I had stayed here and it was beautiful time and i had booked suite room and such a pretty nd clean room
Happy service and good ambiance

The rooms are simply superb. The spaciousness and service blew me away. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay.

I have stayed here for one week. The room was a little conjusted. But they were kept very tidy furnished with premium furniture. The food served in the restaurant was very tasty.

Excellent property for the people who travel from Kozhikode to bangalore or mangalore. Best service and good hospitality. They have good outlets and new one I have seen their rain shower pool. It's very natural and shopping Purpose also it's walkable distance.

When we asked the front staff for a room for few hours of business meeting. He said can't give for few hours, go outside and there are other hotel for Rs1000. When we confronted his reaction and paid for full night rate for few hours. Don't know how this hotel got 4 star. Its ridiculous. Not worth for your money.

Very much pathetic service. In all aspects. As per hospitality industry u expect minimum trained staff, here u get third rate staff no courtesy, no coordination. Plus having membership card that also denied. Which shows clear case of fraud marketing

It’s at best a 2 star hotel and the service there is probably not even 1 star. Extremely Poor service and bad room maintenance Was denied car parking. No one to help with luggage too. However morning buffet was ok.

Blue nile is centrally located at Kannur with carpark facility for guests. The rooms were spacious with a neat washrooms, hot shower and clean linen re good. They serve a decent breakfast which is complime tary. Enjoyed my stay here.service was pretty good

The hotel claimed to be four stars, but it isn't, and there were no amenities and very badly maintained. Manager and their staff were very careless, rude to us and has no idea how to handle consumers.

Stayed at the Blue Nile hotel in Kannur and the location is right in the heart of the town with the railway station close to the hotel around 1km away. Al the hotel is just 2.5km away from bus station and the hotel will arrange a taxi at a very affordable price.
The rooms are very clean and well maintained but the size was small also its good enough for 1 or two days stay. The restaurant at the hotel serves good food.
The staff both at the front office and also the house keeping were all very helpful. Overall it was a good experience!

I wonder how they are rated as 4 star business and leisure hotel. No wifi service the whole day. They informed as full shutdown of service but didn’t seem to be solved till our checkout.food was average.only advantage was it is placed in the heart of the city and it’s accessible to all required main points
Washroom was not up to mark.

Very nice hotel I loved it so much. It also consists of a bar and swimming pool. The night view is awesome. Rooms are pleasant.

I recently stayed at the hotel blue Nile and I was blown away by the amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being taken care of by the most attentive and friendly staff.

Worst experience even before we could decide this place. None answers calls or replies to emails. Wouldn’t recommend at all for families traveling and planning in advance.

We only went here because of the hype. The Copper chimney was a disaster. Food we ordered took 30 minutes to arrive. Then the quality was not good. We ordered Prawns Biriyani, Roti and Chicken Kadhai.

A typical business hotel with good rooms and good central AC and room cleaning was proper.

Breakfast serving was terrible and over priced. Pool is just for name shake and show.

Ac not working here …from since my last 2 bookings…same experience…u will get a non ac room with RS 3500…Worst experience ever

The hotel is an hour away from the airport. Apart from the distance it's located at the hotel is mediocre. The staff is good and friendly.

Blue Nile hotel is a good hotel for kannur. Nice rooms tasty food but service can be improved. It's worth staying if you are visiting kannur for business or holiday.

Good hotel. Friendly staff.

Typical Indian Bar may not met the expectations of foreign tourists.

Restaurant is also typical to Indian star hotels.
