Hotel Coral Heights, Ambalapuzha.

Located close to both Amabalapuzha railway station and Sree Krishna temple, this place is easily accessible. The staff is courteous. The rooms were not as good as advertised though especially for the price they are charging. It is about time they refurnished the place and painted it. The bathroom was well maintained. The food in the in-house restaurant is decent but not anything special. The breakfast was good. Please be mindful of a bar that is attached to this place which can be a turn off for some people as you may find a few people staring but we did not find it to be much of an issue.

Went for brunch/an early lunch at 11: 30 am. Was told only fresh fruit juices were available; orange, pineapple & watermelon. At the end, only watermelon juice was served. Nothing 4-star to write about!
The only good service was by the Security Staff at the hotel.

Hotel ambiance is good. Restaurant is not functioning due to covid. No hot water in the bathrooms at night.

No covid protocol followed. People with no masks and masks half way down their throats. Blatantly high prices also with ok service.

Decent place. Has three separate bars depending on the budget people can buy stuff. Decent food available.

Came here for a wedding function. To start with there was no covid protocols followed. No social distancing or spacing between people. Around 100 people in a small air conditioned space. Secondly I went to have food in restaurant as there was heavy rush in food area. The restaurant served chicken biryani which had raw chicken in it. We returned the food. The management didn't even care to apologize, rather just took it away. Altogether a bad experience.

The location of this Hotel is a plus. The amenities are good considering that it is located in a small temple town. Access to various other places of interest was quite easy from here. Food is average.

Decent place. Not much variety in food especially veg. However, one good thing about the restaurant is that the guest can request to customize the dishes to suit their taste.

Being particular about the restaurant, it is one of the best places to go for a family dining. But would like them to give more attention on the menu since many of the dishes asked for was not available.

I had booked 2 deluxe ac rooms well in advance. Once we reached there, they are telling our room will be transferred to another hotel. I am with my family and time was 8: 30 pm in the night. Y I am taking this hotel is to get easy access to Sreekrishna temple.
This is due to some classification inspections scheduled yesterday. But they have to inform us in advance. Instead of that they denied room in this hotel.
A/C cooling is just okay.

NOT GOOD FOR FAMILY: BECAUSE THEIR BAR IS JUST NEAR TO THE HOTEL. YOU CAN SEE SO MANY DRUNKARDS ROAMING AROUND.

Also they have rejected restaurant service. Securities attitude was not up to the level. They are telling you will not get any food from our restaurant.

This is my kind request, it is better to get room in Alappuzha instead of Ambalappuzha. Take / arrange a taxi through out the day. That is better.

Local service. Front office staff told: : very sorry we forgot to inform the change. As a family and strange place for me, what will do in the last minute of 8: 30 pm. They are getting so much of pressure like that.

SORRY TO SAY LIKE THIS. Please AVOID this hotel for family stay.

Restaurant @ Coral Heights hotel is calm and quite with a good ambience suits best for trendy crowd. Menu describes a variety of dishes include North Indian and Chinese. Dishes are not that tasty, actually of average quality. Service is not up to the mark and the waiters serve like robots with frozen attitude. The management should be cautious when appointing the staff.

People planning to visit ambalapuzha temple. I would recommend coral hights if they want an accommodation coz no other place in ambalapuzha is good to stay with your family. Its neat tidy gud service and also gud food

Good place for small parties. Very near to national highway and Ambalapuzha Sreekrishna Swami temple. Restaurant’s wash room is too small. Needs more room according to the restaurant seating

It will be best if they provide more selection for breakfast or keep it buffet and including fruits in breakfast.
Short distance from Ambalappuzha Railway Station.

Reception suit and provide TV in the suit,
But position of TV should change to convenient watching while sitting in the reception.

Food was good, so was the ambiance. Situated in a prime location, less than 100 metres from Kanyakumari - Kochi highway.

My second stay at the hotel and everytime, their service exceeds my expectations. A very personalized service offered.
