Food quality is appreciable ;Price are comparitvely high

, The interior is so dark, time for the renovation of the entire hotel has crossed, it was nice if they could administer some more lights. The dark atmosphere surely kills the vibe of enjoying the meals

It will be my first and last visit. Visited this restaurant because of good review from my uncle as Muvattupuzha is his hometown. We both went there and it was the worst food experience even for my uncle.

Chicken 65 was good. Meals are good. It's in the basement of the building. But kept neat and clean. Spacious.

Me and my wife went to have veg meals today but hotel guys told only fish curry meals are available. Then we said to take out the fish curry because we don’t need to waste the food. But they didn’t hear that. We are still thinking why there is no veg meals? Why everyone has to take non veg? This is not fair.

Food is very expensive but taste was below average

We had chicken and chapati from there at night. Next day everyone suffering from diarrhea and vomiting. Whatever we ate for breakfast and lunch didn't digest and came out as it is while vomiting. I usually have 3 chapatis, but here after having 2, I was full. Not sure if they are mixing maida in it. Not recommended.

Biriyani doesn’t taste good. Worst tasteless biriyani.
I have tried biriyani from here 3-4 years ago.it was so pathetic. Tried today again after a long gap. It’s still
the same tasteless odourless bad biriyani. No improvement.
These things will work only in Muvatupuzha where there’s less no of good hotels.

Place was quite descent in covid situation. But the expected taste food was not as the previous visit. Meals was just okey! We have both card and UPI payment available here.

One of the best biriyani shop in muvattupuzha. Little bit expensive but excellent quality and taste. Quantity also good. Good customer service. Neat and clean. Parking space is one drawback. But always a staff assist you to arrange parking space.

Pothi chor (rice with vegetables stir fry and fish curry) was very good. Their fried fish was also pretty good! All in all tasty food at affordable rates!

1, The owner or receptionist- an old guy and another 50 year old guy does not really treat people nice.

Every time I go there, I see them quarreling with somebody. It seems like they have a feeling like they run the world. May be, it's because they are rich that they have this attitude towards people.

2, Their food is decent but as expensive as a 3-5 star hotel but their hotel doesn't look like a 3-5-star hotel. It does not provide any posh environment like you see in big hotels. I would say, it's just a local restaurant.

I have tried their chilly-chicken and liked it though.

3, Should people revisit here?
For the attitude alone, I will not visit them anymore. I think more people should not promote such arrogant people especially when they are in the hospitality industry. Instead, we should promote other hotels near-by who provides great hospitality.

I would pick Pepper and Salt instead of this hotel any day. The service there is fantastic and foods are tastier! So it is important to promote them instead of these guys.

Good food, Clean and tidy. Tasty food. Nice ambience. Overall good. You can go there with your family. Good customer service.

I tried the lunch there, was decent enough, the place is clean and well maintained, a variety of dishes to try from, prices may vary from place to place, cannot crib about that. But altogether a decent place to go with family.

One of the best places in Muvatupuzha for having delicious food. It is the kind of hotel which speaks with the taste of the food rather than with the flamboyance of the interiors or fancy makeovers. The porotta and mutton chops is a must try. Only problem is, it isn't available more often than not. I had been there three times before I finally got the taste of it. All I can say is.it was worth the wait.

One of the best restaurants in Muvattupuzha. It's bit hard to identify as it's on the basement floor of that building. The seafood dishes are great. Overall the service and food both are cut above.

Good food, priced bit high. An average veg meal is priced 150 which almost double the price of a standard hotel in Kochi.

Best porrotas period! And the owner is a good man. Our daughter had allergies to dairy and the chef came out to clarify the menu for us. Good clean food at reasonable prices.

Comparatively slightly on pricey side, like meals for 150.taste was ok ok.hotel was in underground and air circulation was not good and was bit smelly. Parking might be challenging.

Good food and great service from the restaurant. One of the best hotels in Muvatupuzha. The place is maintained properly with good hygiene. The car parking is small and is beside the road. But this is a must go place for their yummy food and good service. We had chicken biryani and poratta with chilly chicken here. All the dishes were very good. Would recommend to you guys too.

Very neat and clean hotel. Nice ambience and good service. I ordered porotta with mutton and chicken curry, i like their mutton more than chicken. Porotta is also too good which gives really nice taste

Gobi Manchurian and porotta were good. Payment got a little difficult for us as they were not accepting card payment and ATMs nearby had no cash.

Doing things like playing music, something that's so natural and basic to human function, running around in nature, eating delicious food. These things are intrinsic in basic, primordial to human beings, so that's sort of a way to return to a blank canvas, allowing my true personality to return

Great product, I think specialised in mutton. Mutton curry, fry, biriani are all good. There is not much parking, but there are drivers to help.

Best hotel Very nice customer services. Best satisfaction. Quality of food is much superior. Food services, entertainment, view, room variations such as size and additional amenities are available at a reasonable price. In Muvattupuzha locality it is considered as widely described as a "seven-star".

Dhanya Hotel lost its old reputation. The major reason being the owner of the restaurant. I am writing this only because of the owner.

- Unhygienic food, plates, table and surrounding.

- Arrogant Owner cum Cashier - We ordered chicken roast, but they brought mutton. Owner argued with us saying we ordered mutton.

- Arrogant Owner (version 2) - Saw another family arguing with the owner while giving order. Owner is too impatient with High Blood pressure.

- Bad food quality - Dhanya hotel is known for its taste. But for last 4 times I have visited, I felt the food was pathetic. No taste, old dry meat, chlorine smelling drinking water and what not.

- Never order Mutton - long back, once we got hair from mutton chaps. We mentioned this but they were reluctant to give us a different dish.

Good Place for you and your family. Bit chaotic during lunch hour. Few staffs hence have to wait for sometime to the delivery of food. Something unique I found, the staff will bring the food bill as soon as you start your lunch. He won't even ask, do you anything else.

Good restaurant. Some noon times; rush is there but easy to access and normal near the bus stop so easy access too is good for us to reach easly. Both veg and non veg food is avilable there. Ac restaurant is open for all. Good service and behavior of suppliers and management. But water is weams to be mandatory as bottles mineral water as when I asked for hot water the are not interested to gev the same. Cost is also little higher.

One of the oldest restaurants in Muvattupuzha. Very famous for appam with egg curry. Even though it is located on the entrance of the city, the hotel has sufficient parking facility in front of the entrance. Very good service is another attraction. Clean and tidy surfaces helps you to enjoy food very much.

Parking is one of the major issue about this place. It is very hard to find a parking spot. Food is good, I admit that but their prices are so high as compared to the regular price for the same dish in Muvattupuzha. Restaurant is neat and clean. But I didn't like their service. Customer service is just average.
