HOTEL INDRIYA WAYANAD

Very courteous and receptive Reception Staff. Although stayed only for half day.the experience was out of the World.
Breakfast spread was very good.
Would definitely stay here on my next visit to Wayanad.

Had a horrible experience, the swimming pool wasn’t clean and on informing the hotel staff also no action was taken. The worst part was that even the hotel manager was present at the time I reported the issue but he was busy playing on his mobile.

At the breakfast they had served fresh watermelon juice and when I tasted it it had turned sour. In raising the concern they replaced that jar and when the hotel staff asked the lady supervisor standing there if he needs to replace the other jugs as well she asked him to ignore it.

It’s not worth at all the money you spend, thinking you are going on holidays.

Spoiled our new year plans. Don't go with the pool pics. Pool is very small with max depth of 4ft without any temperature control.
Food was also bad. Very lees options in breakfast.
Don't book this hotel.

We had a family trip in wayanad. We had booked a hotel named indriya. They have an extrodinary managment. A staf named @mr Aneesh kc had did the all wanted things to us he is a very good person. He had helped us in all things in that hotel. A great hotel in wayand rooms and services were too good.and Tak Tak bar delicious

We stay in indriya wayanad last two days. We have really wonderfull experience. Great ambience. Good service the rooms are clean n well. Expecioully the food is soo delicious. The indriya fried chicken was yummy.mr: shivan n ex: chef also soo frendly n humble!

It was a great experience staying at indriyam. The food served was delicious, the staff was extremely co operative and the house keeping was really good.

This was a good hotel and the staff was very supportive. The hotel was very clean and maintained.people can easily communicate with the staffs and the manager.

When I came back from Wayanad, everyone asked me how was my trip. Is it a skill to tell everything? A manager who is friendly. Someone who can manage everyone equally @ Re-Manager Ratheesh ettan and his staff also said it was such a good experience. Thank you Indriya hotel.

Very poor customer service. Very much dissatisfied. Local bar near by. Not as shown in the pictures. Not worth for the money. Rated 4 star but doesn’t qualify for even 2 star. Waste of money. Breakfast were very minimal.

I visited the restaurant with my brother and the place was very stinky, staff is very rude and the service is very slow and bad.i ordered one dish and it took them 1 hr 15 mins to get that dish and it tasted really really bad.

The people at reception don’t know how to treat guests, they denied the conversation until I showed WhatsApp written proof. Please understand people travel for peace and don’t want to indulge in any sort of fight. Don’t instigate.
Rooms were good. I don’t understand since when people start charging for water bottle when they booked 15k room with you. Never mind. Many people were upset with their service the day we visited.

Edit: they never upgraded our rooms as they have replied, also mistakes happen over apps sometime which i agreed first thing post coming to your property and offered 1000 per pax as agreed on call. But you tried to take advantage of it by charging 2400 additional per room for 3 rooms and denied to agree 1000 per pax over call. Such dual standards. Don’t forget you are in hospitality industry. Thank god i had whatsapp chat to show.

I was not happy with the "Onam Sadhya" they provided for 470/-. Improve the quality and quantity when you charge almost double than other restaurants.

Hotel is Good and clean, food taste is good but customer service is very poor, I am really unhappy to see this service. I have visited 1st time in Kerala and I have stay for two days, but for next time I will not suggest anyone to come in this hotel.when I go for dinner we have wait till 45mint then we got our food. Also they have limited staff to give service. Also I called to reception but there Is also no help.
I will not recommend anyone to come here.

Booked for a couple of days stay at this hotel after a lot of sold out places at wayanad.
Rooms: rooms were clean and good and spacious with a very bad view
Washroom lights were not lit. Jet spray was defective
Room prices are a bit on the higher side during peak season.
Breakfast was complimentory.

Location is lucrative. Near to bus terminus. Lots of food joints and supermarkets nearby.

Food is good at the inhouse restaurant but is very overpriced.

We were locked out of rooms thrice due to defective card key.

Hotel has pool which is not worth of visit.

If you're missing the strict warden from your hostel days, this is the place to be. The receptionists will remind you of them. Don't fall for the '4-star' mention in the hotel description.

Don’t go as per the pictures as it’s not the same place. Hotel is under construction which reception dint informed us. Rooms are not specious and very poor customer service. As per their SPA booklet special offers were for in room guest it’s a lie. This was not provided to us. Pool was closed completely. My suggestion never book this hotel waste of time, money and stay.

We visited the restaurant in this hotel. Food was amazing and so was the manager and staff. A MUST GO place for foodies.

Spacious and luxurious rooms. Food has decent quality, but it was very bland (even after asking again and again).

Parking is very congested, ingress and egress is very hard for SUVs. Security personnel was rude and was yelling in local language when asked for parking help. There is also bar besides parking which makes it more uncomfortable for families to access their parked cars.

If someone was only looking for stay without food and parking, it would be an excellent choice.

