Hotel ATS Grand Kera

Very worst experience. No maintenance Ac was not at all good. No amenities. Only one sample soap.

Good hotel near Prasanna Lakshmi auditorium near mercy college junction. Parking facility, AC conference halls, good ambience and good food. Service is good.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel ATS Grand Kera, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect and Extremely helpful and friendly receptionis

Rooms are congested. No parking space. No restaurant. But they have room delivery tie up for food

It was the first time I had to stay in a room in such a deplorable condition. Dusty rooms, bathroom dirty, pillows and bed linen smelling dusty and dirty. Room service is only in name, nothing like that works there. If you call the reception, they'll say, this is how it works here. Finally we left without any change. As they had already collected the room rent in advance, they didn't matter us and our arguments. Please don't end up there by their fake room photos and videos they shared over the internet. Those are totally misleading information, so kindly beware!

It seems room not used for long time. Bar at the ground floor a little bit nuisance otherwise Okey.

Moreover, management does not keep up the word made at the time of booking.

Good Hotel with attached Bar. Rooms are clean and good. No restaurant available. Will serve food to your room from bar.

Not the best of rooms. No control over air conditioner. Freezed out in the morning and staff said to bear the cold. Don't even keep complementary tea/coffee packs or sugar.

Rooms are ok ok. Facilities are not well maintained. Bulbs were burnt out. Kettle was broken. Plug points are not working. AC was ok. Overall it was not a good experience.

Room are very neat and clean. Did not have any water or power issues. They also arranged breakfast for us upon request.

This is less crouded compared to the other bars in the town if it is a crouded day and you want to chill this is the place you should go

3 star hotel. Room was clean & nice but towels were not good. Also, lot of things in washroom were broken. Had to wait 20 mins to get hot water. Close proximity to Prasanna Lakshmi mandapam. Overall an average stay.

Booked the room from goibibo with complementary breakfast but the hotel didn't serve breakfast saying restaurant is not operational. All the toiletries were provided only after several reminders. Not at all happy with the stay.

It's near to prasannalaksmi kalyanamandapam so many people stay here for wedding.

Descent hotel next to Prasanna Lakshmi kalyanamandapam in Palakkad. The hotel has got good enough rooms with good service by the staff. I would have given a star extra if not for the food served here from the restaurant of the bar attached to the hotel. The breakfast was a disaster, where in I had a tough time figuring out which was dosa, idli and appam as all looked one and the same and tasted terrible. The water melon in the fruit bowl were rotten and one could easily get the taste of it in the first bite itself. The beef curry ordered in the night even had chicken in it and the Kerala porotta ordered was gleaming with oil and resembled a ready made chapathi made out of maida instead of atta. All in all descent hotel to stay but order food from somewhere else.

Grand Kera has lost its Glory. My recent experience there was extremely disappointing. They don't have proper system to track their bookings. Due to which many of their guests has to suffer looking for alternatives at the last moment. When talking about rooms, hygiene is compromised and there was bad odour. Even the lifts are not maintained properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel with pretty much decent infrastructure and interiors. Worth for the price. Nice staff. Excellent complimentary food. Away from the main road and calm place. Go ahead for this place, if you are at palakkadu.

Best 3-star hotel in Palakkad. I visited this hotel twice while we planned a trip in Kerela. Food and Room service is the best. Go ahead, guys.

Room and service was fine. There is a bar attached at the entrance. So not so great for families.

Facilities are available for small and big functions including conferences, Food is good and service is better, Nice ambience and good customer service

Average hotel, need to upgrade / do a maintenance to the toilet equipments and the restaurant areas.

I booked my engagement on ATS Hall. I hope they were provide a gud service and food. But I never expect like this worst food and service. Ambience were gud but all other was very bad. I m never suggest for anybody. Worst gud and services.

If I had the option of giving no star, I would have. This hotel doesn't deserve any star. No hot water, bathroom lock was not there, pathetic room service. If we order a tea it took one and an half hour to get for them. We asked for room change that also they couldn't do.

Good service. Neatly maintained rooms. Provides complementary breakfast. Bar attached hotel so evening timings are a bit chaotic. Hardly 200 mtrs from the main road

Attended a meeting at chambor hall first floor. Thr common washroom nearby eas lacking neatness. Toilets were all stained and awful. Same like they need to replace their handwash bottles. Looks very untidy

It's a value for money, comfortable place to stay. Rooms are excellent; well maintained. Their main focus is income via liquor business at their executive bar. So never expect high-end services.

Good facility, convenient stay and peaceful inside the hotel. Staff is as well very good and supportive.
Only thing I didn't like was the bar just next to the hotel which made my family members uncomfortable while walking in and going out from the hotel.
Otherwise overall it's a good convenient stay.
