Near Nagambadam Bridge.
Near from Ksrtc bus station and kottayam bus station.

One month ago we stay with my friends, firstly compliment breakfast is very poor, then room service and AC not in working conditions
Then my rate is zero
We used minibar and they give extra charge

Hotel ambiance is very good.
Serving also nice.
Staff behavior is also warmth.

Having almost all the collection of liquor.

Food is bit costly.

Overall nice experience

They can improve the food quality and staff quality as well. We had food from there last month and there was a temporary set up of restaurant for walk in customers.renovation works was doing there.congested feeling.ordered food and waited for 30 minutes then they informed the items we ordered was finished, so we should change ithe menu.after waiting for 45 minutes we got food.food quality is not even average.but their bill amount above average.too costly food. 5star rated bill but no quality in any level.food, staff service, restaurant and it's ambience. But they kept their washroom clean and tidy.that's a great thing. I appreciate that.rest of all very bad.

4 years back I have given 5 star for this hotel. But now this is over rated hotel as the service is not as per the 4 star hotel. Gym is under maintenance from last 3 years. Room is not maintained properly. Restaurant staff is not trained properly. Toaster is full of cockroaches. Spoon, plates are dirty.

Increasing the rate not the quality.

Most expensive restaurant. For simple veg curry they took 180 rs and tea 50 rs which is worse than roadside tea shop. All the foods are so oily and didn't like the taste at all. The Ambience is good. Foods are bit overpriced

One of the best in Kottayam town. Excellent place, good restaurant and family friendly atmosphere.

If you are a weary traveller looking for a place to stay, strictly stay away from this place. They neither have the empathy or decency to understand the customer. I was there after having driven 12 hours from Bangalore. The staff at the front desk cared very little and it was evident he did not want to make any effort to accommodate us.

This Hotel provides good food and drinks. It's convenient to access from highway and in front of the indraprastha a small restaurant named uppum mulakum which provides a lot of delicious food like kappa mulaku puttu beef dosa etc. It's a nice place in kottayam to spend your time

One of the highend hotels in Kottayam. Good good, ample parking space, M. C. Road side just north of Kottayam town. Halls for arranging party or meetings and conferences. Rooms with star facilities. Overall a good experience.

Very good place to have good food. If you are travelling from Ernakulam to kottayam then you can find before kottayam.
As usual we started with soup sweet corn and hot sour chicken soup. It tasted good not yummy as AIDA hotel. Then we ordered chicken lolipop, chicken 65, paratha, mixed fired rice, chilly chicken, chicken manchurian, butter chicken, pineapple juice, plain naan, Butter naan, lime tea, lime soda.
So were delicious.couldn't find any problem with the dishes. Employees were friendly and polite.
One draw back is before ordering itself we asked them how many pieces of chicken will be coming for lolipop. They told only 3. Therefore we ordered 2 chicken lolipop. But then served the food we found that there are 6-8 pieces of chicken in one plate of lolipop. Actually only one was enough for us. We are suspecting that it was there business tactics so that we order more.

One more thing is the restaurant is at 3rd or 2nd floor not in ground floor. I don't tell whether it's neg or post.but i just informed.

Poor service from bar, some of of them are not caring about customer. I have waited there arround 25 minits in ac bar to get a peg.

Place for budget freindly food without compromising the taste.especially chicken fry! Must try place!

They are having a good LOUNGE BAR, Restaurant.food is really fantastic. Staffs are really cordiel. They are having a good AMPLE parking space & good thattukada called uppum mulakum really awesome

Limited breakfast options and any requests are politely turned down, the staff is nice but they won't really go out of the way to make you feel comfortable, they strictly follow their protocol, I think it's the management which needs improvement.the town is 2km walk/ride/drive from this place. There's a local food junction in the parking of the hotel (owned by the hotel) which serves good food at nominal prices. One can go for a walk behind the hotel to explore nature, there's lot of greenery and a river.

Accommodation is good, as shown gym and swimming pool are not accessible. Food is ok not that fantastic. Not to forget the restaurant outside owned by them offers awesome food. Overall good for functions and events. 2-3 km away from Kottayam rly station.

Very worst stay in my life time. No air conditioning. Changed me to 3 rooms. Still air conditioning not working. I slept in the floor. Rate is exhorbitant also. Nightmare stay.

Restaurant is awesome. There are lot of varieties of dishes and consistent in taste. You will visit again for the food. It is a not to be missed restaurant in Kottayam. Plenty of parking available. Hotel is on main road. So it is easily accessible.