Horrible service. Room keys get disabled everyday even if you have confirmed booking for next 2 days. Room service doesn't clean rooms.

Good Location (City Centre), ample parking space, Neat & clean room! Only drawback is their main receptionist who doesn’t know how to greet a guest. Everything else was good including decent breakfast spread.

The ambience of the rooms were very good. Good to stay with family and for corporates too.

One of the worst place to stay. Reception behaviour is worst than I have ever seen. Rooms are not according to expectation. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. ROOMS ARE WORST.rooms are not hygiene. Food is even worst than rooms. I can’t give 0 star hence it’s 1 star. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE. They took money for suite rooms but gave us small rooms. I don’t know what kind scam is this. Didn’t not expect this kind of treatment. Worst hospitality ever.

Rooms are manageable, everything else was a mess, staff can't resolve your queries. Facilities are not maintained, pool was dirty. They ran out of compulsory stuff like coffee and milk powder for rooms. Sockets were not working. Located near bus terminal, not an ideal place for tourists who wish to stay away from city hustle.

They don't use any type of preservatives. In price wise it is little expensive than other 5* hotels.

This place has one of the worst food and service in town. The biriyani was under cooked which took more than half an hour to be served. Had to ask more than 4 times for sauces for fried rice. It's a total chaos.

I wouldnt stay any more in Hotel indriya. One week before i came there@ 7 am. When i asked about the room rate he said it's 3000 for standard rooms.when i asked him to show the rooms he refused to show the rooms and he said that there is no house keeping staffs to show the rooms. His behaviour is very arrogant.when i check the the reveiws for hotel indriya it seems good, that's why i came there. So please take care of these useless indecent staffs.

Home away from home in the middle of Kalpetta town. Extremely supportive staff and delicious food. Reception staff especially Mr. Shabeer has been extremely careful to fulfill all the requirements on time. Woman friendly, lovely place to be in. Definitely recommend.

Awesome experience. Clean, hygienic, well arranged bar in Kalpetta. Good ambience, friendly staff and very economical. They have three types of bar - Normal, A/c and Executive. Good Parking facilities. Variety of snacks provided free of cost.

Good hotel for family stay in Kalpetta area. It's just adjacent to bus and taxi stand. Nice rooms and good food. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

I went here to attend a conference. The staff was very courteous. The interior was very pleasing and elegant. The food served was also very good. Because there was some construction work going on, I couldn't park my car in the parking area. But they had arranged for valet parking.

The amenities are not up to the mark of 4 star hotel, hotel is average, quietly expensive compare to other hotels, no fresh air ventilation, water bottle they will charge double of the mrp, 20 Rs snacks they are charging 70rs

It's ok because we got a deal.not worth of spending more than 2k. Not at all a 4 star property. It's in middle of Kalpetta market.

No swimming pool which they show on their sites, change of managment, not under Best Western now and what they do is they overcharge for products which have printed MRP, like a water bottle with MRP of 20 is charged 30Rs, which you never expect from a 4 star hotel.

Nice experience, very clean rooms, front desk staff was very cooperative specially mr.arun Kumar kp, he guided us very well for local street mrkt shopping, area needs improvement is food, I had a breakfast there, buffet spread ws gud bt taste ws avg, Rest everything ws very nice

The rooms were great in terms of design and amenities. However, the window views aren't great. Similarly, there seemed to be trouble with the plumbing, i imagine they are rectifying it.

They have a good menu, but their food does not seem upto par. We felt that food lacked in seasoning and overall taste. The ambience however is great.

The swimming pool is not yet functioning, i suppose it is under maintenance.

The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. With a few tweaks and changes i believe this hotel could be worth ones stay.

If you like to see the mountain view from your room I would suggest you to go for room 301.
I stayed in that room and the view was amazing.
They do have a cafe and a restaurant in the hotel.
I had a buffet breakfast and it was delicious.
Overall a perfect place to stay in kalpetta.

Great hotel. Brilliant staff. Well appointed rooms. Thanks to Sajji, GM of the hotel who took good care of our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel to stay when in Wayanad.

Hotel is in a very good location at Kalpetta. Right from Atm to shops to restaurants all are in walkable distance. First you get a feeling that rooms are priced slightly high, however our 2 days exprience proved that wrong. Service is very good, food also nice and well prepared. Parking space is abundant and hotel is maintained well. Only thing lacking is there are too many autos infront of the hotel blocking your way. Management should look into that. Would recommend this property.

Good place to stay and centre of the Town. I had wash basin issues water was not flushing out properly and they gave us another room. Morning hot water was not coming and had to inform them and within minutes we got. Not sure they have to turn on some volves. They have around 10 parking space for cars. Have swimming pool and allowed for some specified time. Complimentary Breakfast is good.

Far from the mountains in the middle of a busy street. So the pictures are kind of deceiving. But the service quality was good
