BUT IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Just 1km from the JLN metro station! Nb: do not get into a fight with the owner. The rooms are nice but the water looks like tea mix! No visitors are allowed.

Good budget friendly cheap rooms in Ernakulam city. You can definitely consider this one if you are looking for a budget friendly room for some days. You can book the room from every app available at Ernakulam.there is a restaurant, supermarket, bus stop whatever you want it's around the hotel. The single room is a bit congested, but it's enough for a solo person.

We stayed there for 3 days and the price is affordable.
The room is clean and hygienic but the bathroom is not up to standards. The parking area is not spacious. Overall it is good for those who wanna spend their kochi days in Lulu mall and wonderla as you can reach those places through metro or by any private vehicle.

Rooms are worth for money, and first we just booked for one day but we continued there 6 days. Nice hospitality and friendly staff. Most of the things you will get nearby

It was a nice stay here. Neat clean and budget friendly residency nice behaviour of staffs bathroom also clean and not expect as luxury.and it's less cost when booked on goibibo.

I had seen the reviews and booked this hotel online through Agoda. The moment I went there, they said the booking isn't showing for them but they were nice enough to let me stay once I showed my booking on my phone. The main issue is the room is okay but bathroom was very bad, dirty and old. The floors had sticky feel to it.
There is no hot water facility. They didn't provide a water bottle also. Overall it was not good. From outside the building looks good but the rooms are not great. Only book this hotel if you can't get anything else. The staff are very polite and nice.

If your looking to stay at a hotel that fits your budget, Kay Kay Residency is not the place, even though it's a cheap price it's not good. Booked two rooms, one was ac and non ac. The ac wasn't working then someone from the reception came and fixed it. The other non ac room was ridiculously dirty. Only 1 bed and a table with a TV that doesn't work. Not to me tion there was a lot of fecus in the bathroom, walls and roofs were covered with mould and dirt. The walls near the bedside were also dirty, furniture was scratched and half of the color went away. Only 1 blanket was given with 2 beds. We heard some noises under our bed and we thought it was a rat which was correct the fecus in the toilet was from the rat. Even though all businesses and shops want to stop covid this is like inviting covid over.

I went to see my friend staying in this hotel.rent and facilities provided are nice and affordable but room is small for a family.

I stayed there for 5 days. The service was ok.
But the condition of bathroom were pathetic. Water sinks rooms were ok but the cigarette smell was there.
Worst hotel experience in kallor.

We booked the Hotel through Yatra with Booking ID: 1501220060186.

We checked in to the hotel around 11: 30 PM IST and there was no power from 12: 00 AM. After a long tiering journey, we expected to get some rest rather than getting bitten by mosquitoes all night. Out of curiosity, we came out of room to see what's happened exactly and we were shocked to know the room power switch was switched off by the management and they didn't even bother about the people who is staying over there after paying them. Adjustable to a level.

The washroom was very dirty with out any proper mug or bucket. The mug was broken and the bucket was very horrible to look at (Attached the images below for your reference). During the pandemic, the hotels should take ample measures to avoid COVID. But, this seemed to be inviting COVID. There are no COVID safety measures as well taken by the Hotel during our stay. We have been traveling safely all these days taking all the precautionary measures and now this seems like this hotel/stay ruined everything and this is not at all acceptable.

When we voiced out the issue to the management, they were not at all bothered to hear or understand the issue. This is not at all acceptable.

Worst Ever Hotel. I would not recommend anyone to book this.

Don't expect super rich facility if you are opting for budget stay. I booked a single room through Agoda and it cost me rs. 470. The room was very small but justifies the amount I paid. Wall was bit dirty. No tv as wifi is available. No water for drinking. And the bathroom was not having a shower. You have to use the bucket and mug for taking a bath. No hot water, no soap will be provided. It is located 1-2 km from kaloor metro.

Enjoyed stay here. Just 300 per night in goibibo. Room clean. Was a little bit hot in room, suggest to sleep Windows opened.

Booking.com site will show you that breakfast included on your price but, unfortunately they don't provide it.

Too Too Bad to stay in key key Residency in kaloor Kochi. Customer service is too bad, TV is not working, AC is not working properly, Bathroom is too bad

Good location with plenty of food options, they won't provide proper bill, if you are staying officially means you won't get bill for claiming purposes.

Budget hotel, good for the budget range. I recommend booking on call to hotel directly which will be far less than what travel websites offer.

Stayed for 2 nights at this property. Located opposite Kaloor Jama Ath mosque at 500m from deshabhimani Juntion and 700m from the Kochi International Stadium metro station. The hotel does not have a restaurant but many non vegetarian restaurants are available in very close proximity. For vegetarians Ambiswamy's veg restaurant located near St. Antony's church at about 700m distance is a good option. Its a budget hotel with simple and clean rooms with very basic amenities. Ideal for bachelors and students seeking budget stay at Ernakulam.

It is best to take with AC rooms it's too humidity inside room can't sleep at night so I recommend people to take ac rooms while booking rest all good no issues

This Five Star is for the friendly and responsive staffs. Room was little small, but the entire building and room is neat and clean

I lived here for 4 months they give rooms for monthly basis also.excelllent service wifi water electricity and room service inclusive of rent.great location to find daily needs around this place.and also easy to find conveyance

Both A/C and non A/C rooms are available within a reasonable price. Rooms are even available on monthly rental also.

It's a very affordable place to stay. Both AC and Non AC rooms are available with WiFi facility. Room is neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative. Plenty of places outside for food.

Had beef biriyani and chicken biryani at that place and I felt that beef biriyani have too much of masala in it but the chicken biriyani was ok we ordered as well was decent and felt it was more towards sugary

Not worth. Too noisy by train sounds. Unable to sleep peacefully at night. Workers are rude and feels like little unsafe

Pathetic.small rooms. Bedsheets were dirty.no drinking water available. Ac not working. And tv had issues with network.no chair or other furnitures. Not cleaned properly. I found 4 classes only inside. Which were used for drinking liquor previously and had leftovers from that. Bath room was ckeaned.u can get netter rooms in this area in the same price

Rooms are just okay.neatness of toilet is average. Locations is good because there are many restaurants and hotels near by.very responsive staffs at reception.

Hotel room was adequate. I just needed a place to crash for a night and the place was fine for what I needed.
