Hotel Dewland @2800 Rooms available.

They sell this hotel as 5 star property however the property is as good as a 2 star. It is outskirts of the kochi City and one side ride to kochi is about 3 hours. Bad rooms, bad food and you see a lungi class people in the bar and surrounding. The restaurant is non functional. The breakfast served was cold and bad in taste. If someone wants to order food from outside, there are no options to order from. The distance from city makes it bad in facilities and approach. Room service is bad and most of the times there are no people in reception and housekeeping. Sorry linen is something which needs a special mention. Stay at your own risk.

All staffs were friendly and helpful. Stay was excellent, felt like we stayed in some 5star hotel. Thanks to the staff who made our stay wonderful

Went there to see the local attractions like Paniyeliporu, and Kodanad. Dew Land is a Five star rated Hotel with rooms, restaurant and bar facilities.

Few experiences?

While attending an important function in the 2nd floor banquet hall, the electricity went off frequently (around 4-5 times) in between the prestigious occasion. That was really disappointing for all our family members.

Apart from that food was Ok.
Pool was Ok.other facilities were all OK.

BUT still electricity

I just had a drink from the executive bar here, Their service was good nothing much great about the ambience. It's in prime location on the main road

Very poorly maintained hotel. They said its because of on going maintenance but at least the bathroom could be cleaned. Dirty Smells everywhere.

Restaurant is good. Executive bar lounge is good. For people near kodanadu, malayattoor, aimury, akanadu, this is the only option.

It's a good bargain for a hotel with relatively good facilities in a remote place. Can't compare to hotels in metro like kochi but can match upto 75%.
Food is very tasty for a Malayalee taste bud

It one of the top rated five star hotel in this area. It is also bar attached. It has 3 types of bar. Better to go the ac executive bar which has only normal rate compared to the non Ac bar.
The rooms were awesome. Here, there is a treatment space space for ayurvedic treatment. The hotel has also a swimming pool at the 2nd floor. Which has a best view.

Nice bar in a cool atmosphere. I adore their security services. But not a friendly attitude against customers.

Very good hotel with nice ambiance. Good staff who gives very good service and local information. Restaurant and bar offers good food and beverages. Overall it was a comfort stay at the hotel. I am very much satisfied with their service.

Very bad service at bar.waiting staffs are behaving like customers are asking something from their home for free. They are claims its a five star hotel but their service is like govt beverages.

Foods are over charged & they made invoice for us wrong & asking to pay extra after 3 months. Very bad experience

Good Food, good executive. Good parking. Nice location. One of the best in these area. Rooms and beverage is available.

I stayed for one day with family. The experience was horrible and worst, can say this because i am a regular traveller.
1: the hotel has a bar and local element will roam in entire hotel disturbing you.
2: i found group of lizards in my room. I was with my 6 month baby.
3: Changing of room was so much time coming.
4: the toilet/bathroom belonging were broken.
5: the towel was dirty.
Many more to say.but just avoid this hotel.

We were a group of colleagues enjoyed the stay, dinner, pool and breakfast. Neat and clean property with polite and helpful staff all around. Always recommend.

A decent for a holiday stay.much cozy and sophisticated stay.there is a restaurant in the ground floor.you gotta eat here.five star worthy dishes.the best pick is malabari chicken curry with roti.and the food is sufficient for your tummy.its a perfect place for a holiday with infants, since I am with my 1 year old.not feeling much pressure.bit walkable sightseeing were there.overall a good experience.
