Hotel Doubloon

Was travelling with kids from this route and my small kid wanted to go washroom

And suddenly we saw this
We stopped car and the watchman came with umbrella as it was raining.and allowed us only to use washroom
Even while return he dropped us till car below his umbrella
Washroom and hotel was clean

Althought we did nto ate anything but i can say it will be good on service part

Plain rice (Tamil Nadu Rice) with Fish curry ultimate taste. Fish and chicken was so fresh and tasty

Its a good family restaurant
I had chicken biryani from there and my mom had kerala meals
The biryani was good- the quantity was good enough for one person, its had around 3 pieces of chicken, the taste was good, no heavy flavour of any spices.
The kerala meal was served in a thali style which included around 7-8 curries and paysam and one chappaty.
The staff is friendly and quick in actions
Overall its a good place for a decent food for a family in kallambalam, tvm dist

Pathetic Service. They take ages to serve simple meal during lunch time. Chilled food is served

Food was of very bad quality. I ordered a King fish curry to go with my dinners, Honestly it was uneatable and the fish was also not fresh, making it the worst curry I've ever tasted. Four star hotel with local food quality. Please be aware.

Premium ac bar it's Great ambiance nd good services but only negative is toilet. Very wrost.very bad smell their nd not cleaned.

A good clean place. Visited in the morning and not much of a choice for breakfast. Appam and egg curry was served, tasty and fresh but curry was very spicy. There was no crowd

We had organized our birthday party at Doubloon and the service was amazing! The room was very clean with all amenities set up perfectly. Special appreciation goes to the waiter staff and manager who made sure that every person was given priority. We recommend Doubloon to every person who wishes to have a good dining experience.

Food was good and the ambience was also good.
Had veg thali and fish thali.
Fish polichadhu was priced a little higher. It was mentioned as per piece size in the menu, and a small slice of fish costed over 300. Felt like I was bluffed (1 star less for that).

We were passing through this area and thought of having lunch from here. The food is just ok ok type. Nothing too special. Well, if asked whether I would visit this place again - No.

The customer handling is not genuine, they don't mean what they commit or say. You can't deal with guys who talk behind you.

The hotel food is good for many years but if you treat customers this way you will not have customers other than the BAR counter.
