Hotel Horizon

The restaurant in horizon is one of the best in tvm for sizzlers. Chicken 65 Beef chilly, beef dry fry are a must try. Beef chilly here is also very famous and tasty. They have small and medium sized halls on 8th floor suitable for small gatherings and gettogethers.

It was a nice experience to stay at this hotel. Even though few facilities are old school models felt like a good experience. Rooms were clean and neat and an amazing room service as well. Good parking opportunity with security for vehicles.

Good stay, good food, good restaurant & bar. But the services and behaving of the entite staff especially those in charge of bar very very poor and not customer friendly. They give discount to certain customers only, in the bar & restaurant. This is discrimination.

Decent room, Good staff. In close proximity of Trivandrum Central Railway station and KSRTC bus stand. Rooms were clean.

Rooms are spacious and clean as usual. Their buffet breakfast improved a lot over the years. Earlier there wasn't much variety available. Now, we have wide range of dishes to select from. Be prepared for a lighter lunch after having such a heavy breakfast. Their travel desk is also much faster in response.

The stay we had with my family was the one I can never forget. Such was the hospitality. This hotel is at a location from where everything is accessible.

The buffet is simply amazing. They don't have like a ton of dishes like at other buffets, but what they have is fresh and tasty food and the ambience is also good.

A good decent hotel with very decent and nominal prices for accommodation. Rooms are well maintained and neatly kept. Room service is good. The complementary breakfast is really good with good number of choices in the morning. Limited parking facilities.

Good food at affordable prices; generally very helpful and kind staff. But we had a very bad experience with the valet parking that ruined the whole dining experience. Our hearts stopped when we saw our car shooting out of the road to the parking lot at the back of the hotel; it hit and flew over the median to the opposite side of the main road. No one was hurt thankfully, but there were some damages.

I have to update -the hotel authorities were extremely decent and paid for the damages.

Very bad experience because every thing is hidden. Charges are very high as per the available facilities

Bar poor place, the one behind the building Mr. NIRMAL J don't know how to behave patiently. He can't answer customer questions patiently, Waited for touch up almost 30 minutes, at last cancelled.

Don't order room service, it's really over priced and food is really bad. Rooms were ok nothing special.

A Decent star hotel and ok ok customer service and ok ok location and ok ok parking and eatable food and decent building and reasonable rates and facilities

There is a wheel chair ramp with wheel chair for differentently challenged person. Easy assess for such people.this is not seen in most of hotels.

Still has the old world charm. Well maintained hotel pretty popular in its golden years. Their cuisines are still popular specially their mix grill sizzlers. Slightly on the higher side when it comes to the pricing but it's worth the money spend. A gem that's still upholding its shine!

Decent hotel to stay. Suggestion is that they should keep kettle in the rooms to have coffee and tea

Located in the heart of Trivandrum city. Walk able distance to the Railway station and bus stand. It's an old hotel but well maintained. The food served is superb.the buffet lunch is also good.average rooms.clean place, Bar attached.

One of oldest hotels in Trivandrum. Stone's throw away from the station. The rooms are okay for the price, they need to upgrade their rooms and infrastructure. The rooms seem 20 years old but the price is just as much as the central residency next door. Breakfast was good.

Standard hotel but worst services. In the restaurant and bar, staff are not cordial to the customers always keeping up their arrogant faces. Food & bewarages are average and are highly rated. Though a good hotel this property needs improvement in the management and staff behaviour. The hotel is very near to central railway station and central bus stand. Cab and Auto services are available to any parts of the city round the clock. Also available before the hotel luxury bus services to other cities.

Though it doesn't look very stylish from outside horizon is a first class hotel run in the old style.

It's a good place for get together with food as well as drink. Hotel is bar attached for those who have liquor. Service is satisfying. Ambience is good. Food quality is good. Vehicle parking is limited but available for both two and four wheelers.
