Very nice hotel! Polite staff, food in the restaurant is also very nice. Roof top pool and it's view is awesome.

Very good hotel. We had a good stay. It is near to Cochin airport. If u have an early morning flight to catch, you can definitely plan an one night stay in hear. You will get connected rooms if you are coming with more than 2 people.

Was there just for 8 hrs, poor service, maybe the guy is reception was asleep as I checked in at midnight. When I checked out they held me back to get some clearance, was wondering what it was. They need to improve on service quality proximity to Airport is the only plus point

In 2012 we celebrated our elder son's first bday here. And now after 9 years in 2021 we had lunch here enroute to Coimbatore and as always it was super Delicious

The best experience ever in cochin. Room space is vast. Cleanliness is very good. Emanities are also fine. Food is very tasty and hygienic.

Already it's good. But This me customers service was worse, refilling food was too late and house keeping also, wifi was very bad. Supply tea was not neatly.

One of the earliest 5 starred hotels in the Cochin Airport vicinity at Athani junction. Location is definitely a plus point.

A friend stayed here recently and suggested that Rooms and service is ok but not typical 5-star level. Advantage is being in the vicinity of supermarkets, restuarants (Salkara etc) and arterial route to Cochin, Angamaly etc.

The rooftop setup (Ozone Sky Lounge) is pretty good one.

Recently visited the Ozone sky lounge there. Had a great time there. Great ambience with nice songs. Only thing disappointed was the portion of the food.

Its not a 5 star hotel.its like 3 star. He give me 3 room but 1 room is not good so we request to change this, but they cant change.they told hotel is full, i check in online room is available. In booking time the showing welcome drink.i ask 3-4 time then they give normal water.plz dont book this hotel.food also not good

Reasonably good rooms, near airport (10 min by car) ; but very unfriendly staff. I had a reservation for the night since I was catching a morning flight after a wedding reception in Aluva. I checkedin in the evening. My mother and wife who were also attending the reception were with me and we were hoping they could come to my room and change dress for the reception. The front desk staff stopped this citing security reasons. I have never faced a situation where a guest is not allowed in the room anywhere in the world. Their security argument fell apart when they offered the guests to go to room for an additional charge of Rs. 1000. It became clear that they were creating problems just to make additional money and we decided not to give in to that. Do not recommend this hotel for their extremely unfriendly attitude towards guests. There are several better hotels near the airport.

It was awsom great roof top restaurant and great food variety of seafood also, super ambiance, and very near to cochin international airport, only 10 min journey by cab no traffic issue in airport road great staff too

Not a five star material. Though it shows to be a five star at many of its sights. The rooms are ok. Clean and sufficient for two. Just a bit highly priced as compared to the services

Not enough space for parking more number of cars. Quality of food is abv avg. Service of House keeping department is good. 2 lifts are there, both are very lag in functional. Horizon hall is good for conducting big parties

The place was better than I expected, and it is most conveniently located with its proximity to the CIAL Airport.
Courteous and polite staff, very service oriented, even have appropriate facilities for wheelchair ridden persons.
The highlight would be the rooftop garden Bar which opens every evening at 7. The view is a must see!

Good hotel. Less space outside and parking is on nearby separate area. However the interiors are too good and arranged beautiful. The restaurant is too good and affordable. The rooms are neat and clean and has very nice facilities. One of the good and affordable five star hotel option near to Cochin airport.

One of the great hotel just 10 mins to Cochin international airport. They have a rooftop swimming pool and restaurant too.

Pro's:
1) Location: Closer to airport and national highway.
2) Amenities: Pool, Banquet, Various bars, restaurants, health club
3) Spacious rooms

Con's:
1) Biggest turn off is the hospitality of team, be the front office, restaurant or Bar. Poor customer service skills. Dont know how to handle situations, how to handle special requests, and how make a customer feel comfortable. Work on it seriously for your own good.

We took the buffet.but was not satisfied with the items and quality of food for the price.some items had to be requested multiple times before filling.just 3 non veg items.cost is 420/-+ tax.ambience is average.

The ozone rooftop is too good, with a view of flights taking off and with offers of zomato gold, it is a great place to chill

It's a nice hotel near Cochin airport. Staff is hospitable and the rooms are excellent, but the food has to improve many folds.

Nice place.few issues with electric multiple shutdown and nouse from party on 7th floor haul. Other than this it is all ok.

I vwent to restaurant, the ambience and the staff were soo amazing. The food served was decent but not upto the standards of their price.

The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Staff courteous. I arrived late night and had to leave early the next morning. The restaurant serves a limited menu during the night and works 24 x 7. There was a confusion regarding my room service order and I had to wait forty minutes to get some chappatis and paneer which were 7/10
Ten minutes drive from Kochi International Airport. Easily hire a Uber or ola for a cheap ride to the airport, any time day/night

Hotel was just okay, not very luxurious but they have all important facilities required for a good hotel. It was 5 kms from the airport and almost 20 kms from Lulu mall and beach.

Nice and very clean, good breakfast and food. Staff are polite, Gym and spa are available. Swimming pool at roof. We enjoyed the stay.

Food is not good. They prepare food with coconut oil, which is not suitable for tourists.to serve the food they take a long time. They don't take order properly.
Roos are neat. But no foot mat at wash room door.

Decent hotel. Spacious rooms, no bad smells, linen was clean. The food was good but a bit expensive. There are two elevators but one of them could not be called from the lobby which is a slight inconvenience when there are too many ppl waiting for one.
