Its was a good experience with my family. 3 days stayed staffs were humble persons, its something called good management.staff are very good especially for family who need secure and safe. It was situated near lulu mall

Clean, neat ans elegant hotel with biometric lock, big elevators, wheel chair access, ample parking, not listed on oyo, makemytrip etc.

Rooms are not spacious but good maintained. A bit expensive in terms of what they are providing. The service was really good. Overall it is really tidy, safe and secure. Great location also.

I recently stayed at this hotel with excellent service and was surprised to find that the prices were very affordable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities and decor were top-notch, making for a truly luxurious experience.

Neat and clean rooms with AC, TV and water heater. Location is just near the bypass and close to the city. Great hospitality, and nice service. Price starts from ₹2000/day for 2 people.
Plates, mug, spoon, cupboard, water bottle, almirah arr available. The only thing missing was shampoo. Overall great experience. Good for family, couple or friends. They also provide food.

I never ever recommend this hotel for anyone. If you plan to take room for a business meeting or inviting your friends to room, its not allowed here. Rooms are comparatively smaller in size, ACs are not serviced yet, you cannot sleep properly because of the rattling sound of the AC and temperature imbalance of the AC, without making any changes in the remote, AC going up and downs. They won't provide soap, brush, and paste as complimentary to the AC and deluxe rooms. Don't get wondered if they are not even finding toilet paper in your bathroom. Reception people still need to learn the basics of hospitality.one of the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. We arrived the hotel on 7th January 2021 at 8.36 PM and forced to quit by the next day 8 am, hardly we spend 12 hrs.only there. Horrible hospitality and services.

Good Hotel. Great ambiance. Friendly staff. I visited here as part of a meeting. Meeting hall was spacious and ventilated. Sufficient parking space available.

I think this hotel is a defaulter. Last day I saw bank officials pasting defaulter notice infront of the hotel

It's my horrible experience in kochi. Really a bad hotel with un pleasent experience from staff. No utility services, horrible sound from AC, No hot water

A very family friendly hotel with all amenities. Neat & trendy rooms. Very helpful staff. Restaurant not available because of COVID circumstances but nearby there are many food options. Road view rooms are awesome.

2 of us checked in at 10: 45pm, before checking-in, I had informed that 2 of my friends will be with us in the room for a couple of hours. At 11: 45pm I was informed that my other two friends had to leave in 15min. This was a surprise, given that i had informed during check-in. Anyway we didn't want to create any problem, so we asked for another hour, which was denied. Finally we had to checkout at 12midnight because I wanted to spend more time with my friends whom i had met after a long time.
If you had rules then you shouldn't have agreed to my requirement when I booked/checked-in. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Kerala and middle east, where such requirements has been accommodated without any fuss.
That room can 'just' accommodate 2 persons, not sure how you think I could check-in 4:)

Best and affordable hotel in edappally. Good service. Best room, parking availability is limited slots. I expected more Parking.everything else are better.

Newly constructed and decent hotel the rooms were small but fully furnished, the ambience was really very good. There was no attached restaurant. The staff needs more training the guy in the reception was new to the job it seems, he was anxious whenever I requested for any service or help. The lift was very small.
Even though it was corona time the service was quite better.
I had good stay and really good sleep the bed was good and comfortable. A decent hotel for budget stay and short stays. Hope they will maintain the same way as it is now.
