Hotel Maharani Pala

Very poor service. Customers are threatened by staff and behaving like gundass. Two days we had spent but basic aminety hot water not provided by Hotel management. Staffs were behaving rudely

Very good rooms, resutarnt facility is avilable. Shortest distance from IIT Valavoor and brilliant pala

I asked the staff to turn on Ac and they didn’t, they turn on the fan instead. Poor service and the food were not that good. The management should teach the staff to respect every customer, for that the management should need to learn good customer service. Not gonna visit again. I’m talking about the restaurant area.

Tried Chicken Biriyani served in a clay pot, but that was quite too hot, and taste wasn't any good as expected from the Maharani brand. Staffs are polite, but would recommend a bit of refining for Maharani standards.
Wash area had water dripping below the basin and it falls on your footwear. Washroom is well built, but not perfectly maintained.
Be a bit careful while taking your 4 wheeler back to road from the parking as there is chance to hit the stairs of the adjascent building.

Food was just average, but the location is very convenient. Had tum tied the pot chicken biriyani. Wouldn’t recommend

Remembering of the tasty meals, especially fish curry, and good service we had some years ago at Hotel Maharani Restaurant, Pala we went there yesterday (29th June) by around 1pm for meals. We found the restaurant is less occupied during the peak lunch hours this time, in contrast to our earlier visits years back. The service we received yesterday possibly testified the reason for less people there now. The food as well as service was quite poor and unsatisfactory. Rice was overcooked. The small curry bowls, even sambaar and morukari, were just quarter filled only. We had to wait long after calling the waiter for some more sambaar and morukari. Morukari was not brought at all. We had to call the waiter for getting some rice second time. Waiter never came to the table on his own. We were disappointed of this situation we faced there. We paid 480 rupees for 3 people and got out of the restaurant. So, the visit to Pala this time was left with bad memories of Maharani Restaurant.

Had handi chicken biryani for lunch. It was okay. Nothing great. The "handi" part is just a gimmick. Biryani was just the normal type. Ambience is good. Location is great. Parking was a problem.

Excellent food and room service. Big parking space.
Perfect location for people travelling to Bharananganam or Vagamon.

BEST HOTEL I have got to stay in a while. I don't have a reason to criticize. Everything is so perfect. The lamps, the interiors, curtain, bin and the bathroom fittings. Even a deluxe non AC room could compete with suite rooms of other hotels because it had a four chaired dining table.

I had visited maharani restaurant foods was good i had kizyi parotha.
Only thing i noticed is menu items was not there was food itmes was less. Do something for that soon

It’s in great location. We ordered Kerala Fish Meals (MRP 150), it was good. The bad thing I felt was Washroom which is Smelly feel like suffocating. Has Few parking Slots. Overall 3 out 5.

Very poor service. The staffs approch so bad. I have never seen such an approach from the staffs. Don't stay.no drinking water.no soap.no shaving kit.what else.please don't stay

Food is average and items are limited. Almost everything we asked for was not available at that time.

A good bar attached hotel in Pala. AC and Non AC rooms are available and it opposite to the famous Kurisu palli. Civil station and old bus stand is very near to the property and a nice place to stay in Pala.

This is a good hotel at Pala town, with a good restaurant.we have taken the lunch with fried rice and chicken and was good and tasty.

Today I went to their restaurant (newly opened) and ordered for Butter Chicken. I must say I had worst of my experience. The butter chicken was tasteless and worthless. They put fries chicken inside some curry and called it Butter Chicken. Most Most disappointing!

പാലാ മഹാറാണി, പാലായുടെ identity ആണ് പാലാ മഹാറാണി ഹോട്ടൽ, മണർകാട്ട് പാപ്പൻ ചേട്ടൻ എന്ന പാലായുടെ " ധീര പുത്രൻ " തുടങ്ങിയ ഹോട്ടൽ. നല്ല ഭക്ഷണം, നല്ല staff, പാലാ മഹാറാണി നിങ്ങെളെ നിരാശപ്പെടുത്തുകയില്ല, 2019 ഹോട്ടൽ Renavate ചെയ്ത് Bar തിരിച്ചു പിടിച്ചു. കേരള രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റെ ചരിത്രം കുറിച്ച നിരവധി തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ ക്ക് പാലാ മഹാറാണിലെ മുറികൾ സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിച്ചിട്ട് ഉണ്ട്. കലം ബിരിയാണി സൂപ്പറാണ്.

The hotel is located in heart of pala. The stay was pleasant but the restaurant service seemed poor. Also its bar attached with ample parking space.

Very worst service i have ever seen in the restaurant, you may need to wait 1 hour to get the food and you may need to wait one more hour to get your bills. Staffs are realy irresponsible to keep the customers time and values.

The hotel is visually very big and dish wise its not a good choice.
I think there focus changed from restaurant to BAR.
Really a dissapointing moment for me. I expected for a high quality but I end up with below average one.

A hotel with long years of history in my own home land. Love these bars and restaurants which gives me ultimate support on joy and sorrow. A palakkadan.

I went in at 2: 30 on a not so busy day, only to be disappointed to be told that meals was over. Still suggest this place to be good compared to the options available nearby.

This hotel is in the side of meenachil river which is a lovely seen. The hotel tariff is reasonable. Rooms are not up to the standard. Room service is not good. Restaurant is fairly good. Most of the dishes are good. Non vegetarian food is excellent. This hotel seems very old and need lot of improvement. Parking area is very less. Staffs are very friendly and we'll behaved. Rooms needs renovation and infrastructural facilities should improve. This hotel is on one way road and walkable distance to bus stop. Recommended this hotel for stay in Pala.

One of the oldest hotels in Pala by the banks of Meenachal river. Has gone past it's prime days. But economically priced and most centrally located. Hence popular. Average restaurant.
