The food was very tasty. But the floor we had had no wash room we had to go to the top floor for that purpose.it is located in veryu easily accessable location.

One of the pioneering hotels in Kottayam. My father used to take us here when we were kids. And since then they have evolved over time and had maintained their excellency in every aspect. The food is diverse and delicious. Their resto bar is well equipped.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families traveling with small children. Its in the middle of Kottayam city; the walls are paper thin. We heard ambulance noises and other vehicle noises throughout the night. The convention centre is right above the hotel rooms, since there was a big event on Sunday evening, we could hear the entire event in our room and then the cleaning crew moving furniture around while cleaning as well. The front desk was not helpful. The food was okay, nothing to rave home about.

The only good thing is the ambiance. It's a good place to drink and not suitable for a family night out. Above average price and below average quality. This is an honest review. We ordered a steak sizzler and it was a joke. They gave us plain bread with it. Porotas were not flaky or fresh and the chicken was over cooked. I'm a college student I get better chilli Chicken in my canteen for 60 rs

The new Outhouse is extremely tempting. Ambience created is the best in the town for a friend's hang out or family hang out. Food is good and a real nice place for a Kottayam ppl with a Banglore effect
