Hotel Al Reem - Kodungallur

Worst customer service. I brought a beef mandi from this restaurant today. In the parcel, there was no mayonnaise or chutney, so we called them and informed them the same. We were asked to obtain the mayonnaise and chutney directly from them. We said we can't go because our location is 8kms away from the restaurant. It's there mistake so we ask them to bring it to our location that guy who attend the call is very irresponsible and he said some silly reasons and disconnected the call. It's been 3 hours and we haven't received the item or call from them. And in the rice, there was also a small hair. Their business won't succeed if they don't provide proper customer service. Before their service was good and we were their regular customers. But now be aware that this restaurant is below average. Dont even consider it as a last-minute option. And never recommend to anyone. Training your employees on how to behave with customers and resolve customer complaints is crucial if you run a business.

Great place to have food. Is of good quality and the ambience is great. Good parking space and nearby highway. Great for groups. Cost 140 for quarter.

Kuzhimanthi special restaurant, additional rice available with the same price. Enough parking slots for vehicle parking.

Chicken has no flavour.rice is good.since I have had tastier mandhi from Qatar this seem to be little disappointing but not bad.

Kuzimanthi that you get from al reem is soo yummy and tasty.keep us carving for more and unlimited rice will fill you up (both tummy and heart) eventually.i would suggest “take away”, as a full manthi can fill the whole family, two times for sure.

Nice presentation and good quantity, rice is properly cooked basmathi type. Chicken is a bit over cooked maybe manthi is like that. Spice is less if you are a spicy food lover you will have to adjust with sauce and a tomato chilli mix. But you will get a big bowl of mayonnaise to satisfy your fat cravings. For 140 rupee for a quarter which is more than enough for normal persons i think it's worth

Al Reem Al Soft Al Juicy and All Tender and Fresh. Thats best described. This was my first ever encounter after this Al Reem thrown open for us a month or so back. As of now no Home Delivery but hopefully it may begin. Meat is fresh and tender. Rice is long and well done. Cooked to precision of perfection. A full AlFahm Mandi cost ₹650/- as a take away and it can serve four adults twice. The Quantity of rice is good enough to feed neighbours as well. It more than enough.
Over all it’s perfect evening package on a lazy rainy Sunday night.

Recommended for the Biriyani Lovers as well.
