Tried the Alfahm mandhi, Beef mandhi and chicken mandhi last week. Mandhi rice was okayish type. Beef was good and cooked well. Other 2 are okay. One time try. They have enough parking.
I had never experienced such a.worst customer service. I hope the waiter boy's name was Fais. The rule of the restaurant boys was pathetic and it's entirely different from other Al Reem restaurants. Quality was awesome but the quantity.
The al-reem offers an exquisite dining experience, complemented by an inviting ambiance that elevates the overall atmosphere. The staff's attentive service enhances the enjoyment of a well-curated menu, showcasing delectable dishes. From appetizers to desserts, each plate reflects a commitment to quality and flavor. The culinary team's skill is evident, creating a symphony of tastes that leave a lasting impression. While the ambiance is undeniably outstanding, it's the harmonious blend of exceptional service and delectable cuisine that truly sets this hotel apart, making it a must-visit for those seeking a memorable dining experience.
Good quality of food but not in mutton mandi. The chicken dish was very tasty, and rice with mandi was good. Since they are apecialised with mandi, they have to select good quality of meat and keep an eye while purchasing mutton. Keralites usually like meat without fat and juicy meat. There is no side dish with the ordered menu like pickles, curd, or salad. Felt Very Poor Service and staff to be trained to attend tables frequently after an order. Staff are busy with their phones after serving food. One of them were coughing and not wearing a mask. No health-conscious. Special note: Upstairs place with AC -poor cooling. Good parking area in front of the restaurant.
Best mandhi spot.quality food. Best place for chilling with friends and families. Dining provided in both ground floor and first floor. Ac / non Ac available.
Best Mandhi for it's price and very good friendly staff. Love the food and is a usual favourite place for me and my friends. No doubt simply the best authentic mandhi u could get in ernakulam. It's like a budget version of Arabian palace in edapplly.
Food is good. I got a sensitive tummy but no issue. Service is scary. AC upstairs hall is good. Staffs are found casual, not bothered of anything. Uniform for serving staffs is a must.
I love everything about this restaurant. The ambience, food, settings, everything! I would love to see some arabic sweets too. Something like kunafa or Basbosa after a heavy meal.
