There is no restaurant available in this hotel. They are ordering food from swiggy. There is no water heater and simply saying pipe compliant for that room. Room is not clean. Even they are not serving coffee and tea as well. Don't book this room.

This place is pathetic.very old and poorly maintained.bedsheets and towels are stained.dont go to this place.

No Buffet Breakfast, No swimming pool, No tooth, No paste…. Not worth…. Avoid at all cost….

Latest updates: Swimming pool (roof-top) & resstaurant (ground floor) aren't functional & under renovation with no designated timeline. So, important amenities missing should reduce the price further down than current rate (nor worth it).

We liked the aesthetics of the rooms, favourable for relaxed stay.
Location isn't exceptional. Just within city, but need to travel 5-10kms everytime for tourism places

Pool was under maintenance which wasn’t told before, breakfast the waste ever I have been. Uncomfortable bed which never give proper sleep. I promise myself to never ever come here.

Bathroom is very dirty and the staff at the checkout was sleeping on the sofa meant for the guest and did not have the courtesy to remove his pillow from the sofa.

I booked the hotel through agoda and they said 10minutes for confirmation. But they never responded.

If hell was a hotel Cochin legacy is that.
The breakfast they provide is just idly.

I just want to tell how pathetic the service was. My stay was for 4 days and from check in onwards the customer service was pretty bad. I had specially abled guest over there and the lift service was not working then also the staff didn't bother to do anything about it. When I had to leave, the lift was not working again and had to carry big suitcase over the staircase from 3rd floor. The food is also not so great to say. Rooms were clean and all.

It was such a pathetic hotel with very very bad service.first of all when we visited no body was there in reception nor nearby.and then their staff told us to carry our baggage and in room also he argued like anything. On top of that one cockroach? Was waiting for us mattress was in bad condition. Cherry on the top.ac water is leaking in the room like rain water.cigrate stick was under the bed So my suggestion to all don't ever try to think to go this hotel.worst and pathetic hotel.

My stay with Kochi legacy was a horrible experience.
1. They made me to wait 2 hrs to allocate the room.
2. Room service not available.
3. AC remote was not working called reception they told they vl send someone but finally we turned off the AC and slept.
4. They won’t even provide tea or coffee
5. Reception guy old person he is too arrogant he don’t even respect the customer.
6. The restaurant is always closed and it’s too dirty.
My suggestion is avoid this hotel and take any other hotel at the same budget.

The room was just ok but the behaviour of the staff was indecent. I hope you carry a bottle along with you they charged 60 for a single bottle.

I just came to drop a Guest as part of an event at Kochi, Service was excellent and the Guest was quite happy.

Rooms are quite beautiful and the staff is also so good and cooperative, that was a good experience, I like it a lot

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous infrastructure, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and service undoubtedly makes it the the best place to stay in Kochi. My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we encountered, from the check- in to the dining and the cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and amenities were great. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Really bad stay. The bathroom was not usable due to foul smell, stains and poor maintenance. We had a booking for two days but had to check out a day early even though we had a non refundable booking as we were not able to use the bathroom. Really poor experience.

The room and the location was nice

Yes there was an AC but No fan
Yes there was a tv but with No cable connection
And paid 3500 for a single day.

Ok hotel but for the cost you pay there's no restaurant inside. Place is near vytilla hub.

I booked the hotel seeing there was a good swimming pool and the rooms were good but after booking once i reached there they told me the pool was under maintenance which spoiled the whole reason of me choosing this hotel. Then usually in hotels they give complimentary water here they didn't give me complimentary water the water that was kept in the room and i had asked for 2 more and while checking out they made me pay for 3 bottles a total of 90 including the complimentary one. Even the staff and service was not upto the mark the landline doesn't work properly service in that reference was poor and not worth the money spent because the amenities the say they provide is not provided and made it a difficult and poor experience for me. Wouldn't refer this place to anyone because of these issues.

Worst condition of the room and bathroom, it was so horrible that we couldn’t stand it, the room was stinking bad and the washroom was not in a condition to use, we had to check out in a half day’s time coz we just couldn’t use the bathroom even though we had a booking of 2 days after paying the complete amount for 2 days which was non-refundable it was that horrible. Worst hotel experience ever.

Covid hit a lot on ambience of the rooms. The rooms badly needs a rennovation. Staff was helpful.

Room services not upto the level. There is water leak in most of the room its indeed that management should have dedication towards customers feedback that's it

Hotel rooms are in disrepair. Mildew on the walls, peeling wall paper, a/c temperature cannot be adjusted as it's pre-set. The restaurants are closed. Saw only one staff member in the entire hotel. Too expensive considering the kind of facilities and services available.

