Hotel Arcadia

They charge 170 for a single meal. But the truth is that it isn't worth for it. The curries even don't have any good taste. At this price we can have good 2 meals from any other good shop.
It will be ok if they had some more curries. But for five or six it isn't worth! And also they charge extra 30 i.e 200 for a parcel. I actually don't know whats the logic behind that
So for me i won't recommend anybody to have meals from this shop.

Good food, good ambience, The hotel has picked up its pace after the corona. Had some normal biriyani and it was good. Enough quantity as well. The salad given was sweet which also was sort of good with biriyani. Good behaviour from the staff as well. Kudos to the team Arcadia.

We have ordered Porotta and Beef fry. The porotta was half baked like one sided toast and they didn’t even beat it. Beef fry taste was nice but the quantity is very less. Then we ordered Lime with soda which was disaster, after two sips the drink were bitter and sour. I think they used syrup to sweeten it. The exterior of the restaurant looked nice and the interior too. It was neat and tidy… but the food was not upto the mark.

Very bad behaviour of staff. When sitting in one section they will say dosa is in another section. So all has to go other section and eat that masala only. If your kid need bhriryani then masala people peoples will again say you have to sit other place, very bad attitude.

Went to the vegetarian section, no dosas in the noon and the mushroom and Paneer curry was tasteless and the food we ordered was initially wrongly served.the vegetarian meal was unpromising.maybe a chance experience but it was a bad one

Had meals and veg noodles. The noodles were cold. When we asked the server he said it was cooked to order but it was cold in the center. It was definetly not cooked after ordering it. The veg meals were just ok. Nothing special.

Worst experience.taste not upto mark.staff behavior is horrible.no customer value from their side.got stomach upset after having dinner there

One of hotel in thellakom area which has got maximum number of seating and sufficient parking and separate vegetarian and non vegetarian sections. So definitely while planning for dining out, you will get seats without much waiting.

Food is just ok stuff, not the extra ordinary or not the one which you would like to order again.

When I went for a dine out with the family, it took 35 minutes (no exaggeration, it was the actual time) to service the order, that too after I complained to the person who looked like the owner of the hotel. We went to the hotel with a pre planned menu, but unfortunately nothing of those were available.

My experience may be one of it's kind. You can definitely try the hotel once, then please decide.

Ambience is ok. Hotel have separate section for veg and veg and non veg. Food is tasty and moderately priced. Sufficient hygeine is there. Lunch there will be a lot of crowd

Good ambience, neat and clean interior, nice staffs (not pleasant). But the food is a bit terrible. The taste is nothing compared to the just opposite hotel "Mooppans". No.of tables are more than enough and can easily accommodate a tour group. But for taste, I am not recommending this hotel.

Once I tried the non veg restaurant, food was quite good. With that experience, took my family for veg Sadya. And you know what! The worst Sadya one could have, no proper service, very few side dishes. On request they brought few dishes. The only silver lining was the bill. Rs 300/- plus GST per person for the spoiler. Ufff.

Good food, delicious. But Time! You lose ur time here as it takes too much time to cook.
If you want to enjoy a weekend, then u can come here. But if you are starving and really need food so quickly then u may probe for some other hotels.overall good hotel, quality food.

Medicure food, coffee was pathetic. They have untrainned staff. Service personal takes order and goes missing, no water poured.
Toilets are clean and maintained.

Tasty indian and Chinese dishes. Easy to reach the hotel. They have good parking and separate seatings for vegetarian and non vegetarian. They also provide take away.

Clean, great ambiance and value for money. The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that the dishes didn't really stand out. They were delicious indeed but lacked a certain zing. Hopefully they figure out what's missing and make it into a five star experience for us foodies.

Ate masala dosha, not at all good. It was a bit salty. Spacious room, calm and clean. Separate room for veg and non veg. Only one staff was available to manage all the customer, although she was very friendly. She Managed all the customer pleasantly.

Hotel is located between Kottayam and Ettumanoor on the MC ROAD. Parking is easily available.
The best thing one can observe here is the restaurant is physically divided in to vegetarian and non vegetarian sections with seperate staff and kitchen.
We have been in to the non vegetarian section and had chicken biriyani, fish curry meals, beef fry and ayala fry. The food was tasty and the staff cordial. Service is very fast and professional.
There is seperate air conditioned section for the people who love to eat under cooled conditions.

I only got average rating for the restaurant. Service is ok, but need to improve food quality.
Parking space is available.

The breakfast options were mediocre but the lunch and dinner items I had were amazing. The quality, taste and the looks were awesome. They do have separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian restuarants and a good variety of options. The hotel is easily visible from roadside.

Pretty good restaurant. Separate wings for vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Need to park on the side of the road as there is no dedicated parking.we had vegetarian meals from there at lunch time and found that it was quite tasty. Definitely recommended

Ample parking space, hygienic surroundings. The food isn't all that great, I had the chicken Biriyani which was decent at best. The service is quick.

One of the good restaurants at Ettumanoor. They offer tasty food in a neat and tidy atmosphere. Professional staff and parking facility available. They have to look at the climate control system in the family dining area as it was hot in the noon time.

One of the best in town. I prefer this restaurant over all others in the nearby area. Simply love the ghee roast and dosa items, never had such tasty ghee roast in my home town, kids really like it and they prefer the ghee roast breakfast of arcadia. Very friendly staff and tasty food. Pling juice is one of our favorites. But the srilankan barbeque is not upto the mark. I prefer the normal barbeque they had before, dont know why they moved on to the srilankan barbeque. I miss their old barbeque, ample car parking.
