Nice place and Good ambience in Executive Bar. But Need little bit More Good Services

The local bar is too bad.service isn't happy.impure you self money doesn't not matter.

Very bad management and staff behavior, no ice even we pay more money for a peg

Very bad customer service @ ac bar hotel. Food is very bad and not at all value for the money.
In ac bar hotel end portion ac is not working and not properly maintaining. Service is very bad. Very poor experience.

Atmosphere is little noisy as it is crowded apart from crowded it is one of my best option for chilling

I had fish roast and chappathi. Both were good not that mind blowing. It is a BAr with alcohol serving. Might be good. I didn't have alcohol, so not aware of their liquor service.

A very unkempt and untidy hotel where the staff have no sense of responsibility. They cheat customers by not informing them of the realities of the stay beforehand. For example, they did not inform us about the hotel not having water supply 24*7, and we were without water when urgently needed. They have no idea about customer service and honestly for the price they charge, it is an absolute waste staying here. Take my experience as a lesson and please don't bother with this stupid excuse for a hotel.
