Room not clean A/C&Tv wasn’t working properly & morning tea not available before 9 am even they won’t provide a kettle in the room, still their staff arguing

The hotel is on the main road and is a good option for all who are travelling to Angamaly or want to go to the airport. Rooms are big and the service is very formal. They also have a restaurant which does helps.

Before it was good but after corona they haven't opened the A/C restaurant and more than that most of the foods they prepare now a days are very poor.

They have to correct it otherwise they will go down.

I went there as part of my cousins wedding reception and the ambience of the hall is nice but i felt bit congested

Its decent and nothing to say a wow factor.offers the facility's @ par with a budget tag lines in accommodation. Also a trusted hotel.

Good service. Good food. Good place. Parking is bit of a problem. Because parking lot is in a one way road, it's before the hotel.

Clean linen and toilet. Enough furniture, helpful staff.
Quality food is available in reasonable price.
Moreover, just opposite the hotel, market is there with copy& print internet shop, (helpful for official visit)

Overall, nice experience in affordable rate

Extremely friendly and helpful people are there in the Reception. The rooms are spacious and clean. Actually, it's a really good option for the price range they provide, in comparison with other night stays in that locality.

Stayed here for almost 3 days and the experience was good. But only the service's are bit poor and not well planned especially the breakfast they provided was not on time promised. Overall a good hotel to stay with family.

Reception area was very hot any fan or ac not in there. If any meeting is going on there, room service is very slow.we are order 6 tea in our team meeting room minimum half and hours waited.in looking hotel was big.

Worst place I've ever stayed! I've booked 10 rooms for marriage purpose through oyo! And all the 10, rooms had some kind of troubles! Either the water heater doesn't work, or the ac doesn't work! In the room which i stayed the lights doesn't switch of! So i slept the entire night with all the lights on! The worst part is in my neighbors room (one of the 10 room) one pillow didn't have a pillow cover and that perticular pillow smelled disgustingly (saliva smell) and the staffs were very messed! Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel stay in my entire life! Hope the hotel finds a solution to these problems soon!

Takes money for "complimentary" breakfast and denies breakfast, tells to ask refund from oyo. No toothbrush or shampoo, exhaust fan loud as jet engine, receptionist blames everything on Oyo. Oyo customer care is unable to contact hotel manager. Kept us waited in front of reception at midnight since receptionist was sleeping somewhere and took time for the watchman to find him. Takes forever to deliver extra bed. Smelly rooms. No room for our bus driver.the List goes on. We ran out early morning as soon as we woke up and took breakfast outside. Got humiliated in front of my family and friends for booking this hotel.worst experience ever after booking for 8 persons. -0 rating.

A typical 3 star property, very cool and friendly reception particularly Sreekuttan and a lady. The hotel let us to check in 1 hour before the checkin time even the sweeper woman was helpfull at particular situation.
But the location given in the site and oyo Is wrong i guess. I had to ask a local man to reach the hotel

Confusion reigned supreme when I visited there. Service was slow & the staff seemed to be trainees & were obviously making many basic mistakes. The kitchen was slow & the Biriyani arrived minus any accompaniments. If you do visit stick to the very basics but I wouldn't really recommend it

Just had lunch from there. If you need any special dish with your meal you have to order it a day before you get there. Worst restaurant service I have ever seen in my life. But the food is kind of tasty

Dropped in here with my cousins as i have a small baby. This is the restaurant inside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped us manage the baby while we had our lunch. They also had a cradle which was really helpful. The food was nice not too expensive. I have also visited a small open tea shop on the ground floor which serves quick Kerala snacks.

The hotel was recently taken over by OYO so there was change in management. Due to change they were yet to upgrade the services and could not provide proper service like hot water, cable, etc.

Poor, very slow service. Confused people. Don't know what they are serving. We ordered fish. While ordering, they said, we will serve 4 pieces. Then he gave 2 and said 2 more are coming. Later he said something which confused us more and we kept waiting. After finally clarifying, he said only 2 pieces were there for this dish, for which they took 1 hour to serve. Really bad experience.

I have ordered food from here which was not up to the level. It was not worth the cost they charged

Very bad onasadya. Charged 300 per head and given nothing. Number of items were less than a thali meal and quantity was very less. Horrible onam meal.

Good place. Great hospitality. Porotta is finest. I should say the real one. Really beated, so that it is finely layered. I haven't tried others in the menu because I am really obsessed with porotta and beef.

Staffs are very friendly and good. But room maintenance is bad. TV in the rooms are not working properly and is very old also.

A good hotel near Angamaly railway station. Reasonably priced. Good food. No bar. Adjacent to Surya hotel. Rooms are good.

You can have a quick dinner if you are traing through angamali railway station road. Have a good parking lot and enjoyable food.

Its very near to Angamaly railway station. Easily accessible to Cochin international airport. Room rates are affordable. Cuisines are good. Its situated in the national highway 544. Banquet hall is available in this hotel.

Though it has a big signage and advertises to have a let of variety of food, there was nothing except tea/ coffee and uzhunu vada for snacks

Went to restaurant after seeing a big flex in town claiming it to be authentic tasty angamaly dishes hotel. Average food, arrogant supplier and overpriced.
