Budget hotel with excellent ambience, good food and service. Value for money. Easy access to public transportation and closer to National Highway.

The food was great but the cost was too high and they dont print all the price in the menu,

WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. RECEPTION STAFF WERE HORRIBLE. NOT HELP FULL AT ALL. THERE WERE SPIDERS IM THE ROOM. WHOLE NIGHT SOME SOUNDS WERE COMING AND UNABLE TO SLEEP. NO RESPOMSE FROM STAFF WHEN REPORTED. I HAVE STAYED BEFORE FOR PAST 20 YEARS. THOSE DAYS HOTEL SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER.

Not recommended to stay in this hotel, service was very very poor, right from our check in experience to our checkout by Benny in the front desk. There was just pure coldness without an ounce of basic courtesy. We were charged for 4 nights at Rs 5000 per night and in addition were asked to pay for breakfast on the first day. The front desk told us there will be no room service after 8: 30pm. The hotel lacks basic services like drinking water or cutlery when we asked for one. There was absolutely zero service!

HOTEL IS OKAY. BUT NEVER GO THROUGH AGODA. TTHIS AMOUNT EVEN TO 25 % BHEY HAVE A HIDDEN COMMISSIONN.
THIS AMOUNT IS COPLLECTED WITH OUR CREDIT CARD AND IN THE FOLLOWING MONTH AGODA PAYS AND SETTLES THE BILL.
BUT WHY NOT WE PAY TO HOTEL AT CHECK IN OR OUT.
THEY ARE NICE CHEATERS. ALWAYS BOOK DIRECTLY.

Worst experience at bar, Scam is happening. Buying a costly drink but giving pickle as sides. As per the hotel ratings/ start minimum standard has to be maintained. Also without asking thé customers they are giving water bottles. This has to be noted by the management and further improvement to be made.

Good Hospitality and better comfort rooms. And service was Good compared to other hotels. Especially the foods are very delicious, Roomsare very neat and clean tollaty worth for money.

Ample space to park vehicles. Nearly maintained premises and garden. Went to restuarant to have breakfast. The food was good.

I normally frequent this place for lunch while driving down to Kerala or back. Around 10mins from the highway. Sumptuous food and lot of parking

Good Stay at Indraprastha, Palakkad. It is one of the oldest hotels in Palakkad. Hopefully everything is recently renovated. Infrastructure looks very nice. Appreciated.

Inside Room is neat & clean including Beds, Blankets etc.
Basic amenities are available.

Hotel staffs are good & cooperative.

Hotels Restaurants are there within the premises. Separate hotel available for Vegetarian.

Recently stayed at a 3-star hotel and had a generally positive experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. While it may not offer the luxuries of a higher-rated hotel, it was a satisfactory stay that met my basic needs and budget.

Went to veg restaurant. Normal food. Very good staff. Very neat place and ambience is also nice.

The hotel is very nice. Service and rooms in this is very nice and clean. The area of hotel is also nice. The ambience and management in hotel is good.

Not bad, the food was OK the ice cream Vanilla was very icy meaning it was ice and vanilla flavouring.

Good place to have food, if you prefer a calm and quiet atmosphere. We usually choose Chinese options, and the food is typically above average. Parking and location is the primary reason for us along with nostalgia as from my childhood itself, my father used to bring us here during family trips to Palakkad. You can expect premium pricing. The place got good rest room facilities. You'll get both veg and non-veg options, but we usually go with non-veg. Food quality varies from time to time, but we got really tasty food during our last visit.
