As usual in Kerala it seems staff need to have proper training to provide apt information to customers. All asks us 'may I help you'? , but they don't have proper answers.

Very bad customer service, i ordered 46 items from their website in which they promised home delivery which was not fullfilled. I had to pick up all those big boxes myself from their delivery partner DTDC THALASSERY's store. DTDC STAFFS WERE RUDE TOO.

It’s a wonder world for all home solutions such as Home decor, furnishings, Kitchen accessories, bathroom accessories and what else not. Go green mission is attractive more than any section, oxygen purification indoor plants and such live plants sections are best. Strongly recommend for all. Most of them are expensive but both affordable products with a lot of selections are available there.

Good store with very good staff… home centre in hilite mall has huge collection of house holde with affordable price…. I bought comforter from there…. Staff helped me to choose correct size for my bed….

Cheating the customers?
A board is displayed in front saying up to 60% discount for ENTIRE RANGE, but very few are having discount.
I bought some items from there, but when I reached home found that the price charged was more than the printed MRP!
Why false announcements to attract customers?

One of the finest home solution in kozhikode. You will get variety collection of furnitures, crockery, decoration items and house holds from here. The display of items is very attractive.

A good store with careless staff and cashier. Bought a couple of items, the staff were clueless about what they were selling. Dropped all the things purchased due to the snail like active cashier. He took almost 20 minutes to bill 2 candles and 3 flower vases. Got tired waiting and left the shop without buying anything

Cool collections of decor utilities, for a colourful livin style at affordable price.usual stuffs stylishly.offer rainz without much drainz. Esp must to Knock once before your celebrative door knock day.

Good place to get home furnishings and furniture. Also items to decorate. Kitchen items and utensils also available. Bed sheets, comforters etc.of good quality available. May be a little bit costly.

Very expensive stuff but well laid out. Some things have very few choices in terms of variety.like bedroom furniture. The staff do not take the pain of trying to help the customer.to them it's more like a 9-5 job.collect salary at the end of the month and start with the new month once again.

Please don't buy furniture from here.especially the combo offers.it won't last even for 3 years, especially the king size beds

Good designs, my 2 clocks which were of good designs lasted only 2-3 years, had to change it machine

Good collection of things for those who love decorating there houses with quality and beautiful things.

Staff are good. Security outside has a negative attitude.

We had stuff bought from Nesto, which was not accommodated inside the shop, also not willing store next to security. How are they expecting us to shop only home centre while it’s inside the mall, where we will shop at multiple locations.

Visited and purchased items today. I need a box to pack the items. But staffs are very arrogant and didn't give the box. Cancelled my order. Thanks for the service

And of course, bag is chargeable even it’s small bag. It’s not reusable bag, it’s paper bag. Charge 8RS for a small bag! Ok to pay if it’s reusable bag, a suggestion.

Home Centers in Hi lite Mall Calicut has very bad service. Purchased a bedroom set on March. The wardrobe was not getting locked from very next day complained many times bad response from there side. Disappointed with there service.

Home center has lost its charm, this is what I felt when gone to the shop recently. Nobody to care, guide or support. Felt just like I am watching a museum!
When asked a sales person, he was in a hurry to attend some other case. But he never introduced another person and we were simply waiting blank.
We have bought a 7 pieces cookware found to be badly riveted at home.
When a made a call I have found no separate number for the store!

Home center at hilite kozhikode shows the closing time as 9.30 pm but the it is closed by 9.05 pm itself.

The timing shown in maps is not reliable.

Wonderful place to be. All types ready to wear clothes are available. Prices too are reasonable.

I always wusit this place and I will find some thing interesting here. Their decoro collection and kitchen ware section is suprb.
