Great rooms
Good food with lots of variety

Staff was slightly "indifferent" towards guests. (Which is not a complaint but the standard is set very highin this regard at other hotels we stayed in Kerala)

The views from the hotel room were nice. They serve Fish in dinner so the smell of fist pissed me off and I couldn't have dinner at their restaurant as I am a pure vegetarian. I had to go outside and have some snacks. The location of the hotel is good and there is a market nearby. Breakfast is very good. Overall it was ok.

Good hotel, and good inhouse restaurant. Maintenance lacking as bathroom door lock was not working. Otherwise good stay.

Very bad experience. The staff is very rude as well as incooperative. Even after so many requests they don't reactify the problems that I faced with my family in their hotel room. Food is also not up to the mark. Overall the worst hospitality in my whole traveling carrier

Best hotel to stay in the heart of Alleppey town. Railway station, bus stand and boat jetties are within 3km. Good food. Neat and clean rooms.

Old large hotel with room limited service.
Had buffet breakfast but had flat tasting dishes.

Very very bad experience. We went to the Restaurent as the security told liquor was available there. Junior staff doesnt know about the things available. One staff with protruding tummy was not courteous, rude and didnt know and didnt get trained how to behave with the customers. I was there at 8: 00 PM still there were only 4 customers other than me. I suppose Poor guest turnout is solely because of this fellow. Otherwise front desk staff and securities were nice, courteous, polite and helpful.

Horrible experience.at reception. With lots of mosquito.in launch.plz put some mosquito repellent.

I stayed with family for a couple of days at this hotel during our kerala tour.
This hotel is aptly located at the centre of the town. The service was excellent, they even arranged backwater cruise for at reasonable rates.

Stayed for a night. I had ayo negotiate for the rooms as they said they have a strict policy for walkin customers. I was offered 2200 for rooms as the best price. When I said I need bill in the name of the company rate offered was 2000 as corporate. Rooms was clean and food. Breakfast spread was bery food and staff was friendly helpful. The towels in the barlthroom was very old yellowish and torn. Nedd maintainence. Nobody helps you with baggage during checking and checkout. Its your problem. Local bar in the ground-floor is a problem with too many bikes and noise.

I would rate this hotel excellent for the service and facilities they provide after their renovation which had happened recently. You wanna taste some real authentic kerala non veg cuisine no doubt this is the place. Me and my family had a great experience. A drawback I found was the parking area is limited but the rest of things compensate that lack.

Worst staff behavior. They don't know how to treat. We already booked everything in our package but they didn't provide us. They only need money instead of providing good service.

Hotel is centrally located. 3 types of rooms in available. I got the best room booked online but they gave me the 2nd category room. On asking the reception they said they gave wrong room and then changed my room. Receptionist on duty and the lady manager were not helpful wrt changing the room. Finally after lot of arguments they change the room. Even then they didn't give me the room I booked online. The lady manager even didn't give contact number of owner. Very arrogant behavior. Not recommended for stay. Better hotels available nearby.

Worst hotel to stay bedsheets are stained blankets and towel are torn, no supporting staff, food was taste less and worst, mosquitoes, Cockroach in room, no proper medical kit

The staff is really rude and arrogant with extremely poor service with no sense of speaking and improper attitude of the boy in reception at evening. Checked-in at afternoon after which we asked for extra bed had already the amount but installed it in night after asking many times

I don't like service and rooms also management is Not good at all so you can not selected this hotel.

1. Reception - very good.
2. Hospitality - very good.
3. Room - rain water leakage inside room.
4. Bath room - Toilet seat height is too high, very uneasy - need to reduce the height.
5. Ventilation - no exhaust fan, no ventilation at all in toilet.

Rooms are big enough. Very few Hindi channels on tv. Washrooms are good. Vegetarian food was good. Parking is limited. Staff is courteous. Overall a good experience. Value for money. Has lift.

Didn't you get the job? You leave the security goons and beat up those who come to the hotel to eat food and drink toddy. How bad is your service staff treating people? Yesterday, the health care provider stopped. Do you still open and close the bar as you please? Its work is coming. One staff especially the bar man and security who are these goons and beat those who come there today Mathrubhumi will come to channel discussion tomorrow so management should pay attention and get rid of such staff
