Awesome experience. The flat is super neat and equipped with all the amenities for a short stay.
The house owner is friendly. The rates are also very decent

Near to subramaniom wedding hall.apartment has all facilities with kitchen for little cooking.

It is a three AC bedroom apartment with all facilities.
It can comfortably accommodate six people and is very close to Subramaniam Hall, not even a 5 minute walk.

Had a really bad experience with them after getting confirmation and reservation upon arrival i was told the place is sold out. Did not even bother to call again to confirm or take any effort from their side. Totally unprofessional behaviour and i had to go search different stays at night. Upon calling the owner on arrival, he just kept on telling ther’s nothing to be done despite the fact that they shouldn't have listed the place as available if the place is sold out to waste the time ans energy of their guests.

I have known this apartment since Aug 2023. Its a perfect place to stay due to following
1. The owner and caretaker are polite and helpful
2. It only 50 mtr away from the main road vazhuthacaud opposite to Tagore theater
3. It has 3BHK flat will all facilities i.e. Wifi, fridge, washing machine, cooking equipment - so it makes the place homely
4. Parking area and big windows are available.
5. The apartment is well maintained. Whenever I check in its neat and clean with all things functioning.

Would recommend for all who wish to have homely stay outside your home.

For me it was a very good experience staying in HoneyBee Serviced Apartment & Homestay Trivandrum. I wholeheartedly recommend this home stay to anyone seeking a special and memorable experience. I also look forward to the possibility of returning back in the future

I booked the apartments in Renjini apartments in c/w my daughter's marriage. The occupant's age ranged from 25 to 65, but all had only one opinion "An excellent place to stay, ie.the ambience, the facilities, location, the behaviour of caretaker and owner etc etc are exceptional". The Neem tree in the front provide fresh air, sufficient parking space is added advantage. The location is also excellent with museum/zoo, good hotels (veg/non veg), temple, church etc are in walkable distance. Above all the rent charged is also reasonable. I sincerely recommend this place for your stay in Trivandrum.

Enough space for parking.

3 good bedrooms, hall and kitchen with cooking facilities, well maintained. Very near to tagore theatre.

The rooms were well maintained and the bedding was ok. They have a kitchen available with some cutlery and a washing machine as well. Located in a prime area and didn't have challenges getting transport.

Really very nice apartment.
All the places to visit are near by.
The owner is a good person.
Place is quite. Good to relax
