Hotel Kabani International

Great hotel, good facilities. But the staff here are arrogant. They don't know how to treat customers.

Worst experience. Specially in Breakfast. Felt Very bad and i never ever come again.and also I'm suggesting don't take breakfast included room.

I loved it. The rooms, restaurant etc are exceptionally good for the rate. Special mention to the reception staff Jojin for being a lovely staff.

One of the best hotels in muvattupuzha, with good ambience and customer service. The front office staffs especially were excellent and friendly with coustomers.

First of all, Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Mud gotten around floor tiles, not cleaned properly. Other amenities were good. Hygiene is so poor that the amount spent for booking became a dead money. Even though booking was done through goibibo (can only be done online), they asked to pay GST extra. Huh, like it was possible! Room service took a min of 40 min to deliver the food. Phone was not working for outgoing. Had to call reception each time there was a need. They didnt even care about fixing it, WOW!

Front guys are excellent.and food is marvelous

Located at a very convenient place in Muvattupuzha. Not quite satisfied with the quality of the old rooms. Old rooms are small and beds are small.

Very good service and super friendly staff. Stayed for 2 days and had a function there, everything was arranged very well. The food was delicious. The marketing manager Mr. Febin helped a lot and made our stay a wonderful experience.

Rooms and facilities are okay. But i have a bad experience from the hotel. They are not ready to extend the rooms for us, because we are booked the rooms from online.

We loved everything about this hotel! The room was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, food was great but most importantly the service from the staff are fabulous. Loved our stay and would definitely return if in the area. HiGhLy recommended!

Sometimes facilities exceed expectations. Kanani, also the name of a river, is a super hotel with bar. No complaints about the food or beverages.

Terrible experience from the staffs, they weren't at all keeping the minimum standards to the guests, been arrogant all the time, specially front office sttafs. Two staffs at the lobby at 7.30 pm yesterday who were not wearing any masks were lecturing us about COVID protocols and standards of the hotel and also about some international properties, when asked " where is your masks" they started mocking us, with no idea of treating their guests.

No coordination between staffs internally. Very bad experience overall. Will never go back again.

Very good property with beautiful rooms. The whole experience was awesome. The service was excellent and the room service food was very very good. Nothing to rave about. But the staff is very courteous and super helpful. Overall it is a good experience. Especially the front office staff Ajay Jipson and Jince was given amazing service for as. My wife and I stayed there in November. Everyone of the staff treated us like family. It is unfair to name a few individuals (as I do not remember all the names). Special thanks to Febin Thomas, the manager and John Daniel who is in charge of the restaurant and catering. Lal and Bobi in the restaurant always there to welcome us. The food was delicious. Many times, we needed packaged food to take to the hospital (where our mother was). They made sure it was ready as promised. The watchman (sorry, I do not know the name) was always courteous and helped to direct traffic in and out of the tight parking space. We will definitely return to Kabani if our future travels take us to Muvattupuzha. Lucy & John

Customer service is very disappointing.this place is very rush as they have no time for serving good customers.please don't come here if you want good customer service.

Excellent service. Amazing food. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food in a group or with family. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food.

Good place at Muvattupuzha, staffs are well dressed and wearing mask always. We visited few times for lunch and parking is also well managed. Staff are very friendly

I did my son baptisam at Vivanta hall at Kabani. It was an amazing experience there.

Visited Muvatuupuzha for a wedding and stayed with Kabani hotel. We took 4 rooms and stayed for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed the stay and good care from staff at the hotel. Looking for next visit since my families are from Kerala

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Everyone from the reception to the waiter was very warm and friendly. The restaurant was also great, food was delicious, soft parottas.
Manager Paulo was very helpful. Overall, had a wonderful time. No complaints!

Went there to get a parcel on our way to Vagamon from Kochi. The rates were reasonable and the staff was friendly despite being a star rated hotel (my guess)

We at the food only after around 8 hours, after reheating, And it was bad. They don't use aluminium foil to contain heat, just plain old plastic bottles, used by Zomato and Swiggy deliveries. The food might have became stale on the way, so no complaints there.

The bar is not open there, but you could get a room for couple of hours and have your own private bar

Rather old fashioned place. Location is for travellers coming from long distance. Comfortable but not highfy. I ate food from their restaorant. Very Spicy. AlsoToo much gravy, Price is Ok.

Almost good hotel. Visited three months ago. They have enough staffs and the service is also good.

I went their bar one time, i asked half litter mc brandy, but it was not there, the casher told me that snj available, how much it worth, i asked:
He told me400rs, ok i agreed, after i recieved this bottle, they gave me one parcel also. It was chicken pieces
Then i checked the value of brandy was 350.i dont like chicken. But the manager seeking his father nowadays

Good hotel near private bus stand. A bar is attached. People going to bar area and drinkers use the same lift of other residents. That makes it not suitable for families and kids. Drunk people usually makes issues in ground floor in rear side. The restaurant is in second floor and has good ambience and food is ok. They add some additives to enhance taste, I guess. Rooms are good.

It was very nice still 24.11 2019. We come from delhi for the project work stayed here frequently for the last 2 weeks. But yesterday we had a very hectic experience form the new management team.none of them knows how to work or deal with customer. Very disappointed. Suggeat to keep good staffs

This hospital does not care patients. As my wife sister suffered very badly after her Cs due to the mistake from hospital side.
Even her new born baby had a cut.
Hospital authority make documents which favour the negligence of docter.
My wife is a msc nurse once saw her sisters.suffering she adviced to take better treatment.
My advice to all is to think ten times before going to this hospital.because they will make screw your health.

When I got head injury. They didn't give any compensation for that. I completely recommended u as this hotel is a bad aspect.

The best residential hotel with high quality food and residence for a visitor. The fact is that the atmosphere can go a long way in determining whether customers keep coming back or stay away. People like to have a dining experience that is enjoyable and this includes a great location, the right mood, the best character and the right atmosphere.  They keep their surrounding areas clean Keeping the space clean is not something the management can take lightly as it can have very serious consequences.

Very clean hotel. Good service. The food is so delicious. There are good halls here. Rate is affordable. It's a great place to come to family. This place is perfect for events like Birthday Party.

It is near the muvatpuzha private bus stand. Where BAR is the one of the attractive feature of this hotel.

Hotel is nearby Muvattupuzha city. 1km from KSRTC bus stand.opposite to private bus stand. Worth for staying. They will give corporate discount too. Rooms are good and clean. U will get very good tastety food here.

Good Restuarant and Stay. Good for Team Lunch and other conferences also. The food is good and tasty. Waiting time is occasional. Good Ambience inside. There's car parking in the front and 2 wheelers can be parked along the side of the hotel. Good place for a night stay if you're on a long trip

Very Very worest response from receptionist, housekeeping and room service. Stayed in that hotel for 5days with out a TV (No cable recharge done). Intimated so many times in reception but no response. Same way regular supply of water bottles and like milk powder and tea packets not given on daily basis. They provided after so many times intimated and waited for 2 to 3hours.

If you are thursty and looking for a beer, on the way to thodupuzha you can hit your brake here. If you are in hurry you can have your drink from the ground floor. If you have enough time to spend, explore the upper levels of this hotel. Staffs are friendly. Parking is the notable issue here.

Excellent stay like a 5star rating and security also.high.so you can stay safely with your family. Also ac and normal bar available.