Pathetic hotel.dont even think about booking this hotel even if you get it for 1 rupee. A room at railway station is far better.no proper water no phone walls broken and not a proper bill you wud recieve for payment

Well it's a nice hotel but they haven't maintained properly. Pool was so dirty and rooms all wall paper are old and torn. No hot water in bathroom. Very bad experience

Very poor attitude by front desk. Rooms are filled with dust. There is leakage in bathroom due air conditioning. Also, power supply breakage was consistent and very irritating. On the whole very bad experience.

Peaceful Location & Rooms with good view. Try Swiggy & Zomato for food when opting to stay. Front Desk Service was really pleasant, But Staff & Service could be even more better & professional. Bath Tub, Hot water was not in working condition. Power supply breakage was frequent and irritating too. Allotted an upgrade in room valuable for money.

Pleasant Stay and Friendly staff. Will visit again for sure. And the price is reasonable too. It is located in an ideal quiet place where you cant even hear the noise of the busy city.

Hotel offers good and affordable stay. Rooms are quite big and clean. They provide complementary breakfast.

Could have been better. For the location and price, the hotel is good. However, the room which I booked through Goibibo had its fare share of problems.

1. The toilet doors weren't proper
2. The air-conditioning system is reaching its age and struggles so much to cool the room.
3. The showers were broken and majority of the water shoots to sides.
4. The lighting in the rooms aren't so adequate. You may have to open the curtains to let some light in.
5. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken.
6. The underground parking entrance is bit small and a struggle to park in.
7. The staff is friendly and cooperative.

Hotel staff is nice but the front desk does not know how to work, he or she will just say yes to all ur requests and when you arrives there.you will regret of staying there or selecting the place by “Confirming” with front desk for what you are looking for.for example we were looking for open swimming pool where we can relax n hang out all day.n when we arrived there.swimming pool was worst then backwater lake or even worst then Drainage water.

Calm place with a good view. Rooms are good enough. Only breakfast and dinner. No lunch. But the owner itself suggested to try uber eats. Friendly staff. No bar but the hotel next to this have one.

The morning breakfast is blant. There was only 2 main course and 2 other items i.e. Bread and cornflakes. The only thing i liked was the coffee and i made that myself. The restaurant staff is non-responsive and in a world of their own. The rooftop pool is not good enough to swim because the water is greenish.

Won't be coming back here.

A calm and serene place for a weekend getaway at Kochi. Located near Nair Hospital this hotel provides spacious rooms at a affordable rate. The food is decent enough. Special thanks to Mrs. Usha Menon at the reception for making our checkin a smooth experience.

The location of hotel is good and local market is at walkable distance. The staff is trained and cooperative, also room has all necessary amenities. Swimming pool is small yet beautiful and hotel has one restaurant. Overall good stay!

Room was ok.breakfast was ok. But the air conditioner in the rooms (we booked two rooms) both had no cooling at all. I am a HVAC engineer. And when I did check I saw that the air conditioner (concealed type) was never serviced. Was full dust blocked hence no air was flowing. Rest their service was fine.except the pathetic ac

Worst experience! If you are particular about pool this will be a bad option. Worst maintained pool with sewage kind water with worms and algae. High risk of skin infection. Although rooms are clean but with full of cockroaches. No sea food available at restaurant. And pool is just 3 1/2 feet. When we complained, we got irresponsible reply. Absolutely not recommended!

I have been a regular guest at this hotel for the last 2 years and they have been wonderful. Neat rooms, tasty food, reception welcomes you so well, great location with a lake view behind the hotel, ambient parking space. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend this hotel and will be a futures guest everytime

Worst hotel I stayed. When I checkin the towel which was available in room was used one.bad breakfast.frequent power failure.plenty of mosquitos.

Ok type hotel. Pros- good location though it's on outskirts but a quiet surrounding. Clean linen. Housekeeping does the job well. Good rooms and descent washroom. Cons- Hygiene such as small cockroaches and mosquito inside room. Service pathetic. Breakfast menu is repeated on consecutive days. No much options in menu card

Really bad experience with the stay, had multiple issues from AC water leakage and restaurant. Staff and room service are okay however doesn't look like management is serious about managing this property

We Stayed for 6 nights, from the moment we arrived, the staff where always friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was big, clean and very comfortable, it felt like you were the only people staying there, very relaxing.
We ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning, the food and service was excellent. Every staff member we came across, had a smile and nothing was too much trouble, even the cleaners.
It is a very well run hotel and staff look like they enjoy working there. Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay.
We will definitely be back

Worst hotel ever I have seen. Room were filled with cigarette smoke smell. No hot water in the morning, flush not working.lift not working.all the guests stayed here struggled to get basic amenities.poor response from the hotel authorities.breakfast was so cold, not at all served hot and very less options though.bcos of all these issues our whole day plan was spoiled with the family. We have cancelled the hotel for next day stay here! Pathetic experience in my life.not worth the money.don't even plan to come here.
