Hotel Garden Inn, Kochi

The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms are clean and convenient especially for the price. I think it was a great experience, would definitely recommend.

One of the worst hotel in Kochi. Ac's were not working. Rooms full of mosquitos. From outside, it looks good but rooms seems to be quite old.

Located near the petrol bunk close to Ernakulam Town Hall, the hotel is well and good. The room was spacious, clean and neat. I would say that the pricing was a bit overboard though. Paid about 1900+ for the room. But anyways the stay was good, it was easy to locate, and was close to the main road.

Yes it was very good stay at this hotel. Even staff is also very good and cooperative. Room was clean.

Very poor customer service.

Last day i booked one room in this hotel for my foreign guest and make the full payment through online and completed all their requirements. But they charged additional 600 rupees from my invited guest for check in without any adequate reason. Very Sorry to say. Cheap customer service & marketing without ethics.

They asked me more money at the time of check in. I paid the displayed amount online and they asked extra 500 at the time of arrival. They did this because it was night and they understood that the guest is not familiar to Cochin

They dint even helped me by talking in a polite manner.
Worst hotel. Worst hotel staffing. Running only for money. No kind of customer support.

I called oyo also. Oyo representative talked to hotelier then also they dint allow check in

An ok place to stay- no attached restaurant, It showed 2400 for 2 rooms in OYO, went directly to hotel and they charged 3000 for 2 rooms. They are saying that even if you book from Oyo you need to do a new booking from hotel with a different charge

The rooms we took was deluxe ones, which were spacious and clean. This is very near to North railway station and seems to be renovated or new. I would rate this very good for the value we pay. Like many reviews here the break fast area was a let down. The food is not presented well and place can be made better with good lighting and posters. Overall 4.5 starts.

The hotel is very bad. Bathrooms and hotels are not clean and is having bad smell of cigarettes. The service provided by the people is very poor. Attitude towards the customers is sooo poor. Very bad. Will never stay at this hotel and will never suggest to anyone

Lovely place to stay in, staff members are really polite. Walkable distance to Ernakulam North Railway Station and Metro Station. The property is around 8 km from Aster Medicity, 15 Km from Kochi Biennale and 5 Km from Cochin Shipyard.

The hotel so clean and the service was good. Little expenses but the place is so good for a stay. Since it is near to railway station it's so convenient.

One of the best hotel I visited. Room is very clean staff is very friendly i recommend this hotel for my friends and family.
