I had a wonderful stay here.more than 4 days we are use to stay their.nice hotel and there service standard is top notch.staff are very help full and well hospitable.special mention to ms. Alin she is very help full and guide as very well.

Exlent service provid by the staff all are courtesy and well keep the service standards. Me and my friends had a good stay.rooms are very clean and perfect. And the food was awesome. Will recommend to our family and friends too.keep Rock guys. Had all the best for your future.

Stayed for almost three weeks. Location is good. Rooms are good with house keeping upto the mark. Foods good with Pooja, Bijoy and team there in the restaurant. Hospitality is at it's best with Athira at the front desk and with the energetic and caring Alin it becomes even better.

Quite an excellent place to hang around. Dimora TEAM from Security to the top level management, all are very friendly and service oriented. Such a beautiful and quite place in the midst of crowded place like Thampanoor, Truvandrum.

Excellent Dinner buffet options. Also we had their special Ceasar salad which was outstanding. Clean rooms and well kept ambiance. Good breakfast spread. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Will certainly choose to stay again next time.

Good food, nice ambience, at the heart of the city, good parking, well behaved staff. Had an awesome dinner at cafe hive.

Among all the good food places in Trivandrum, one place that me and my family always like to return again and again is Apollo Dimora. The food is great and so is the ambience. The staff ensures that we are always taken care of. Almost all the interactions has been positive and they are very accommodative if you are reasonable. Loved the variety of dishes and the occasional surprises as well. Highly recommend.

If you want a budget stay at Trivandrum then this checks all boxes. Their food is pretty good by the way

An amazing place to stay when in trivandrum, very supportive staff, especially Shree Kumar who helped me through out in every possible way.

We stayed at Apollo Dimora 2 days back. We made a booking via Agoda on a bread and breakfast basis. We checked in at 10.30 pm and was informed by the reception personnel that breakfast was not part of package. Despite showing the booking reference confirming breakfast he stuck to the refusal to the point of being curt, impolite and unbecoming of service industry. Further we were asked to discuss with agoda and deal with the issue conveniently forgetting the hotel's responsibility. Hence inspite of good facilities it was an unpleasant stay.

Had been there to attend a wedding. Good banquet halls, warm hospitality and I must say the sadya was really delicious.

We had arranged a Marraige reception of my daughter Sanjana and I must say both the service and reception was excellent. A special mention must be made of the Sadya which was very tasty and of high quality and very appreciated by all our invitees. Easily the best Sadya in town. Thanks for everything. Rajeev Narayanan

Most comfortable space to stay in Trivandrum. Right in the middle of the city with easy access to public transport. Food is just awesome. And hospitality impeccable! An affordable option even if you are alone or with family! Highly recommended!

Good and hygienic place in the heart of the city. Nice ambience both inside and outside. Has a good parking space. The road is a bit narrow so only one car will pass at a time. Visited one conference hall on level 1, the hall is good and nice seats, the speakers were not so good.

Got to stay here on account of an engagement function. Amazing rooms, well maintianted and cleaned. Service is prompt and always available. The staff ensures that great hospitality is provided to their customers. The dinner in the hotel downstairs is pretty good. Sadly, cannot say the same about the breakfast.

Good hotel - neat and clean. Ideal for business travellers. But, the switches r very cleverly hidden. I had to call house keeping to off the lights at night.

I came for exam with my husband and we were waiting on ground floor.
A staff came and said that exam is on first floor so can't sit here then
I asked them where my husband can wait, they given the way to basement. After exam when I went there I saw that it is a closed space at the end of the staircase and he was standing there basement near parking. The staff have a thought that people who are coming there for exam are not from a reputed family and they even don't have the courtesy to behave in a good manner.we have gone for exam in many other big hotels and they are showing decency to give seat in the waiting lounge for those who accompanying the person coming for exam

I came to write the IELTS exam and I was shocked to see the entrance staff diverting me to the basement entrance. I believe they should have the minimum courtesy to at least make us seated in the main lobby with air conditioning.

It was for the first time I have attended a bitrothel function at your Hotel on 16th of May. It is adequately convenient place to conduct special occasions. I don't see your add anywhere publishing your facilities. A business with out advertisement is like winking your eyes in darkness. Wish good luck. KOCHUKOSHY

The hotel is successful in creating a luxurious ambience with cozy furnitures and pleasing decorations. The hospitality it offers is also amazing, but it seems like the concerned authorities lacks to pay more attention towards quality of food items being served.

I am sorry to say that the Food is not delicious.

