It was an awesome experience with such beautiful spacious rooms in tiruvalla this hotel shall be first option for stay
Their restaurant also has good delicacy

Room is ok, bed sheets looks old and not changed, bathroom towels old dirty looking… really surprised this was rated 4 star, maybe after few drinks it’s 4 star.really disappointed for the price.

The food is just average but I don't think there is any other place in Thiruvalla to go, to have a decent time with your family. This place is more than 40 years old. The management should improve on the taste.

Whenever I'm in Tiruvalla I come to the bar to catch up with my friends. This time surprisingly I when clearing the bill, I was charged extra for one more drink stating I had ordered it. When I asked where is it on the table, the server, Mr. Suresh P, said that was cleared. They don't have a proper kot system or no way to validate if this was wrongly punched or not. Even the next table guests confirmed the servers that they didn't see anybody clearing the table and as far as it looked like, no additional drink was ordered.
This has been a distasteful experience. And on top of that the Mr Suresh called me to tell there was shortage in the stock.

Dear F&B team, I hope you create a proper system for your staff to track orders and don't just blatantly blame the customer and charge extra

Horrible dining experience. This is not the same Elite that I had known earlier.the management, the chef, their service is just pathetic

Its in my hometown, the most recommended hotel in the town with good rooms, resto bar, sports bar and a good rooftop bar which sever good variety of food and beverages.

Overall it was a good experience. My brother's marriage reception was conducted their. Food was good.location is easily accessible.

Lunch biriyaninl and meals at the restaurant are nice. Evening items are average. But good crowd

Being one of the oldest hotels in Thiruvalla, I had high hopes when I visited this place yesterday after years. Let’s just say that it did do well in most areas but requires improvement in a few. First off, they provide additional parking behind the hotel and I think it’s great. However, these areas need some serious clean up. If you’re parking behind the hotel, you can enter from the rear entrance with access to an elevator that takes you up to the restaurant. I’d just warn you of the unbearable stench coming from the kitchen and surrounding areas if you chose to take this route. It’d probably be best if you avoided this route and walked up to the main entrance. I wonder why the hotel has neglected maintaining proper hygiene at their facility. When we got up to the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to see their refreshed interiors. The food was decent but nothing to rave about. The chilly chicken was too sweet but the garlic chicken was good. We also ordered mixed fried rice which tasted pretty good. For dessert, we ordered blueberry cheesecake and I think it’s one of the best I’ve had in a while. Since we were visiting with children, we had asked for suitable seating areas. They do not provide high seats for toddlers. However, they provided a nice baby crib. What left me wondering is the lack of basic dining and sanitation facilities for children. We visited as a group of 7 with two little babies and a toddler who needed to be fed and changed as well. Since there are no designated feeding rooms for babies, we needed to feed our babies at the dining table and I must say that our table ended up being a spectacle for ogling onlookers. They also do not have baby changing stations - I wonder if the management is ignorant of these requirements or if it’s blatant neglect. Elite is considered to be one of the oldest ‘upscale’ hotels in Thiruvalla and it surprises me that they’ve never heard of ‘baby changing stations’. It doesn’t take much to install one and if they do, they’d surely see more footfall from families with kids. They’re getting 2 stars today for their blueberry cheesecake, a star for the crib, and finally a star for the security guard at the entrance who was kind enough to chaperone my daughter to the car with his umbrella since it was raining. I’m taking away a star due to the lack of certain facilities that I’ve mentioned above. Would I go here again? Yes, I would. However, I’d expect to see some improvements on my next visit.

Rooms are appreciative,
F & B services are also good,
Now they started cocktail bar also
So in a remote destination like Thiruvalla, I recommend this Hotel. (8 out of 10)

One of the best sport's bars i have ever visited. The food and the ambiece is so good. I suggest they start live match day screening also. It will be a different experience for the ootball fans in Kerala.

Variety of items for Breakfast is nevessary. Self and wife stsyed for 9 days from 5th june till 14th june. Idly Saambaar every day is boring. Add Pottu+ Kadala etc. Curries had too much SALT IN THEM. Room was good. Staff very nice.

No Value for the money you pay. No proper parking available and there is some parking at the back which is not suitable big you are going with family because it's near the base. The way from parking is really bad. For the cash paid the rooms are not good. Securities are not good in the main parking. He is usually arrogant. Will not suggest this in thiruvalla

Staff is good and polite.hotel is spacious and good ambience.the cream of chicken soup was awesome.but mutton pepper curry and paneer mutter was just about average.portions are sufficient for 3 ppl.

