It's very good apartment hotel, room is well maintained, there is no food service but they have a near by hotel providing food for the guest stays in this hotel. About Location it is far from the city, but if you have your own cabs then it's very good place to stay. Kalamaserry metro is the nearest metro railway station and from there the guest can take an auto / cab to reach this hotel.

The apartment is not near the town. We booked 3 bed including room the room was good. The service is good. The complementary breakfasts is nice but we ordered dinner but that was tasteless we don't even eat the food. Overall experience is nice.

Not nearby ernamkulam its nearby Ernamkulam medical college clean and tidy best part is that they provide breakfast

AC/ Non AC options were not clearly stated while booking (MakeMyTrip), but upgrade to AC was possible at the hotel. The price was 1300per night as opposed to 787 per night i was able to avail online (542 discount). Disappointed with the price (standard double room Rs900, AC double room Rs400 extra) don't think any of the discounts were applied. Only payment at the hotel was available so other discounts or cash-free payment was not possible.
The AC room was on the first floor as part of newly furbished apartment in the nearby building. Hot water was not available in the bathroom in that building.
Included Breakfast was good- appam/ porotta/ chapathi/ idiyappam (one of two per morning) with chickpea curry/paneer curry was served in a very homely dining room opposite reception. Bottled water was supplied on the first day and provided on request the second, was told to make use of the water filter in the dining room there after.
Room was clean, though the bed sheet was a bit stained- looked like ink. TV with free channels in the room. There was building works outside.
Towels a small bottle of shampoo and one single bar of soap was provided for Two people for 3nights. No housekeeping or room service.
Internet didn't work the first two days as the network cable was disconnected from the router- which was fixed only after 2days of stay even though we had asked about it the first night.
Location is conveniently close to medical college kalamassery, kerala start up mission, science park etc. However its not in the town, some shops around, but couldn't find any nice restaurants for lunch/dinner close by. 30mins to kalamassery metro.

Great rooms, not too expensive. One of the only places with good stay, close to KSUM. Parking is slightly limited

This place is good with very understanding and supporting staff. The only fact I don't appreciate was hiding of facts while booking online and the hotel not adjusting as per customers need incase they need breakfast a little earlier or later.

Spacious rooms, all necessary luxuries, very friendly and helpful staff and very affordable rates. I took away one star because it is not at the heart of town. This place is highly recommended by me

It's more like an apartment turned into a hotel or lodge whatever. Overall I loved the environment cuz was peaceful and neat!

Best accommodation in reasonable rate.very safe especially for ladies.i stayed there 10 days with my daughter.i recommend to all parents especially for girl child who wish to travel kochi/ernakulam area can stay there comfortably and with reasonable rate.little distance from city is not an issue as uber/ola service available 24/7.

Perfect place. Beautiful view full of greens from all the windows. Awsome place to stay happy and peacefully. Awsom balcony experience like live with nature. Good rooms excelent for family. These are not just rooms. It is far better than usual hotel stay. Rooms with kitchen. Balcony and drawing room awsome.
