Hotel Gazala

Conducted ring exchange function in Sopanam Hall there. Rooms provided are neat, clean and well kept. Staff are courteous, helpful and attentive. Their service is excellent. Banquet hall was pretty enough for us. Regarding Sadhya- very tasty, curries and payasams (2) were delicious. Nice and quality food. Gazala is well located and parking available. Friendly staff with good service. Mr. Appunni was very pleasing and helpful. Big salute to Mr. Sunil, Banquet Manager for making the function a memorable one. We really liked it, keep going….

I visited here back in 2017 and was so impressed by their rooms and services. Got an opportunity to visit here again now in 2024 and I'm surprised to see the quality of the food has not dropped, the veg kurma and wheat parota is a must try if you are here even if you aren't staying.

I think the hotel is being upgraded so certain things are being fixed here and there but the service was good and they were very prompt in taking action and providing us resolution at right time.

Decent stay for the price point. The location is also best in terms of accessing the city and other locations around palakkad. Overall would recommend this place if you are visiting palakkad for your next trip and looking for a place with decent stay and good food options

In hotel Gazala, there are many exhibitions of various equipments and accessories is held most of the times like Onam, and Christmas and Diwali and Vishu.

Review of the restaurant alone. While the food tasted above average the quantity or portion size leaves a lot to be desired. A Rs 280 mutton biriyani has three small pieces of mutton (Each one literally the size of a matchbox and that too bone pieces). In a rs 330 prawn masala i counted five or six small prawns.

Somehow felt like they are being very stingy with the meat.

Good food, well hygiene, they have proper parking place and also the price of food is affordable

I am budget traveller and it met my expectations. Pure vegetarians take note that they don't have pure veg restaurant

Situated near Post office, Palakkad. This is one of the Famous Non Veg Hotel in Palakkad. Very tasty and variety of Chicken Mutton and fish available here. Mini Hall is there for Function

Visited with my family had a great experience. Chuttulli chicken was amazing. Keep improving.

Very good place to stay here. You need to insist for services as they dont do their own. Housekeeping services is a disaster.

Poor quality food and service.ordered an Al Faham and got some chicken dripping with oil and masala paste which can be wiped off and ordered food along with the Al Faham was not delivered.complete negligence and totally dissatisfied

A decent place to stay in palakkad. Very near to palakkad town railway station. The rooms are neat. The room we got actually was covered 80% with cot. We had less space to walk. Washrooms are averagely neat. The switch for tv is at a different location. Room had a small sofa and a table with mirror. Room had couple of mobile charging points. Food here at the restaurant is good too. We had a complimentary breakfast here.

One of the best restaurant in Palakkad. Not only is the food delicious but prices are also moderate.

It has good service a small party hall and some rooms it is inside of a complex not so big and the food is not that bad.

Its a two star economy hotel with a decent tariff. The facilities are enough as per the traiff. Room has a good AC. The bed is comfy. Room is spacious. The parking is a bit crammed. Those who stay in the hotel must park in a ground across the road. The parking space infront of the hotel is reserved for those who use the hotel. Found this a bit unfair as it should be first come first serve basis. The staff is friendly. Restaurant is okay.

Easy to view, good parking space on the opposite side although the road being very busy it takes time for you to reach the other side! Food is good. Reception on the first floor, spacious halls, nice ambience, altogether a good place to stay or dine.

Most of items were unavailable, maybe because I visited at wrong time. Service can be made little more quicker, otherwise decent place.
