Always crowded leading to delay in supply even though food is tasty. Ample parking ground and food is available in late hours also. A nice stop for travellers and drivers if you can spare a bit waiting time.
Their tea taste is splendid and still I like to have two cups always.
Nonveg items have lot varieties.

Usually good food from a variety of cuisines. It is always busy. Dine in the separate air-conditioned section for a better experience.

Super hotel good foods (biriyani, porrata are cheap and very very tasty) good hotel for Indian chineese foods.

I asked for beef biriyani once they have given me ghee rice mixed in beef curry and said its beef biriyani.

It is a nice Highway restaurant. It has AC and non AC division. The ambiance is ok. The food here was nice. I had a plate shawarma it did fill my tummy. The quality and quantity was great for the price. The restaurant has a parking lot next to it which can accommodate enough cars or even buses. They deliver too if you call them up in their telephone.

Only few dishes are good.their chicken dishes almost always failed to impress. Biriyani is fine. The ac section atmosphere is good. They survive because no other good restaurant is nearby.

Good service and varieties but cost for single person found higher, reviews of biriyani from my friends found negative.

Food is ok, most the staffs are also good, however some of them are quite racist. I am not from Kerala and doesn't look like a typical Indian. Me and my friends often eat here, so I had a few bad experience. One such incident is when I had a waiter who simply walked away while I was in the middle of making an order, I was neither rude nor disrespectful to him in any way. I was really dumbstruck and felt a sense of discrimination. However if you are native to the place then it's a good restaurant. Even I kept coming back for the food since it's kind of close to the place where I am staying. I kept telling myself that I came there for the food and not for the hospitality of the waiters

This place is good for their Kerala parota, shawarma and Alfahm. Ordered a few meat dishes, those were average.
Seating capacity is good but can get crowded despite that.

Extremely slow service especially at lunch or major meal times. Main advantage is ample parking & road presence due to which a lot of travelers stop by. DAMS coaching centre is above this, so students have food here just for convenience during breaks. To someone who is travelling by, this gives an impression they serve exceptionally well & stop for refreshments. Menu is over priced & food is not upto the pricing. All curries taste similar, Most value for price is their biriyani. Overall this hotel has a lot more customers than it deserves due to the location, parking & road side presence. It is not as good as it looks.
