Excellent service by everyone at the hotel. Very helpful in arranging everything we needed. Great place to conduct events in the hall. Good food at all times during our stay. They are well experienced in conducting events that they could do it all so well keeping us at ease.

Never had kada fry in any beer parlour. But they have the item and it is so good. Great place to sit and relax. Nice seating also.

The rooms are highly standardized & cosy. Food is average. Customer service is highly appreciated. House keeping is doing thr job at best. Restaurant can be improved bit more as it's is a key part of the business. Overall it's a best experience hotel in this area

Went to their restaurant. The food quality is below average with basically no taste. One of the worst chicken 65 i have ever had.

Really poor and pathetic experience.i had two visitors who came to my room and used my washroom (they where in my room for about 15-20 min) which I notified the receptionist well in advance.for this they have charged extra money while check out and the manager's behaviour was harsh and cheap while i made the enquiry about this additional charge.completely a bad experience.location and condition of rooms are good.no doubt about it.i was with my family and the manager's behavior spoiled out day and trip.

I went for having food in restaurant.very poor service.chapati not good.dry chapati and bad in taste.porota is very good.ghee rice bad.fish curry not good.we asked about which fish added in it.but they don't know. The fish have no any ttaste. They added more price in bill.we cheated. Then we went to billing section and cleared. The table mat also not cleaned well.please improve service.
