Hotel Arcadia

Very poor service. AC was not working and they charged 50rs for 1 drinking water only thing is bufae is nice

They have a useless skybar - if we ask a particular food from menu, they say that they don’t have it. This happened twice.

We had been to the restaurant attached to hotel Arcadia. Food is decent and there is nothing to complain about it. This place is maintained well and washroom maintenance can be improved a bit.

I went to there restaurant they served food by putting there thumb finger in food and I also found a hair in the plate

We went for a buffet breakfast. For Rs 660/- per pax we experienced the worst breakfast ever. Only very few choices with normal quality too.
We took a newspaper from the stand after food and while we were about to move the car towards the gate, we saw a security running after our car, he smashed on the window saying, did you took newspaper from the stand. Manager saw through CCTV and send me to get it from you. After paying Rs 2000 for a horrible breakfast we received a complimentary insult and gave Rs 20 for the security to get refreshed.

Aside from some bad reviews regarding the service, I found out the service was good actually and proper.
Cons:
1.they serve the same breakfast items everyday.
2. Wi-Fi is terrible, they keep changing the password everyday and was not stable. They took quick respond to my complaint, and gave me a mobile modem which was really appreciated.

Staff are polite and will try to accommodate your needs when you tell them.

The Quality of Toiletries they provide is Atrocious. Medimix soap in bathroom. No dental and Shaving Kit.

Hotel service was very poor. Wifi service in the room was only for namesake. Can’t watch TV as in TV channels are not available. For everything you need to call to the reception and they don’t respond you quickly.

Very bad front service staff. The phone in the room doesn’t work. Staff wouldn’t pick up the calls from cell phone. Very poor service by front desk.

Good quality and value for money. Friendly and courteous staff. Ideally located. And it's very very family friendly

The meal was exceptionally good, with a delightful blend of flavors that left me thoroughly satisfied.

Facilities are average compared to the charges, only good hotel location. For gods sake never visit their rooftop restaurant, it's heck & hell. Pathetic food as they don't know what to serve. We stayed for 2 nights but had pathetic breakfast after which we never ate there.

Booked a Hall here well Staff here is Cooperative and Coordinated, Food Was also Good I would give 3/5 for food and there is ample parking space to.hold parties.

Very poor service. I went there with my female friend and they asked us to carry our luggage on our own.as a reason they said due to covid they had lack of manpower.we were not able to as we were only two females and they bluntly said that's not their issue. I would not recommend this property at all

As the restaurant/bar is located on the center of the town and a theatre right next to it Arcadia was pretty full when I visited the place. Has a pretty good service and most importantly enough parking space and the service staff was really helpful. Would suggest the place if you are looking for a slightly average restaurant in the middle of Kottayam.

Hotel Arcadia, Kottayam, TB road, near to KSRTC Bus stand Kottayam, is the number one hotel in Kottayam.
I like it's restaurant very much.
Another attraction is roof top swimming pool and roof top bar. Rooftop bar and it's ambiance is amazing.

I spent my afternoon in this restaurant for some lunch, the ambiance is nice but not very welcoming. The food tasted as if it came from a microwave, nasty.

Only accomodation and service is good. Food is pathetic and worse! Management have to take initiative to make food better and hygienic.

I have been there many times for various occasions, services they provide were above par.i was thoroughly satisfied with eleventh floor roof top bar and swimming pool, i must say that those were gorgeous,

It's a 5star restaurant with vallet parking.their dishes are so good and they also provide buffet facility for breakfast and dinner.they offer an ambient atmosphere

Nice food, courteous staff, but seems little expensive, hope the management will introduce budjet food option also in the menu.

Great views of the entire Kottayam town and the lush green surroundings of the town. Very attentive staff at the ground floor lobby area. Visit the restaurant on the top floor to enjoy the views.

Service not upto the expectations.morning room service starts at 10 AM. Never seen such service timings anywhere. Food is good.

I have visited Kottayam last week and went to this hotel. From the entrance itself there is warm Welcome. The will park our car and just needs to give key to b then. Bar is in underground and the way looks beautiful. Ambience was also good. There is smoking room inside the bar. Food was also good. Staffs behavior was also good. I like it

Good place good vibe, we have arranged a get together there, its was soo good and the the hall they gave us was extremely awesome. And they price range its satisfying and the food they served was good tasty

And for arranging good programs or events i am saying it is cool.place and it iss goooood place

Very worst foodservice. Ordered a fruitsalad and waited for 35 min. Finally got some watermelons. In a tiny bowl which costed 110 rs.so disgusting. Not at all fresh

We went for the lunch buffet.they didn't refilled the dishes.the service was also not good.when we let them to know about the finished dishes they dont even listen to us.it was a bad experience.not expected this kind of attitude from the staffs of Arcadia.for evidence I'm adding a picture of a dish (beef sausage) which was not filled even after we requested them to fill.also the desserts were also finished.

I heard it from one of my friends the experience with parking and the 200ft tall ladder/steps one has to climb and how bad the management is.

Not good. And we are spreading the word.

Pathetic staff.they advertise this hotel as business hotel but there was no internet for whole day nd no alternative arrangements. Food was ok. Good loaction

Old rooms and spacious rooms. But had very experience. They doesn't change or clean the bed properly. Have a through look into the bed before you leap in.

Restaurant is OK. But rooms are old and have poor amenities. Even deluxe room is bad and TV remote and water heater are not working. They had an excellent breakfast menu which is the only positive thing. Foor accommodation I strongly recommend HOTEL AIDA

Nice ambiance. Very good facilities with in the heart of the town. Near to K. S. R. T. C. Bus station. Rooms are provided with all the amenities.
