Worst experience at the restaurant of hillway park, wherein first order came wrong and second time uncooked food they delivered, still that dish amount was levied in the bill and one more thing we ordered, rasgulla, for which the person who takes the order said yes it's available and when again we gave reminder for rasgulla he said it was not there. When we asked them why such a negligence he told, because of the rush in the restaurant but there were only two families available. It was a totally unprofessional behaviour of the staff.

When we approached a receptionist to have a conversation with a manager for this issue, he did not turn up.

Good property. Road touch hotel. Very near to Jatayu earth center. Good for family. Rooms are clean but medium size not very spacious. Overall good hotel with good food for family. Nothing bad about the hotel.

Last Sunday, I went to the non-vegetarian hotel. We, a group of six persons, ordered porotta, chicken, and fish pollichathu in addition to beef ularthiyathu. Food was subpar and only partially cooked. My wife and her sister became ill on Monday morning, with diarrhoea and vomiting. I will not recommend this cuisine to anyone.

Like we can call a business hotel. Nicely located near Highway side. Good maintain. Food need to improve the taste.

Visited multi cusine restaurant on (08/04/2023 at 1pm) waited there for 15mins to take order. The waiter was very arrogant. Only one waiter for the entire table. Service was poor. The washroom and restaurant ambience are good. I was ready to spend any thousands of rupees but the question is that- " why should I spend money to a waiter showing arrogant behaviour to the customers ". I cancelled my order and leaved the hotel. The veg. Hotel infront is very good.

The mineral water tasted really good. Got fooled by the looks of the hotel. Got served lukewarm fresh lime and overall the food was really bad.

Customer service at its worst. Seriously understaffed place. Food’s not good either. It’s one of those places where they just want people to visit them only once and never come back.

Worst experience from staffs, There is a gm he irritates customer with arrogance, no one cares there, very bad food and very untidy, low quality treatment.

I had a horrible experience eating from here. Tried their porotta and dragons chicken and guess what, next day I was admitted at hospital. I had serious food poisoning. I never had any food after that and it started that night itself. I had serious stomach issues and vomiting. I am taking about the non veg restaurant in the hotel not the veg one. Please never go and eat inside. I learned the hard way.

Good hotel by the side of NH, with great potential to improve. Rooms were near and well maintained but the furniture makes it cramped. Room service was very poor may be due to inadequate manpower during Onam. The veg restaurant here is excellent with good seating, quality of food and cordial service. Rest rooms were clean, but a few fittings were broken and getting hot water for bath was impossible during my 2 days of stay.

Rooms were neat and clean. Well arranged and calm and quiet. I felt the cost was little high as compared to other hotels.

Rooms: Rooms are good but the service is so pathetic suddenly water will stop coming to washroom and once it comes its full reddish muddy water. And even if you have blocked rooms in prior you have to wait for a longer time to get ur keys. If you got for complimentary breakfast the hotel people make faces as if they are doing some favor on us and that too delayed service. Home service is really bad as the no of people for it is less.
Banquet: Prince was very helpful throughout the entire day. But the food which was catered for dinner has paneer which was used in morning. My event decorators was been treated very harshly they were not allowed to used lift to carry heavy items for decoration and the worst part was they were not even allowed to take the huge items from front. The hall and rooms looks beautiful but the only issue is service and i am extremely disappointed the way they treated my event decorators and also room service was too bad. If room service is improved and if customers are given respect then its a very good hotel or else a big no
Restaurant food: Veg food is tasty but if you are opting for nonveg its not up to the mark
Catering food: Catering food was very delicious.
Room service food: average and please do not serve fruit salads in a broken glass

Didn't stay there, but we had breakfast at their vegetarian restaurant. Very neat, prompt and pleasant service besides very tasty food. Sumptuous meal! Everything was great. Can't finish without mentioning the neat toilet for long distance travellers. A great place.

Hilllway park located near to the Kamal restaurant (both are in same compound). They have a good restaurant to have good qualities of food. But it is a little bit expensive.

Food is average, service is the worst. Only one staff to deal the entire area. Long waiting hours even for taking orders is frustrating. Need improvements from management side or else this entire investment will be doomed.

