Horrible experience.after taking money for organising a party.room with no facilities, when asked for basic facilities staff saying they will refund money and move us downstairs.all this when we arrived for the venue date they are saying this.there is no TV for children and the staff said is kept only for show.the bathroom door has no lock.the mood for celebration has turned into a very horrible experience

Such a horrible time.spoiled my good lunch mood.ordered beef biriyani porotta and beef roast.magic happened.same beef roast in beef biriyani.

Great ambience, good food quality, excellent customer service and also a great place to host small parties and get togethers. Would highly recommend!

Overall ambience and how they treated us were good. Coming to food, my friend and I ordered chicken biriyani which they brought within 10minutes which were okay for us but still I wasn't fully satisfied with the taste. When I asked them for fresh lime they said it would take a minimum of 20 minutes ‍️.

Nothing remarkable or distinct about the food, but only that the location is in a good place. Their rice items are dry. Even though i had been warned by people eating at the next table when i went their first time, i still ordered the food, which turned out to be a little sour experience. Rice items are quite dry. Curried ones also not quite ok.

Good restaurant with good food and with more than enough car parking space. A/C Banquet hall is well furnished and can accommodate 200+ guest at a time.

Ok place. Better than other hotels near MC road from tiruvalla to changanasseri.
The place is not so crowded. It is a good place to dine with kids and family. Have tried only their veg menu. It offers all items commonly offered in veg hotels.

Open area Car parking makes our vehicles hot. Good food and arrangement. Have an air conditioned reception too. Seminar hall is quite good for a family meeting.

Great place for breakfast/Lunch/Tea/Dinner. They have two restaurants non veg and veg. Service is good. Clean rest rooms. Car parking is open though. But that's not a worry. Would recommend it as the best hotel in thiruvalla area. Moderate rates for food.

Worst food I ever had. The taste and service is very poor. Dishes are not worth for what they charge and the staffs are unprofessional. Big disappointment.

I recently had gone to arcadia Thiruvalla and i thoroughly enjoyed their allepy fish curry meals which was only rs124. It was a mere treat. I did not find a better restaurant close by with good ambiance and great food with reasonable price. My husband and I will definitely visit this place again. The staff was courteous and there was ample parking space for the car.

Had ghee roast. Awesome especially sambar in a small bucket. 3 different yummy chutneys. Uthappam is also good. Finally one of the best coffee.

Food taste is average. Not good service. Misleading bearer, who made us order extra curries saying that the ordered quantity wont be sufficient.

Definitely good value for money. The food and ambience were brilliant. Well mannered and friendly staff. Don't be intimidated by the expensive looks, the food is fairly priced. The place is excellently maintained and well staffed. Perfect pitstop if you're going on a long journey. There was ample parking space and it was a great experience overall. Will definitely be coming here again.

Enjoy good authentic Kerala food. They have separate section for veg. Must try fish curry meals. "Burnt fried rice" it's name of a dish is very taste and innovative dish. Ample parking place. It's value for money. Service was quick.

Restaurant in the ground floor, convention hall on the first. Nice hall for a function of about 150 people at the same time. Ample parking facilities available. Air conditioned convention hall is quiet elegantly planned with wash rooms and toilets. Apt for a buffet type of dining arrangement.

വളരെ പാരമ്പര്യം ഉള്ള ഒരു ഹോട്ടൽ, സ്ഥലം തിരുവല്ലാ ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരി റോഡ്, വെജിറ്റേറിയൻ, നോൺ വെജിറ്റേറിയൻ, പുതിയ ഹോട്ടൽ, നല്ല തിരക്ക്.

തിരക്ക് കണ്ടു നല്ലതായിരിക്കും എന്നു കരുതി ഫാമിലി ഒന്നിച്ചു അങ്ങു കയറി.

നാടൻ ചൈനീസ് ഒക്കെ ആയിട്ടു ഒരു മിക്സഡ് ഓർഡർ കൊടുത്തു. എന്റെ ഇഷ്ട ഐറ്റം കരിമീൻ പൊള്ളിച്ചത് ഒരെണ്ണം കൂടി ഓർഡർ കൊടുത്തു.

സാമാന്യം വേഗം തന്നെ ഫുഡ് വന്നു, പ്രോൻസ്‌ റോസ്റ്റ് ചപ്പാത്തി സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ചെയ്തു ഞാൻ കരിമീൻ പൊള്ളിച്ചതിൽ കൈവെച്ചു. വാല് ഭാഗം കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ല, ഇട ഭാഗം മുറിക്കാൻ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ ഒരു നാറ്റം. പിന്നെ ഉള്ളിൽനിന്നു ഒരു കറുത്ത കുഴമ്പു രൂപത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ദുർഗന്ധം വമിക്കുന്ന ഐറ്റം.

ഉടൻതന്നെ വൈറ്റര് വരാൻ പറഞ്ഞു, ഇതു കാണിച്ചു കൊടുത്തു. പുള്ളി പരിശോധിച്ചു, എന്നിട്ടു ഉള്ളിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി നോക്കാം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഞാൻ സമ്മതിച്ചില്ല. കൂക്കിനോട് ടേബിളിൽ വരാൻ പറഞ്ഞു, ആരും വന്നില്ല. പകരം ഓർഡർ എടുത്ത വൈറ്റർ തന്നെ വന്നു, ഇതു മീൻ പരിഞ്ഞിൽ ആണെന്നും അല്ലാതെ കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ല എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു, പരിഞ്ഞിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ നാറുമോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ പുള്ളിക്ക് മറുപടി ഇല്ല. ഒന്നുകൂടെ ഫോർക് കൊണ്ടു മീൻ ഒന്നു പിളർത്തി നോക്കി, ഉള്ളിൽ വേവാതെ അളിഞ്ഞ ദുർഗന്ധം വമിക്കുന്ന ഭാഗം. കാര്യം വേറെ ഒന്നും അല്ല മീൻ കേടായിരുന്നു, കാരണം മീനിന്റെ ഉള്ളിലെ ഭക്ഷ്യ യോഗ്യമല്ലാത്ത ഭാഗങ്ങൾ മാറ്റിയിരുന്നില്ല.

തെറ്റു മനസ്സിലായി സ്ഥാപനം മാപ്പു പറഞ്ഞു. ബില്ല് തന്നില്ല, എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ ചീത്ത ഭക്ഷണം ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള എല്ലാ ഐറ്റം ബില്ല് ചോദിച്ചു വാങ്ങി ഫുൾ ക്യാഷ് കൊടുത്തു.

Conveniently located between Changanassery_ Thiruvalla MC road. Nice architecture and tasty food. But lack of professionalism felt from the point view of staff approach and behaviour. Menu printed on A4 ordinary paper and laminated and found dirty.
