Good homely food. U can get good food here. Happy tummy. Breakfast- Appam & Egg curry (3/5). Not well maintained.an old restaurant. Good staffs. Food not available at lare night. Closes soon.
This place used to serve and treat everyone right, until a month back upon trying to parcel a fish fry and curry I asked the guy if he could help me with some sambhar, to which he said I should pay Rs 50/- for the same.
The place is run by a new guy, whom I presume happens to be the brother of the former, who used to be friendly, listening and empathetic.it's all business now!
Food was just ok nothing great. We had ghee roast from the hotel. Taste was just ok. The low star was because of a very unhygienic activity done by a staff right in front of us. There was a chutney and sambar kept on a table to serve in case extra serve was requested by any customer. These containers were covered with banana leaves and one of the leaves just fell down to the ground, the path through which the customer's go to the wash room. The waiter just picked the leaf and wiped it against his dress and covered the chutney.seeing that i couldn't conplete the breakfast. Lost my appetite.
The place is a bit unhygienic as there was a bad smell inside. However the food was worse. I got food poisoning from here and was in bed with diarrhea and vomiting for 2 days
Best place to eat kerala food. Loved the hot nannari water they provided along with the dishes. The people in the hotel served well and asked us to visit kerala again, such a warm hospitality
Hotel dwaraka is located in Varkala. It's purely Kerala cousine. They providing parota, meals and biriyani. Also providing ample of sidish varieties. However sea foods having raw smell which is majore drawback.
They also having chicken and beef varities which is good.
Rice they are providing Kerala red big rice, if u not familiar with that pls avoid meals and go with parota or biriyani.
Food tastes good but crowded during our visit in noon and had to hurry up n eat as people were waiting. So, if you want a calm n relaxed eating experience then this is not the place.
Went for lunch here. It is like 4-5 kms from Varkala beach. The rice was tasty and other side dishes like prawn and beef was not hot. Had completely different taste from my state. The taste was good except for the heat. If it was fresh and hot, it would have been better
Dwarka is a busy and moderate price range hotel at Varkala. Delicious nadan foods are available here. Meals available at Rs 80/-. Special chicken and beef items are available in the evening. A/C hall is there for family.cleanliness is not so high.staffs are very cooperative.
Not even having cleanliness. Huge prices and the snacks are too hard. We had breakfast, masala dosa order takes 30 minutes longer to get delivered. Hated the most!
Superb place in Varkala to have a tummy full lunch. Would recommend meals with fish fry. Prawn fry was also superb. Parking would be an issue but manageable. Have a superb meal, tip the waiter to help locals and walk out with satisfaction.
We brought two beef biriyani of poor quality. They took RS 100 per head. They prepare beef and rice separately. It's like beef gravy and biriyani Rice. I won't recommend this hotel for any one. I want to give zero Star rating.