This hotel has the potential to become the best hotel in kilimanoor to kottarakara MC road stretch.
Food quality is above average and ambience is good.but restaurant section is really understaffed and service quality is below average.but service in veg restaurant is really good.when we reached non veg restaurant was almost fully packed and i saw other guest cursing the service.

I checked in the suite room of this hotel on 25th December 2021 along with my family for one night stay. The water heating facility in bathroom was not functioning and even after repeated requests, they could not resolve the issue. They did not even provide hot water in buckets as hotels usually do in case of water heater malfunctioning. On 26th morning I personally went to reception, reported and pointed out that hot water is a basic facility such a hotel is expected to provide and without providing a basic facility how can you collect room rent. To my surprise the person who was in duty shouted at me saying "I reported to technician, my job is over, We know how to collect money from you". I was shocked by this response and felt very much unsafe. Technical issues can be forgiven, but the approach matters, particularly when we stay with family.

It was a fabulous experience the staffs are so nice the food section are very good overall it was a nice experience

I have only been to the Kamal Restaurant and not to the main hotel. It's accessible to those travelling and in need of a quick bite. The prompt service, fresh food and hygienic premises were quite impressive. Would definitely recommend.

It's all very good nature is awesome and no problems are being faced by us. It's a good place. People who are fond of traveling please visit this this place. Happy journey

Good hotel 3 km away from jatayu rocks. Provide vegetarian and non vegetarian foods. Well maintained rooms. Conference rooms and party rooms are also available. Bar is a plus point

Seperate veg and non veg options. Staffs are very frieny. Good ambience. Altogether a good option for family and small parties. Nearest attractions are jadayu bird sculputure. The stewards and the receptionists are all very polite and kind. It also has a giant parking lot which favours.   Location is main cross road in between nilamel and chadayamangalam.

Worst service! We came to have lunch at around 2.45 pm and was seated at the multi cuisine restaurant. Restaurant had only two tables occupied and there was one guy who was taking orders and delivering food. After 10 mins he came to us and told us “meals” (Kerala Lunch) was finished and only biriyani is there. Before we saying anything he left. After 20 mins, he came back (after I repeatedly called him) and said biriyani is also not there. We just got frustrated as kids (one 3 year old and 10 year old) started crying.

At least show the courtesy to tell the customer to leave without waiting! Being a level 7 reviewer, this is one of the worst hotels I have seen in terms of Service. Will never visit again!

Three stars for the hotel ambience, restaurant and because there is a hotel in this area,
- you won’t get hot water here, we reported the issue and they told us twice that they’ll send a technician for hot water but was never sent.

Since we haven’t had time and we’re in rush we didn’t try the restaurant.

Finally, if you want a place to hide your head for a night with ambience this is the one.

I would recommend staying any where in this town.

I had been to hotel hillview park in september 2019 and enjoyed my stay over there.nice ambience.nearness to Jatau Earth Centre (5 kms) adds to its value.nice food and rooms.worth visiting

Good atmosphere, healthy foods, good responsible waitering and languages a/c bar like homeland.

Been there last month for attending marriage nearby. Hotel looks very classy and rich but bad maintenance. Anyway it's located at nice place on mid highway to kollam from trivandrum.
At midnight I found Flush wasn't working in bathroom, they didn't attend as it was night, by the time staff came to repair that thing we checked out from hotel

Well maintained. People can book their online tickets to Jatayu Earth Center, Chadayamangalam from Hotel Hillway Park. Its really convenient. Modern amenities, great cuisine, cool waiting launch and a nice receptionist. What else one wants.

I have been to the small veg restaurant they have in the courtyard, that's a small clean restaurant with good food and they have clean toilets. Good place to break journey on a long trip.

Very well designed and laid out restaurant. Lots of parking. Very clean restrooms. Had tea and vegetarian snacks. Service was quick. Food tasty.

Worst food service ever. And the host people have some bad attitude. Food is half cooked or burnt. Most of the things are unavailable which is there in their menu itself. They are most arrogant hosting people I have ever encountered.

Good view hotel. Staffs are good but their service is very poor. You won't get anything on time. Newly constructed six months back. Breakfast is very good with so many options. Food is ok ok as per price in menu card. Corporate price is 2500 per day.
