The overall was average.
Difficult to sleep in road facing rooms because of noise pollution. There was traffic movement the whole night.

Little expensive but neat and cleen

Conference hall is very good for small gathering and performing Ganamela (Karaoke) it's good panelled and echo proof

Wonderful ambience and open air seating. The food is great quantity wise as well as taste wise. Excellent view from the hotel.

The lady at the reception was very polite and well mannered. Had a chickens biriyani too and the food was too very delicious. Highly recommended

Elite palazzo used to be constant breakfast place although food quality and service have deteriorated. But this review is about my stay experience with the hotel. I had booked a stay in the hotel. During the checkout, unfortunately I forgot to take few beauty care products from the room. But as soon as I remembered about them I called the reception and asked them to keep them safely so that I can collect it during my next visit. But to my surprise, they said they found no such thing.
Its terrible that their staffs are acting so unprofessional and worst part is they didn't care to apologise for the mistake from their part. Thinking of it, I am glad that I didn't forget my jewellery.on the brighter side, their new rooms are spacious and clean unlike the old ones. So hence giving two stars

Nice Regency in mid range luxury. Has banquet Hall, restaurant. Etc. Good quality food and beverages provided.

Break fast is not good. We had a plate of idili vada its charged 200 per plate. Idili was hard we were not able to break into pieces. There was no chutney served. The bath tub was in very bad conditions. The shower curtain was very dirty. Room no 301.

The only reason I'm giving a 4 out of 5 is because of the new dining management personnel who are not efficient or communicative as it had been before.

First time staying here. Star hotel well maintained. Staff was cooperative. Rooms are large and clean. TV ac functioning smooth. Good place for family stay.

The worst experience I ever had from the time of check in to checkout. In online site they are showing one rate and actual rate is different. And if any chance checked in early they will be charge RS. 2000 to 2500 as early check in charge. Here not ends the suffering. At the time of meal the ordered item didn't given and the staff argued and insulted. I will never suggest this place. Hell is lot better than here

Well maintained and decent hotel. Rooms were good and spacious. The restaurant was not that good. Not many dishes were available. The free breakfast was also mediocre. But stay was quite beautiful. Pick up service was very prompt from the airport. Nice hotel for short visits to cochin.

The hotel is good. But we had.a nice experience last time when we visited. The room that was given that time was a spacious one. This time we were given at the older block side. The room was also at the end. Through the window we could see part of the next building. We felt we were put in a corner near to their housekeeping room. At times we could hear loud noise and the staff talking loudly. This was not what we expected. The food was ok.

Main hotel in city, near to Airport, bus stop and station.metro is far from here.normal parking, good halls for functions.

That star hotel near you where you because bars are closed and your friend says "va da randennam adichatt baaki"

Please don't do to this hotel an eat. They are serving old food. Never expected this from of a three start hotel and for the high price they are charging

Nice hotel and rooms are also pretty good but only south Indian breakfast available, north Indian breakfast also to be included.

The rooms were small and lot of noise from the floor above. The bathroom sinks were blocked. Breakfast was not good. We had booked a room for another day but moved to a better hotel after a bad experience.

Neat rooms. But had a very bad experience in terms of the plumbing in the bathroom and also was not easy getting through to room service for just drinking water. Took about an hour!

Hotel is located close to airport, around 15 min drive. Rooms are clean and staff very responsive and sweet. Breakfast is okay with limited spread.

PATHETIC is the only word i have for this hotel, the mattresses were so worn out and uncomfortable that a person would sink inside it. The rooms were also very stinky, bathroom had leaky faucets and were stinky too. They badly need to work on the quality of their rooms. The quality of food is also very poor that they sent uncooked chapattis and the gravy was stale.
The staff is very rude and refused to give an extra glass as well.
Would advice you to look for some other option rather than booking this hotel. Even sleeping on car seats would have been more comfortable than sleeping on these mattresses.

Hotel Elite Palazzo is very close to the main junction of Angamaly off National Highway. Kochi International Airport is about 10 kms from here. KSRTC bus stand, Little Flower Hospital, St. George Basilica and St. Hormis Cathedral are at a distance of less than 500 meters. The Adlux Convention Centre is just 5 km away. They offer very good service to the customers. Good food and beaverages are available here.

Excellent food especially the Porotta and Beef fry. Fingerlicking food. The service was average but the food made up for it:). Highly recommended.

Room was good, but different from the one showed on their website. What we got was smaller in size than advertised on their website.

Food OK, but very slow service in the restaurant. Room service was just fine, but the plates were left outside my room for over 24 hours. I felt that they were really short staffed. But the available staff were friendly and supportive.

Location of the hotel is good, just on the national highway in Ankamaly Town, ten minutes from the airport. No disturbances in the room.

Has a bar where you can get beer and wine.
