Extremely bad service, food Quality is extremely pathetic
It's a honest review.
I stayed with my family.
For such a room the price is too high.
Even for complimentary breakfast they charge extra charges, that also for that really waste food.

Very good hotel but the staff were ill-mannered and foul mouthed, especially one Mr Jophy. This one person is enough to bring the whole hotel down. I was travelling to a nearby place with my 11 year old son and decided to take room for an overnight stay. We checked in at 1.00 am at early morning today. The hotel was more or less empty. But this Mr Jophy started foul mouthing us regarding parking to begin with, and later regarding other things. I hope the owners take note of this. Such bad behaviours cannot be dealt with lightly. I am giving this hotel pathetic rating because of this one person.

Very spacious restaurant, neat and tidy, Good staff, ready to serve whatever we want, We had non veg supper, very tasty and delicious food, parking area is there, I liked the hospitality.

The contact number needs to be updated on website. In Executive lounge many items like Boiled Egg, Cheese-Cherry-Pineapple etc.aren't available and very limited food items available to dine to. I hope it is made available

Memories inn is a really good restaurant. Food is delicious, Thaali meals is the best. There’s ample car parking space

Very high price for very less quantity of food. Quality/ taste is not so good. Was surprised with the quantity.

Eventhough it says its a four star hotel rooms are not maintained well, washroom is slippery if water on the floor. Telephone index is not available like whom to call. Ordered food from restaurant person who attended call was was not pleasing at all. Food was tasty. Waste bin kept at the washroom should be changed if dirty.

വലിയ ഒരു മെനു ഉണ്ടെന്നല്ലതാ കഴിക്കാൻ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി ഒന്നുമില്ല. അറബിക് ഫുഡ്‌ മെനുവിൽ ഉണ്ട്‌. പക്ഷെ കഴിക്കാൻ കിട്ടില്ല

The food was awesome and good before 2023 Jan.but now.god knows who's cooking (I am scared even he knows). Spacious and good in ambience.all blame goes to the kitchen.

Had a bad experience in their restaurant in May. Very poor service. Server does know the dishes and does not properly confirm and serve.

Came in for the restaurant. Food is average or below. Place is clean and neat, kid friendly. If they had better food it would have attracted us to stop again

Nice restaurant. Food quality is good. Best place to have break journey while going from Trivandrum to Kochi. Ambience & cleanliness is Best.

They also have a restaurant on the ground floor which provides a lot of tasty dishes and food. Would recommend the thali that is available over there as it was one the very best tasting ones I've had in Kollam-Oachira areas. To be specific their non-veg thali which included 2 fish dishes and a chicken fry. All in all it was a good experience.

Memories inn is a good joint. They have a nice family restaurant in the ground floor, an airconditioned executive bar in the first floor and a roof top. Service is great. Food and beverages are reasonable, but taste can be improved. Very courteous staff. Ample parking space.

We left the Memories Inn. Bad memories. I have business and some work I need to finish while on holiday and they don't have wifi. They say they do. They don't. We had to move. It is too bad because Memories is close to Amritapuram. The woman at the front desk was inhospitable and not very helpful. The place was not very clean.rooms 3500rs. We found a far better hotel 3km away on the same road, called the "Hotel Grand E Muscat. " The rooms were bigger, cheaper 2500rs, nicer, super clean, and the front desk was super kind and helpful ("the guest is god. ") Bad memories of Memories Inn. Go to "Grand Hotel E Muscat. "

Splendid is the word. There is nothing close to Memories Inn in Karunagapally. That's all I have to say. The ambience and service is class apart, perfect for a family dine out. On a day out with friends, the rooftop resto-bar is the place you need. They do organize music or sports telecast on occasions, just keep a watch it's a good place to hangout, enough parking, is on the highway side.

Hotel is very near to main highway and have sufficient parking space with security guards. Attached bar with roof top facility. The rooms are well maintained and neat bathrooms.
Complimentary breakfast is superb. Masala dosa and poor baji is well made. Only coffee recommended as tea was disaster.
