After booking a room here and paying cash, when you go there, OYO says it has been canceled, just to waste your time and ക്യാഷ്

Worst rooms and services, zero cleanliness and maintenance, dirty looks bedsheet, pillow and beds, worst AC etc. Waste of money

Problem is that i was there by booking in oyo bit they said no oyo booking will be accepted because of the charge the provide is less

Not even one star can be given to this hotel. They are below that.
No hot water available, bathroom door and lock broken. Too many cockroaches and other insects in room. In the end they don't even provide a bill even after asking so many times.

Fully dissatisfied with this property.
They won’t accept your booking made through online (I did it through MakeMytrip) and never expect the room less than 1200 INR.
First of all, even for 500 INR, this property is not worth. And never plan your stay if you have a family with you.

There were many cockroaches and mosquitoes and I really doubt they even know about the basic amnesties that has to be provided in hotels.

The hotel is far from the bus stop and you need to spend 50-80 INR for reaching the hotel. There are no good restaurants near to the hotel too.

I booked the room for 647 including breakfast and surprisingly they said they don’t have kitchen itself. I do not know how they are putting all false information on public platforms.
Please note, this property originally “Lee Frank” lease their property to these current owners “Majestic” and you won’t be able to even complaint to anyone for their pathetic services.

Now it’s all upto you… Still don’t believe and planning to book, book it. But pay the additional amount only after seeing the room.

I stayed there a night because I was having my appointment for medical and wasn’t having enough time for searching other rooms.

Please don’t put yourself in trouble by giving them your money and time.

I not even want to give a single star rating for this hotel.they were cheating they showed another hotel room photos and gave very worst rooms in another hotel.the owner of the property was drunken and very rude talking.no clean rooms.cockroaches and insects everywhere. Don’t trust OYO rooms online.very worst hotel I ever seen.worst room worst service very worst reception staff. I will not recommend to any one.in single word it’s a item hotel

It is located on Menamkulam Junction in Kazhakuttom. The hotel is nearby St. Andrew's beach. I visited in 2016 during my TCS training. I was there around 3 months. Hotel also has their private canteen, if you need home cooked food. They provide food at a reasonable price. Hotel staff is very friendly. It has 3 story building having around 10 rooms on each floor. Beach is on walking distance.

Such a bad experience with OYO rooms, in 5days stay not a single day room was cleaned or bed cover where changed, through out the stay the water was muddy, cockroaches was everywhere in room, no toiletries or towel was provided, tv was not working.such a bad experience overall won't recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever faced.they accept oyo bookings and reject booking checkin time.
I confirmed via call to hotel manager before one day from date of booking. He said that booking is confirmed no pblm at all. At checkin time they palyed well to grab extra money.cheap trick

We, 11members were on a trip to Kanyakumari and one day we stayed at Hotel Lee Frank in Kazhakoottam, Trivandrum. We had made a booking for 4 rooms. On reaching there, we asked for one more room, altogether 5 room, which was readily given.

The rooms are of not luxurious category, but good. AC is fitted in almost all the rooms. We preferred to have non AC rooms. The treatment was very good. The hotel owner Mr. Franklin Miranda came in the evening and enquired about the facilities.

Next day morning, we were served breakfast, Idly with sambar and chutney, which were very tasty. The owner and his wife served the food.

The rent charged was also very reasonable. If anybody intends to visit Trivandrum and stay there, we recommend Hotel Lee Frank.

They will not clean the room on a daily basis. Not worth for paying more than Rs. 1000 per day.

Booking done through oyo. While check in they informed us that the price is changed and not updated in OYO. Please check with the hotel of you are booking this hotel through apps.

They are cheating customers from OYO.
I have booked the room through oyo and when I reached the hotel after travelling for almost 5 hours, they denied the room by saying they can't give the room for oyo discount. The attitude of owner was harsh and was very ignorant. They had put OYO boards everywhere but saying not accepting deals with OYO. Why they are listing the hotel if he don't deal with OYO?

During Tcs ilp we were there at starting we thought it is worst place but when comparing to other place it is the best place to stay and we miss them.

Really had a bad experience with this oyo they are denying our booking and stay they don't have time up with oyo

Don't opt this hotel. They are cheating people. Yesterday I booked this hotel for 3 persons. When checked in they gave a room where ac was not working. When complained, they tried to give another room which was smells fishy. When refused to occupy, they gave another room in whic the ac remote was locked so that we cannot adjust temperature. When raised my voice, they cleared the remote adjustment. The linen of bed was npt a clean one. It was a used one. When asked for soap and towel they gave one soap and 2 towels for we three. Request all not to book this hotel if you want to stay with peace of mind.

Taste is good. Price is little more than the quantity and the service they provide is the worst. Minimum waiting time for your order may take upto 15 mins, need to have patience. The space is also small

The worst ever experience. They give room with so many drawbacks. While returning the room they'll ask to pay for that. The owner's son behave as a rowdy. The maintenance is also not good. They clean the room one in a week. Drinking water reverse osmosis system doesn't work proper. While leaving they don't maintain the complaint register. Many of my friends faced the same problem. Please go for Other hotels. Don't opt this one. We paid 4050/- per month for a person. But they treated like we paid only 450/- per month.

As part of TCS training in trivandrum we got accommodation from this hotel. The good thing about this hotel is it surrounded near the beach just walkable distance approx 1.3km from the hotel and the location here cool descent

Small compared to other TCS accomodations for trainees. Bit its still spacious and comfortable.
