When visited the store i saw some good collection of articles and also the sales staff was quite helpful and showed enough patience to show all the design they had, even though the prices are on the higher side, i finalized on something which had a defect on it. As a customer it's my right to bargain on the price and i tried to speak to the shop owner and when i conveyed the same to him, he straight away asked me to not buy and he's not selling it. So it's not about the product i would say it's always about the service what someone provide. I felt sorry for those sales staff to work under a person like him over there. He might have shouted at them as well even though it's not their fault. These two star rating is for those staff's, keep shining.
