Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum

Lovely hotel to stay in center of the location.the staffs are great and genuine.they have extended lovely services throughout my stay.

We stayed a few times at this hotel and we loved it every time. The location, the rooms, the staff and the food are all amazing.

Good and decent hotel in trivandrum. Breakfast is also good. Service and hospitality is superb.

I have been visiting the restaurant at Hilton Garden Inn for over four years and every single time, I have been immensely impressed by the service and the food offered each time there, which prompted me to enjoy staycations at their hotel as well. However, today’s situation was very different. We had reserved a room at the hotel and a table at their restaurant for Onasadhya three days ago. Despite the advance booking, we were initially offered a poorly lit, not so convenient space there. The lady was initially reluctant to give us a better table even when there weren’t guests who had booked those tables. When we got a better table, the side dishes on the leaf were cold and we had to ask the staff to bring us water, extra curries, rice, etc.
We discussed this with the management and they were kind enough to offer to charge nothing for the meal which we refused. I totally appreciate the restaurant managers there and very few staff at the restaurant but a lot of the other staff at the restaurant lack good training.

Had lunch there. Quality food. The taste and quality of spice and ingredients used is top notch. Each food is a special treat to palate. Sometimes u realise the magic of food is in making u realise and appreciate the taste buds and revive the taste buds tat was dormant.
Bit expensive but good things won't come free

We stayed as a family with a 1 year old child. Rooms were great, spacious, clean and hygienic. In room dining was delicious. They also had a kids menu which our 1 year old was able to eat well. Breakfast spread was great. When we accidentally soiled our blanket, room service changed this within 2-3 minutes, which was a delightful response time. Overall great stay and will definitely consider staying again if we visit Trivandrum.

Rooms were cosy, well maintained.priced ok for a leisure stay. Staff were very courteous.
Disappointed as no complimentary breakfast was provided, no info about it was available at the time of booking the rooms also at bookingdotcom. So had to have breakfast elsewhere, since it was a short trip with family it was a huge off to go out elsewhere for breakfast.
Swimming pool and change rooms are available. The shower tap at the pool side needs to be changed as it doesn't stay in its place. No spa services available.

Don’t stay here. Went for breakfast and lunch. The staff was very nice and attentive. The restaurant lacks a good wash room. Quite surprising to find there was only one common washroom for the restaurant and lobby. There was separate wash room for men and women attached to the convention center - which was kept locked - wondered the logic - as common facilities must be made available to all who visits the property

Lacks good parking facility - though there is an underground one - will be difficult for self driving guests

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of delicious options. The central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I was thoroughly pleased with the overall experience and would gladly recommend Hilton Garden Inn for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Trivandrum.

Infrastructure nowhere near to what Hilton has Internationally.
Pretty cold reception while checkin. Made to stand for half an hour without offering any help and arguments.

Ideal Location from City Centre and Airport, Very Good Smiling staff, prompt service. Really value for money.

We went there yesterday to try out the Sunday brunch. It was a really good experience. The spread was amazing. The taste and presentation was really commendable. We tried many continental and East Asian cusines which are often rarely available in trivandrum. The service was really good. Each of the service personnel we met were so pleasant and made sure that we were properly cared for. Worth the money we spent. Will surely try it again.

Pleasant Stay at the Property!

This was my 1st stay experience at the Hilton chain. It was a pleasant stay at the property. This being a business travel so did not get much time to spent in the property but whatever time was spent, there were no misses by the hotel management.
Will like to visit the property again, if I get a chance, going forward!

Stay was decent, but the food could use improvement. Staff was good, though lift access was a bit problematic.one gentleman with a shaved head in the restaurant/pub who provided exceptional service. Additionally, all the other staff members in the restaurant were excellent as well. Kudos to the entire team!

The customer service was top notch. Especially I would like to mention about Chef Vishnu, Ms Seetha and Mr. Ajin.
I can definitely say that they are the kind of staffs who are an asset any hotel could have. We can truly say that they enjoy their job and serving the guest ensuring their satisfaction.
The food was amazing, especially the Singaporean noodles prepared by Chef Vishnu
We were also fortunate to attend the Goan Food festival they had.
The rooms could be a little more better, in terms of the furniture and amenities since it looks like very old.
We had to change the extra bed as it was not so comfortable, however they made sure to change it then and there, when we mentioned and that willingness is very much appreciable.

One of the best hotels in Trivandrum! Very professional staff at front desk and restaurant. Rooms are amazingly clean and comfortable!

It was a business trip and a single night stay. The place is close to the railway station, a ten minute ride. Reached by 10: 30 pm. Check in took about 15 minutes. The dining area was about to close at 11 pm but they were kind enough to allow us in to have a bite. The Breakfast and dinner spread was reasonable for a business trip but may be found lacking if you are on a leisure trip.
The rooms were clean, beds non-saggy. There was no outside view from the room I was allotted as there was a wall erected outside the glass panel window, but it didn't matter much as it was late at night.
Overall a hassle-free experience as a business traveler. Not sure if this would be a destination for a holiday stay.

I read some positive reviews about Hilton’s Garden Inn online and didn't do my due diligence. The hotel clearly lacks the richness, quality, and facilities of other Hilton properties. Food was a big disappointment, interior design/ wardrobe has major flaws, location/ parking is another setback, especially during rush hours.

All that being said, the staffs went way out of their way to make sure you had a great experience. They were extremely helpful and attentive, and they were always willing to go the extra mile. This is a rare combination, and it's something that should be appreciated.

It's clear that they take their job seriously and that they are passionate about providing excellent service. They are a credit to their company, and they make a big difference in the overall experience of staying at ‘Hilton’ Garden Inn.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Water is clean too. The hotel staff memebers were very friendly throughout my stay there.

We had two rooms and the service was quite good. Though we are the residents of trivandrum we opted room for a function next day. Mr. Vipin the hotel staff was the person dealing with our stay and hall for the fuction. Thanks to him and to all concerned.
