are good here. Overall a very good resort in a good location.

I had an excellent and a complete relaxed time in Hiliya resort. I spent complete 7 days here and I was able to not only balance my work but also exploring the places. Owners and staffs are really cool. Foods are always on time. Play areas are really cool. A complete lush green morning one can enjoy. It was an amazing stay here refreshing and rejuvenating.

Beautiful resort on a 17 acre certified organic farm. This is just the kind of place you want to chill in. Even the elephants can't resist the place so they had to put up electric fences to keep them away. And of course you will love the hospitality of the owners.

If your looking for a perfect place to chill with family look no further, Arun is a wonderful host we got a nice pot of organic herbs in hot water as soon as we arrived it was energizing and refreshing after a long drive. The place is as close to nature as it gets there is a river stream and organic plantation all around with nice view of the plantation from the room. I had travelled with my family for Christmas they took good care of us made tuna chill on our request and it was a fab. I would recommend this place highly.

Nice place. We had a great time. No restrictions nothing, ur place just enjoy. Good ambience clean rooms. Clean wash rooms. Overall package is good.

One of the good n enjoyable stays in Wayanad. Various types of room availability is a great aspect if u r looking for romal, tree top stays and even dorms. This place has a fresh lake running by where we could take a fresh morning bath.

Perfect place to relax.the service was soo good and the management people were very supportive and kind.the best part was they did everything with dedication.rooms were clean. I enjoyed the stay on the whole.

Loved my stay here. Green all around the place. Well maintained resort with pretty good amenities anyone will have a good time staying here. Food is good, served at right time.

I'd been here on my tour from college. The management was extremely supportive and managed to accommodate all of us with the best amenities available. Serene environment and pleasant hosts.

Hiliya Resort in one I can say best resort till now I stayed in.here people are good and they will respond quickly and they serve u the at most high level comfort.this resort have treehouse, deluxe rooms, domitry.if u went with friends then stay in domitry, rooms r clean and general bathroom also clean, you can walk in and around the resort, one small river also there for that u should walk 5 mins.they will provide you good food price r okie, for night campfire you should pay 1000 bucks and they will provide you speaker overall experience I can say it's worth staying.

The location is around 30 km from sulthan bathery. But the cottage is very nice. Well maintained clean place for a family and friends. Little difficult to reach the place. But once reach it is very nice atmosphere

It's wonderful resort and the place is about 50 acres it is part of house associated with the family which is running it. The resort crew are humble and well hygienic and they also provide places info and taxi service and rooms are also nice.

It's a beautiful place, On a vacation, if you wish to Enjoy nature and feel the nature breez, this is the place.
Not an ordinary stay and rooms, there's a wide area of organic farm, a small river is there, and wide verity of trees and plants.
Neat and clean rooms, bathrooms. Very tasty and traditional food is served, its really worthy.

Must visit place with family, North Indian food are available. Outside view is just phenomenal.