But the deserts were as sweet as the coziness the whole crew offered

Polite staff. Services were good I don't think of any negetive point. Even they gave us early check-in.recommended.our tour was good and ur service, comfy room. Especially it is near railway station and bus stand and temple is near. Iron box and every small need was fulfill everything. Today early morning 4 o' clock darshanam ur gaurd helped me. This Hotel has been the worst experience I had while booking a hotel and this especially for our wedding guests for a wedding in our family. If you try to compare their charges with others they will be lower, but people it's that time to choose pride over embarassment. If you are about to book for your esteemed guests or your family you will be embarassed for guaranteed. They pester you with calls to check whether you will pay or not. Its another embarassment to have your guests wait at the lobby for hours without being asked to extend or not. The Hotel deals in a very purely unprofessional way. The way the lodges in Thampanoor, Trivandrum deals with local customers. A Starred hotel like this deals the same as it's area where it's located. The hotel is onlyonl sweet as the welcome candy while booking but as sour as the service they offer. Don't be decieved by its looks, the front office behaves like a butcher at his desk. The replyb

A experience so repulsive about a reputed starred hotel like Apollo Dimora happened to one of my friends while booking for his wedding just two days ago. People, it's better to opt for other hotels which behave very politely with its customers. I'm writing this just because I witnessed it. The hotel front office staff behaves just like the sidekicks of a money lender who threatens you with holding your guests if you don't pay your daily bills rajy evening itself. People don't be deceived by its name they behave just like local lodges trying to settle its dues every evening in fear of guests deserting without doing payment. Its almost impossible to give a zero star rating but if they do, their service doesn't qualify for it. If you are doing a reservation for your guests, you are choosing to badly embarassed before your guests. I choose to decline this masked butcher of a hotel.

Very much accessible from the city. Good views and nice ambience. Parking facilities are good. Vallet parking is available. Good place for arranging functions. Couple of conference halls are available for carrying out different functions.

An excellent 4 star hotel at a stone's throw from Trivandrum Central railway station. High standards of maintaining makes the stay here a pleasant experience. Got a pool, spa, gym, 2 good restaurants and 24x7 in room dining. At the heart of the city. Rooms are centrally air-conditioned and do not have fans. Spacious rooms and spic and span toilets. Have got iron Box and pressing table in every room apart from tea/coffee maker. Have got in house cabs for local trips/pick up/drop. Doesn't have a bar though, which is quite surprising for a 4 star facility in Kerala.

its a good property.worth for money. There are 135 rooms total. 5 delux and 10 suites rooms. 6 banquet hall.good.

If one comes again the same spot i simply love the place it's simplicity, elegance of hospitality!
All the staff were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble and service and food was extraordinary and very tasty.

I stayed in this hotel for two days. My experience was really good. Breakfast was also very good with so many items.

It is been my 4th stayat your hotel,
First of all spacious and live lobby is really attractive and fragrant that spread from the attar shop makes me energetic eventhough after hectic meetings.
The receptionist and welcome drink is always awesome, , in fact i like the the welcome drink dont know what is the mixture may be its dimora secret recipe
My referred many of my colleagues they said the same.
In room facilities are much heigher than any or above this hotel.
Breakfast spread is good. The most interesting thing is that chef comes to us and ask us for any customization required if we stay more than a week. I felt really at home.
Room orders take atleast takes 15-20 mnts that i felt little bad.
Well maintained property is centrally located

The location is ideal for people who come by train or bus as it's just bang opposite the station and near the bus station.the rooms are spacious and well maintained.they even obliged when we requested for a late checkout

ഇന്നലെ ആണ് ഞാൻ അവിടത്തെ buffet കഴിച്ചത്.
Buffetile സ്റ്റാർട്ടർ ആയ welcome drink പോലും ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു.
ഞാൻ ആദ്യം എടുത്തത് salad ആയിരുന്നു എല്ലാം പഴകിയ പച്ചക്കറികൾ.
Chicken and fish ആകെ ഒരു വെറൈറ്റി മാത്രമായിരുന്നു ഇണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. അതിൽ മീൻ മുഴുവൻ ഉപ്പ്‌ ആയത് കൊണ്ട് വായിൽ വെക്കാൻ പോലും പറ്റില്ല ആർക്കും.
Orders പലതും ടൈംയിൽ കിട്ടിയത് കൂടില്ല.
പോരാത്തതിന് ഒരു dishum വായിക്കാൻ കൂടി പറ്റിയില്ല. എല്ലാം hindi names ആയിരുന്നു.

Buffetinu 800+tax aayirunu.
500 രൂപയുടെ food and quality പോലും അവിടെ ഇണ്ടായില്ല.