Good ampience for the hotel. But the food quality and taste should more improved. The servicing can also improved. The price is high compare to other hotels In thiruvalla.

Terrific rooms, well staged. Nice facilities. Feels like a really up market hotel with wooden flooring and such comfortable and cozy rooms.

And the location is by far the best place to be located at in Tiruvalla - the heart of the city.

Supper ambience in the heart of the city; Spacioius rooms ; neat & well maintained Baathrooms; helpfull & decent staff; good restaurant; good food.

Worst restaurant services. I've ever experienced.

Very bad food served here, it seemed to be a day or two days old food was served.

Excellent food and great taste. Also the employees are very friendly. The hotel is located in the city of Tiruvalla. The hotel offers a secured parking for free. The hotel staff is very friendly and offers a lot of information about the city. (what to do, where to eat, how to get there, local tips etc.) You have several options to get to the city: You can go by bus, or take a taxi (the one advised by the hotel). The room was modern, spacious and very clean. Wifi may be available. The breakfast was good and had an extensive choice. So, in short, the excellent quotes confirmed.  We would definitely recommend.

Quick and good taste of food which was served, good ambience which
I feel is a good one in TIRUVALLA town. One must try it out.

Powerful airconditioning, all basic sanitary provided, cleanest and comfortable in all respects, good food and customer service too. Truly world class in thiruvalla but rates are over priced as far as room tariff is concerned. Is not registered with oyo too.

Visited at night at about 8: 30pm. Food was tasty.

But,
1) parking was a mess: apparently parking in the front was only for those who booked rooms. Those visiting the restaurant has to park out back. To get there you have to pass a crowd of drunkards, who give you stares and won't give you space to drive your car freely. In side the parking lot, security is not there and bikes a pretty much parked haphazardly. I was scared of some one scratching my car and didn't enjoy my meal.
2) there is a back entrance which you can use to enter the restaurant. It's again an ordeal and you have to share it with the people who go to the bar. I noticed that lifts can be accessed from here and there is no security. Which means risk of some one not staying in the hotel entering any floor is high.
3) the hotel enjoys a good rush because of the tasty food. However on ordering 2 lime juice, 2 bottles of water, 2 cans of soft drinks, 4 parotas, 2 chilli chicken (portions were too small) and a plate of fried rice came up to inr 1000+

Considering all this, I think it's time to take my business elsewhere because the foodie that I am thinks it's just not worth putting up with the complacency for the premium price paid after all I just didn't enjoy eating the food thinking of the car and the ordeal of taking my family past the drunkards again.

Don't recommend for families.

Very well furnished rooms, Clean and calm. Nice room ambience. Variety of delicious foods at ground floor restaurant.

This is a 4-star hotel? I wouldn't even call it a 3-star. Here are the reasons.

1. The parking lot has no roof. It's just an open area.
2. The a/c has to be turned on manually every time you go out of the room and comes back. Means if the power goes out and comes back when you're asleep, the a/c won't be working.
3. The restaurant has no buffet. The breakfast options are very limited.
4. The sheets didn't look quite clean.
5. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Will show up as connected, but there won't be Internet access.

I won't be staying here again. 2 out of 5 stars.

Had lunch today here. Location is good. Was impressed with the joint. Food was tasty & sufficient. There is good parking space. You get your money’s worth. Would definitely recommend this place for people who r traveling through Thiruvalla.

It was a nice place to stay at. Clean rooms with nice lightings. Great restaurant at ground floor. Good biryani and Thali also in affordable price. Staff was very polite and helpful. Near to KSRTC and private bus stand and also to Railway station.you can get bises from here to most of kerela. There are many other restaurants also near by from where you can eat. Completely worth the money.

Had the most horrible experience. When my baby started crying, a kind cleaning lady opened a vacated room for me to feed him. The manager blasted the cleaning lady and asked me to breastfeed my screaming 3 month old in the murky and dimly lit hallway.

Good room. Clean bathroom, but cluttered due to lack of space. Food was lacking spices. Probably prepared with international guests in mind.

Situated in the heart of the city, good friendly service, wifi is there but had to ask for it, needs to upgrade the rooms before customer reaches (phones not working, rooms get locked: in a high priced double bed room suit), had to go to the reception Everytime to report a problem.
Restaurant good flavoursome food but youngsters will walk out still hungry cz the portions are small. Otherwise: good hearty breakfast served, good ambience.
Overall experience was good.
