The rooms were really good, very clean and well maintained. 1600 per night ac room.i really enjoyed the stay.

Arrived at 5 pm with no booking. Was told they only had deluxe room left for 2000inr. I guess by deluxe they meant small dirty room with dirty bedding and cold water shower. Rip off worst room in India so far

We had very bad experience. Eventhough we paid rent for 24 hours, they forced us to check out before the time. We left room before time because they didn't communicate properly about their policy. Hotel room, ambience and cleanliness are very better. But staff are not helpful.

Me and my wife reserved a room for a night. When we reach the hotel on night they said the rooms are full. We showed our reservation documents and number. But they said the reservation done because of application error. That night we suffered a lot with my wife. They didn't even consider the ladies priority in night. Very very bad

I had a very good experience, the manager was ver friendly got good home at very reasonalble price.stayed for two days

I made full payment through OYO but the hotel manager called to my mobile and asked me to make extra payment if I need to check in at the hotel. He sounded rude also. This is not how you should treat the guests coming at the hotel. I would not recommend. Not a safe place.

Very bad behaviour from the hotel management. I was denied check in even after making full payment through OYO. Hotel said they want more money if they want me to check-in. Don't book this place.

Room is good but the hotel management made me to pay Rs. 290/- extra. They say, the room costs 1200/- and they broke tie up with oyo because oyo is not paying to the hotel. So so sorry to book with OYO.will never book in OYO in future.

As a foreigner I visited with my friends and they were questioned a lot with the doubtful mentality so we are very disappointed with their service. Coffee, tea or food not available at anytime.

It is a really hostile experience, I had booked it through oyo homes and made all payments on oyo app but this property demanded extra money stating that OYO rate is not their standard ones. After all this AC tv remote were non functional due to battery case broken etc there was no toiletries and bottle with water was open with no way to close it, room service not available, unless you call the hotel from your mobile.

I have booked through OYO for two night here and paid around 1773/- online, whereas the hotel staff called me and said they want extra 827/- rupees. But the hospitality and room was excellent.

If hotel need more money they asked oyo/ goibigo platform to cancel it. After receiving the payment how did they refuse to give the room.

Clean and nice hote. Polite staff. Best hotel in kottakal at reasonable Price with all amenities.

Not Cost Effective. Commode Broken. Not a sleep Friendly AC. Locks jam. The problem is the tariff. Obviously not worth 1300/night.

I booked the hotel on OYO and got my booking confirmed. I reached the Hotel and we were denied check in. It was early in the morning 4 o clock. I was with my sister and a 2.5 year old kid. When we reached the hotel they said room is not available. If they can not take bookings on OYO, why are they listed in OYO? Extremely poor experience.

I think it was little overpriced but i guess its common in the weekends in Kochi.

Calm and quite environment, though it is closer to Ernakulam south junction and metro station its absolutely peaceful.
Tv, wifi, functioning elevator, chilling ac, working geyser etc
Reception staff was really helpful- no unnecessary question, treat us with manners. Our bathroom door got jammed during our stay.they quickly resolved which is uncommon in some hotels nowadays. Overall I'm really satisfied.

No good service, sleepy staffs normally hotel provides complimentary water bottle of 500ml Or 1000ml they charges. Rooms were okay. Never fell for TV as they won't have any proper channels

Well behaved staff. Reception staff was much friendly and is safe and hyegenic hotel. Since 6 months I recommend and choose this hotel for a safe stay

Worst experience by cabin crew boy. If you booked room from online they do not give rooms and they ask for extra amount.
