Hot Cakes.

I just visited the shop and just parcel one chicken friedrice. After sometimes i just opened it and came to know that, it smells really bad, and taste wise also very poor. I didn't expect this from ur side and really disappointed about it

Worst service. I had a fruit salad. It was very bad. There was a watery syrup. God knows what is added. The fruits didn't look fresh. After that my stomach is upset. If you tell the counter, they don't react. They seem busy talking all the time. Lastly, they don't provide any cover.

Very pathetic service from staff who on duty at 8: 50 pm (9/8/2023) in kundara hospital junction outlet.she doesn't know how to speak guest and not even basic manners.i never visit again this outlet.

There is very bad behavior from the staffs, They would joke and laugh with each other without even thinking about the people who come to buy things, it's happening especially kundara, Kottarakara1&2 outlets,

Worst services. The food which they have provided is very worst. I have ordered a Shavai chicken which it has affected food poison to my family members and also have some bad smell when the parcel packet has opened.

There was a time not too long ago may be a couple of years it was the best place to eat samosa and puffs were best in class and today I went there and assuming the same quality ordered the same only to know that the all the reviews below are right and the quality is absolute worst. I do think the owner isn't interested in the quality at all. Straight forward pathetic.

Recently ordered chicken friedrice and chillychicken. I have never ate such a worst chilly chicken! It was terribly bad to eat more than a spoonful? The worst one!

The goods ordered at 9.30 were not delivered because the billing staff did not come even though the shop opened at 9.00 and the goods were in the shop at 10.00.

Today i buy a half kg white forest cake (410rs) and it has the very very "poor" quality similar to a 150 rs local cake. Thank u hot cakes for this wonderful opportunity

About Kundara Branch, Worst customer care service. Too much of waiting needed just for a juice or smoothie. They even didn't answer if we ask about the availability of items. That much pathetic.

Never ever visit this place.the funniest part is that most of the staffs r behaving like they r blind nd there s a man A) he don't knw manners B) he don't knw what the customers ate! He wil go and give some other orders at the cash counter, usually if such things happen v wil get irritated, but after visiting this place i couldn't control my laughter since none of them n the shop had any sense. (

The shop has one of the worst customer service. Especially the old man who sits at the counter. Rare to find mannerless people like him anywhere else. This shop better have people with good manners to deal with customers.worst experience ever.

Not good at all. I was travelling to other city and purchased 10kilo alluva for my colleague and friends and the shopkeeper told me that it will last long for least 10 days but after 3 days i opened the alluva and got suprised to see that all those 10 kilo alluva got fungus and got wasted. I really don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from hot cake.

Nice place to have a quit bite. Courteous staff. A bit crowded at times. Good quality products for sale. A little bit pricier compared to competition.

I took parcel from Hot Cakes, Kundara on 24th February 2022 and the items I took were veg fried rice and gopi manchurian.
My question to the Hot Cakes management is that how can you make gopi manchurian without cauliflower. The gopi manchurian was nothing but some curry with maida balls. Also, there was not a pinch of salt in the fried rice.
Never try chinese or other main course items from this restaurant. I've bought bakery items before and they are good. But this is the first time I'm buying chinese food.
I'm also adding the photos of curry and the bill.

I have bought chicken fried rice today, i coudnt get a single peice of chicken, also not that tasty, waste of money

It's a subranch of hotcakes not that much good
And surely going on their main outlet is better which is 200 m straight from it (when going kollam and on the left)

We have ordered one butterscotch cake, The quality and taste was not good. Compared to the rate the quality is not match, really disappointed.

The worse service ever!
The attitude of staffs are like, the customers are there to beg. We won't serve or talk to you courteously.
Never expect good or courteous staffs at any of the outlets of Hot Cakes in and around Kollam.

Me and my cousine visit yesterday Mukkada branch.but no one take the order they busy on there mobile after we leave from there and go to everest bakers.

നാം പലതരം അലുവ (ഹൽവ) കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കോഴിക്കോടൻ ഹൽവ പേര് കേട്ടതാണ്. അരി ഹൽവ കേരളത്തിൽ ഒട്ടുമിക്കയിടത്തും ഉണ്ട്. അരിയും ശർക്കരയും നെയ്യും, തേങ്ങാപ്പാലും, അണ്ടിപരിപ്പും, മുന്തിരിയും ചേർത്ത് കൊല്ലംകാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഹൽവയുടെ രുചി കേരളത്തിൽ മറ്റൊരിടത്തും ഇല്ലെന്ന് തന്നെ പറയാം. പണ്ടൊക്കെ നമ്മുടെ കല്യാണവീടുകളിൽ വാർപ്പിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ആ അലുവായുടെ അതേ രുചി. അപ്പോൾ നമ്മുടെ കൊല്ലത്തിന്റെ സ്വന്തം രുചികൂട്ടുകൾ ചേർത്തുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഈ ഹൽവയ്ക്ക് #കൊല്ലംഹൽവ എന്ന് നമുക്ക് വിളിച്ച് തുടങ്ങിക്കൂടെ.
കൊല്ലത്തിന്റെ കല്യാണ സദ്യയ്ക്ക് വിളമ്പുന്ന പരിപ്പ്, സാമ്പാർ, അടപ്രഥമൻ, പിന്നെ ഈ അരി അലുവ, ഇതിനെ വെല്ലാൻ മറ്റൊരിടത്തേയും സമാന വിഭവങ്ങൾക്കാകില്ല.

Not a good place to chill out.food are just normal quality and services is also not upto the mark.

I had been visiting this place whenever i come to Kundara, nicest restaurant in that area. Parking is quite a problem sometimes.
